Account hacked without any Notification
Very bad service and unsecured bank account Hacked without any Notification When to the main office to ask for help but just said it will be under investigation after police report., 2weeks later no update because case was forgotten and not important
Good, but could use improvements
The app in itself does the job. However, I believe it could used some improvements. An example of this would be to put in a line graph showing performance of the portfolio as a whole rather than just showing data in rows. This would help to visualise performance better, especially on the phone. Another feature I would like to see is the ability to restructure the investment page, in a way where I can see the pie chart of my investment allocations nearer to the top rather than having to scroll all the way down.
Exceptional broker
This is the best fintech in Malta and one of the best worldwide. It offers a wide variety of investment instruments, multi-currency wallets, and debit cards, all within a seamless and intuitive app. It’s truly an all-in-one financial platform that makes investing, managing money, and everyday spending incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!
Support seem to be based in Fiji cause they never reply immediately
A lot of space for improvement. Plus delays in the stock prices.
V1.3.7 hangs after user authentication
After logging in, app hangs and is totally unresponsive. [edit to properly refer to v 1.3.7 instead of 1.3.8 in subject]

Beware of Exorbitant Fees
€175 per security to transfer out is absurd. Modern brokers charge €0. This feels like a deliberate exit penalty rather than a legitimate fee. Avoid if you value flexibility. Trading212 & IBKR charge €0 for inwards & outgoing.

You can pay easily but you cannot get a payment at cards! The rest is fine

I am extremely satisfied with Moneybase. The services that they offer are easy to access and user-friendly. Their customer support service is amazing. They are always available and ready to help with any queries that I have. I will definitely recommend Moneybase to all my friends & family as I truly believe that this is the way forward.

Banking locally has often been a challenging experience, with many apps from traditional banks being outdated and complex to use. However, Moneybase is very different, offering a refreshing change from other banking apps. The Moneybase app itself is a breath of fresh air. It's continually updated with new features that enhance my experience, making it a reliable and modern tool for managing finances and investing in stocks at low fees. Moneybase has truly made local banking convenient, modern, and user-friendly ❤️
Worst bank
This bank is ridiculous , called me for every 100€ payment explanations. I always replied with documents, and one day I had account closed with no reason to lack of documentation, support is useless. Stay away if you evaluate your time.
Ease of Use
This is an excellent APP and it compares very well with its competition. Well done to the Malta team who developed it.
The Worst App Ever!
Stay away. App crashes all the time and when it does they tell you to go to their branch as you failed some stupid test that they have in place. Most positive reviews here are possible fake reviews. Better apps out there like etoro. As soon as I post this you’ll see some fake positive ones to make the bad ones go down the rank.
Happy with App
I really happy with Moneybase App and service and glad that Maltese company built local online bank. I’ve been using app since beginning. Customer service top level very supportive. They even called me to confirm when I did transactions abroad and they weren’t sure if it’s real or fraud. Def will check invest app as well

The app isn't available in France
After opening an account, the app stops being available in France, after 38 emails in 4 months they “keep working” on the issue. Worst app ever!
