Sono assolutamente scontenta. Nessuna assistenza. Mi hanno preso le fee mensili due volte. I servizi non sono trasparenti. Revolut è mille volte meglio oltre ad essere più economica. Veramente insoddisfatta.

L’accredito non è mai istantaneo sempre il giorno dopo. E se fai l’operazione di venerdì, i soldi te li accreditano il lunedì per il resto mi trovo molto bene!
Delay payment
I m very disappointed from Wamo . I will send a small amount to my employe 5 day’s ago but till now pending ?? Even when I transfer same day contact wamo partner bank and they need some information from my company so i will provided same time even i give him my employe id card and all details about a little amount but still pending. And i have no option for cancellation when I contact support they can just apologize and that’s it they don’t know when my payment is released. It’s not good very very bad . Because if some time i want to send money in emergency so they take maybe 1 weak or 2 weak .😅

Servizio inaffidabile e app inutilizzabile
Wamo è l’esempio di come NON dovrebbe funzionare un servizio finanziario. L’app non si apre, si blocca all’avvio e rende impossibile l’accesso al conto. Non parliamo di un disservizio occasionale, ma di un problema ricorrente e grave che di fatto impedisce di utilizzare il servizio. Il conto Vamo è inutilizzabile: senza accesso all’app non puoi controllare il saldo, gestire il denaro o operare in autonomia. Restare tagliati fuori dai propri fondi per problemi tecnici dimostra una mancanza totale di affidabilità e di rispetto per il cliente. L’assistenza non è all’altezza della situazione: risposte lente, generiche e nessuna soluzione definitiva. Nel frattempo il problema resta, identico, come se fosse normale che un cliente non possa accedere al proprio conto. Questo non è un fintech moderno, è un rischio operativo. Affidare il proprio denaro a una piattaforma così instabile è una scelta che sconsiglio vivamente.

sono sconvolta mi avevate garantito vostra banca operativa 365 gg h 24 sempre con trasferimenti istantanei e invece oggi domenica 4-1-26 ci state bloccando un trasferimento di soli 300€ che ci occorre urg arrivi al benfuciario oggi … così tenete indebitamente in ostaggio i nostri soldi e ci mettete in imbarazzo x pagamenti da fare in urgenza come oggi 😡😡

They suspended my account and I have money in my account and they ask me to send my account details so that they refund my balance to me and i sent it till now they have not refund my money to me and for three months now they have been telling fees for my money almost 60€ they have taken from my money as fees
