Official classy hats
For years I could not find the perfect fitting hat. I bought one of your hats for the first time about 2 years ago. Instantly fell in love. You can definitely tell a lot of blood and sweat go into making these hats. All I wear now is Goorin trucker and winter caps. I try to buy fresh Friday drop every week. I display my Goorin hats in a clear case and have LED lights to show the hats off. Thank you Goorin Team for your hard word making these hats. I contact Goorin on chat a lot with many questions. They respond quickly and have a lot of knowledge. Happy New Year. Iam Excited about what designs are being crafted for 2025. Goorin forever Matt J
I love Goorin hats … but their app stinks
There is basically nothing good about this app. I get a text for a Friday Drop, the link doesn’t open my app - it takes me to the App Store, and I have to open the app from there. There’s no record of my purchases, and the app is exceptionally hard to navigate. It’s very graphic rich and visually appealing, but I think they focused so much on that element, that things like basic usability and navigation were completely forgotten about.
Not a fair way to distribute
I’ve been trying and trying to buy a Friday Drop New Goorin Brothers Farm Series Hats, but all that’s available are either knockoffs or by purchasing upto 4 or 5 times the sticker price! There should be a 2 or 3 maximum limit to purchase the hats on Fridays Drops so each fan of the hats has a chance and opportunity to purchase a “NEW FRIDAY DROP” GOORIN BROTHERS FARM SERIES Hats‼️Love the hats, but not the promotional way to sell the New Friday Drops!!
App is clunky at times
App often doesn’t open or randomly freezes when trying use. I’ve tired deleting and reinstalling numerous times. I’ve had to use their website which is a bit annoying
App is slow
App is super slow. The old app was way better.
Won’t load
I swear every time there’s a new drop it just doesn’t load ever so I miss out
Review
Terrible app, it basically focuses on Truckers
New update
New update just has the app blank. Can’t open it, even through texts.
Not getting alerts
Yes I’ve checked my settings, yes my alerts are on. Have I been alerted in the past? Yes! I got the amazing mermaid hat! But since then I’ve not received any alerts and Friday’s at noon pass and I live my life forgetting and missing out of the Friday drops! I’ve now put an alert in my ical to remind me to manually open the app to get my Friday drop hat.
i love hats
these hats me so horny for them i literally beat it to them 👌👈
Drop app
Terrible !!! I email for service ! No one can give me an answer to why the app just gives me a blank screen. My wife downloads app it works. For some freaking reason I cannot. I use to have. All of sudden it dropped me somehow. Terrible!!!
Crashes a lot
The app is the hardest app to open on my phone. It fails to open often. All I get is a blank screen, maybe sometimes it says “feed and in stock” but I can’t click on anything. By the time it loads on special drops they are usually sold out or I can’t even view them anymore. I used to buy a lot of Goorin hats but the app being the only place and way to buy them now has made my purchasing drop way off.
Love Em
Amazing Hats and amazing customer service! I’ve ordered 5 hats and will continue to order. Favourite company 5 Stars. If your hat goes missing during shipping they will refund you. Also, if a hat comes damaged they will replace.
App is very bad
Opens to a black screen 97% of the time. The other 3% it will partially load but the user can’t click on anything. Complete joke of an app.
Can’t change shipping address??
So I accidentally purchased a hat to ship to my job because the app decided to auto fill my job’s address even tho I have NEVER shipped to my job (I guess cause I made the order there) but I have always ordered Friday drops at my job and they always ship to my home address. I quickly sped through the process of purchasing because I thought it would send it to where I have been sending it for the last 10+ hats I’ve ordered but I guess not. The problem is they say they won’t allow you to change the address even if right after you’ve ordered, I think this should be changed and it should also not be autofilling random addresses into your phone, I don’t know if that’s a glitch or not but it’s very annoying. The app is already a glitchy mess with everything else so I guess just add this problem on to the many.
Gorras
Hermosas 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍excelente calidad
Can’t get app to work
I used to be able to open the app and see the Friday Drops. However in the last few months nothing opens when I go to the app. I even tried deleting and re-downloading the app but still it doesn’t work. I reported it to the vendor but they indicated it had to be on my end. However, I’ve tried everything on my end & it still doesn’t work.
No alerts or drop countdown…
I was getting alerts and just got the super SWEET trick pony hat, but, no longer have the countdown nor am i getting alerts. And YES, setting are correct. This needs to be fixed…
Goorin
These GOORIN TRUCKERS have had me in a chokehold since 2016. This app is really helpful. Yes I’m a TRUCKER ADDICT 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Please fix
The app has not been working for about two months now
Best hats in the World
These are the Best Trucker hats for either men or women you can get in the world…..tons of different designs.
Stopped working
App just shows a blank screen. iPhone 16 Pro iOS 18.1
Great merchandise
Goorin is amazing. They always have great merchandise
Blank screen and no other way to get Friday Drops
Opened my app to see titles of upcoming Friday drops and nothing but blank white screen. Killed app. Repeat. Repeat. Delete. Download. Repeat. I have latest phone, latest operating system. Husband has exact same phone but he downloaded app for the first time and no issues whatsoever. If I could get the Friday drops any other way, I would, but I’m dependent on the app. Please fix!!!
Friday drops
I have 56 of these hats I love them!! The one thing the Friday drops are horrendous. I take my lunch every Friday at the same time!!! I have tried and tried to get drops! When I first started buying Friday drops I could usually get one if I wanted that particular one!!! Love love the product the app is horrible. You have all these eBay hounds buying them and then reselling them for much much more!! Sad Geno 0950$
Does it really have to be that hard
This app the way u did it I guess in your mind it’s so advanced but as the consumer it’s really trash. You can’t find your way around your app at all. I’m sure the only one that really knows how to use the mobile app is the person that made it smh. It look next level in some ways but it’s really a bunch of chaos with calculator tweaks.
Goorin Hats Rock!

App hasn’t functioned for 2 weeks
I dig the company but I’ve been fully locked out of the app with a blank screen for nearly 2 weeks. I’ve seen other comments on the socials where folks have had the same issue and it’s mostly been addressed with a “try again” message from the company. I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my iOS, and it’s still fully blank.
