Je n’arrive plus à me connecter à l’application depuis plusieurs semaines. Même en essayant plusieurs fois, ça ne marche pas et je dois passer par le site.

The app really needs improvement. Every single time I open it, I have to log in again — it never keeps me signed in. Sometimes I even have to try logging in two or three times before it actually works. The app also freezes quite often, making the overall experience unnecessarily difficult. I like shopping with Women’s Best, but the app itself definitely needs to be more stable and reliable.
Amazing brand
I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my body perfectly and clothes that keep me cool and warm. Women’s Best does that, along with quick shipping. I can always rely on Women’s Best for sizing, quality, communicating, AND helping me gain my confidence with cute outfits and amazing nutrition! I rate the brand higher if I could.

Very Glitchy/ slow and doesn’t allow you to change icon or see member points. Love the brand hate the app.
Address
I love the clothing, I’ve had the same shorts and sports bras for years and I wear them so much! But I was looking to buy more and I can’t change my address or location to the US to purchase anything or change the currency. Very much a bummer.

Very long shipping time
Ordered on May 28th, at the time of writing this the date is June 12th and counting. Package still has not been given to Fedex, therefore, no due date has been set…The clothes are cute online, unfortunately, that’s all I can say…

Worst customer service
App is terrible
Although I love the brand women’s best, the app is horrible! I have to log in every time which to me what is the point of having the app when I state “keep me logged in”, also will not allow me to use the refer friends feature. I have to log onto the website. It never display my saved points either. I have to log onto the website to access pretty much everything.

I ordered 5 cans of protein powder 4 they expired after I made the return it's been a month and they don't send me the refund yet just say that I send the order number and a photo of the receipt that they sent me I did that and nothing that I get the refund
