A food app with videos? Damnnn!!!! Like they actually show you how the food looks before you buy it? Which other player is doing this? Top top customer service too! And they focus on local vendors in Ghana! I’m impressed. 🔥🔥🔥

The new update is terrible and ridiculous.. it’s a downgrade of the previous, and it’s not making ordering effective, it rather made it difficult
Refund
My refund was made later. It was due to technical problems. Your app is okay just that refunds takes a while
Could be better
Food costs more than when you get to the actual market, tracking is difficult, you can’t buy from multiple vendors at once and live support doesn’t respond early, orders are sent to riders who then stand in a queue to buy food which can take very long. Orders should rather be sent to vendors for delivery riders to pick up when ready
Complain Of Some The Amount They Take
The money on processing and delivery fees is too high
Costly
Your app is too costly. Imagine buying meat that’s 10 cedis and you are paying 12 cedis for it just because you are ordering why? Meanwhile you take delivery fees and even processing fees so what’s the 2 cedis on the meat for? It makes it too much for us to order please do something about it.

Deducted my money buy never delivered the food and not replying my messages and they reached out and its been two weeks and the money hasn’t been refunded nor have the food been delivered

Why are the prices of the food on the app so high than what it is.. and your riders too, most of them are too rude..

Quite a good app but things on there are more expensive than when you actually walk to night market and I think the processing fee is not needed .

Not all items that I ordered was delivered to me. Some were taken off and I couldn’t find the support or report button on the app. Very disappointing

The order takes so long and the days the orders are made in time , the rider will take forever to deliver it. Also the vendors seem to mess up the orders from time to time

Food vendors ratings need to be made available and not that 5star scam that has been put there. Also, they should really check the orders before making them.
