Age Rating is off
So I am enjoying this game so far. Would like to note that 7 of the 9 other heroes in the game are In-App Purchases. Also the game is nowhere near violent enough to warrant an 18+ rating. Yeah it has guns but there’s no gore enemies just kinda splat when defeated. They tend to disappear quickly after. This is probably 13+ tops going off the app store age rating system. Maybe there’s some extra gorey or mature thing I haven’t seen but I find that unlikely.
Why they didn’t add new characters
Why are you guys not doing the update you guys doing all PCs and PlayStation five Xbox everything but not mobile like we need updates we got all the characters and no one’s not gonna play if you guys don’t update no one no play mobile anymore because you guys not doing nothing you guys are just making sure everyone’s on PC how about mobile I don’t have a PC😒 please I swear to God I’m trying to wait for this. Dang update.😭

Gunfire Reborn is a fantastically well created game. Cute graphics, tons of great weapons and enemies, and infinite replay ability. Another aspect of Gunfire Reborn that makes it so addicting is the multiplayer features: texting, voice-chat, and parties allow you to play with friends in the same game! The ONLY thing that is missing is updates… I was planning on creating content for this game, but I do not feel confident in doing so, without seeing the developers taking the time to add new content. There is a reoccurring glitch that displays touch controls even when transparency is at 0%… Other than those few small details, if you are looking for a paid shooter that will satisfy all your cravings, this should do it!

Insanely underrated
This is one of the best mobile g looter shooters around. You have to try it. Somebody said it was like Borderlands lite, and that's a perfect comparison.
Crashes every few minutes USING NEWEST PHONE
iphone 17 pro max. Just downloaded game and crashes every few minutes. DO NOT BUY. I will be charging back this game asap
Fix multiplayer
Great game. Tons of fun. Lots of upgrade and characters. My only issue is while this game did have multiplayer options, it is not very functional. I think if this was fixed it would make the game way better. Make it so we can add and talk to people. Than we can setup matches easier too. Currently I have soloed this entire game. Anytime I go into matchmaking no one ever is found. No way to add active players either within the game. I would have to know them outside of the game and get their code. Takes me 30mins to solo a harder match. I would rather run it with people. Could be nice to have the option leave matches so other players can join in mid match. Can add each other and play more. Would love more content too.
It's okay
Nothing exciting. You don't run that fast, your hit box feels a little big, so you get hit easily, especially by large enemies. Descriptions for weapons and items aren't great. There is controller support, it takes some fiddling around with. The whole game feels clunky. Some small improvements would go a long way. Overall, I regret the purchase.
Patch update issue
Just bought the game and can’t play it. I’ve played it on console before and now I am reduced to a phone and wanted to enjoy a game I thoroughly enjoy. I would love to play the game as soon as possible. Please and thank you.

One of the best PC ports shooters on mobile, if it is not the best. Quite a shame the game is not getting enough traction as it’s supposed to get.

I have iPhone 14 Plus. Great game, hard to save. Control’s support is a nightmare. (Example, one day u b playin a level everything kicks butt. Then the next level u meet the challenge & u cant move forward. I beat the level just by moving backwards and side to side. Then next level comes u can’t move left but forward suddenly works.) 🤣 forget about save points. They don’t exist. Dude I erased the game. Without controller compatibility, yeah works well. Maybe the best shooter on the apple market after Sky gambler.
No updates and no offline play
This is a rogue like that should have offline play. 90% of the time I am playing by myself there’s no reason as to why I shouldn’t be able to play a game offline especially one where there isn’t enough people online to even justify the connection.

I’m giving one star due to only partial controller support. I’ll update it to 5 stars as soon as they update it! I unfortunately refunded, it’s an amazing game but I won’t buy until they finish controller support. It looks like it was started by the devs but never fully finished…

Seriously! They need to be more clear in the app description about how controllers work in this game because it is not clear at all, and on top of that the way it’s implemented is the absolute worst I have ever seen in any game. Do not waster your money!

Game play is great, however the menus lack controller support and the controller sensitivity doesn’t go as high fps’ should.

Love the game but when I go on patrols and I’m in the middle of the sea why would I need a internet connection if I’m just trying to play solo I think it’s kinda silly cause if your a console or pc player you don’t need a internet connection at all. Just wish you can play on airplane mode or with no connection.

Super fun, but not up to date.
Since the mobile and console versions are produced by other people, the pc version gets its updates and we are left clueless as to whether we will ever see an update for mobile or console anytime soon or if at all. Console might as well be over, but mobile is behind by a few updates and hasn’t updated in a while. I don’t have a pc or the money for one right now, so I’d like to see the mobile version get updated or given back to the original devs to be updated.

Incredible campaign FPS. Download it and play it over and over again. It’s amazing.
No updates
The game is way behind the pc version. There’s no seasonal content and we’re missing dlc 3 which launched 4 months ago. Ended up having to rebuy the game on pc to play via crossover on my mac just to have the new content. It’s an amazing game but the mobile version is the second worst way to play, with consoles lacking even more content.

I bought the game, why are there pay-to-win micro transactions? Huge turn off.
It’s really good but
Lots of fun and I want to keep playing to unlock everything but now after a couple days of playing without a problem, I crash at in game lobby or just starting a new run. I crashed after submitting a report about the crashes. So idk if it even know if it was sent. Nothing has changed since playing with no issues but all of a sudden I can’t play now. Stuff like this that isn’t fixed soon I’ll probably lose interest in and I’ll request a refund. Paid for an app that is not something new and still has huge bugs like this idk, doesn’t seem worth time or money so far.

Backbone controller doesn't work
Don't bother buying this game if you have a Backbone controller. It won't work. The settings say that you have a controller connected, but still, the controller doesn't work.

I left the game and came back. The game is still phenomenal in 2025. Whether using a controller or touch screen, the gameplay and controls remain fluid.
Game just stopped inverting vertical.
I used to play on inverted vertical but the game just stopped inverting. Now useless.
Love it but one problem
I love this game. It is so fun and i can’t stop playing it. The only problem I have with it is that I WANT IT TO BE OFFLINE. It makes me so mad to think I can’t play this on a plane or something because it is really fun. Please make it offline.

Thoughtfully and beautifully executed
This is the best iOS game I have ever played. It is modeled after the Borderlands series, but it is, in fact, so much better. I never have to worry about needing to pause and pick up later as it saves beautifully. The combat is fluid, fun and dynamic - the game truly never gets boring. There’s so much replayable content. I can’t recommend this game enough.
