Very happy
Before turning on your unit, download the app, and register your details, you’ll then get an email to verify your email address. DONE! Now make sure the unit is off and that your phone is connected to your home network, hit the “+” and do a manual set up, scan the qr code on the unit, connect to your home WiFi and that’s it. Works flawlessly
So basic
Yes, the app works but it’s like it was built about 15 years ago! It’s really frustrating that there are no automations or ways to integrate the AC control with other apps or iOS. Come on fidget so you have to sort this out and move with The Times please

Airflow adjustment works 50% of the time
I have no issues turning the AC on, but I cant always rely on the airflow adjustment (horizontal / vertical) to work. Timer doesn’t work. Can they please fix this on the app!?

Semplicità e versatilità
Ho acquistato un trial ed un dual, quindi cinque split in totale. Se hai una copertura ottimale del router si configurano tutti in pochi minuti. L’applicazione installata su iPad Pro funziona bene. Ogni stanza si può denominare a scelta. Si può osservare la differenza di temperatura tra motore esterno e split interno. Sono molto soddisfatto.
Buggy
App needs stabilising - it keeps logging me out every few days. Un and pw doesn’t recall Face ID so you have to manually enter it every few days then it says no internet! I’m on 1.6ghz WiFi. Really poor app.
Pretty good
It would be better if all units could work with it. Right now I have to use another app (AC Cloud) for my floor unit.
Timer assurdo
Come app non sarebbe nemmeno male, ma inconcepibile la svista riguardo la programmazione del timer, ovvero, non c’è modo di dirgli in quale modalità si dovrà accendere e quale apertura della aletta deve avere, lui semplicemente si accenderà con l’ultima modalità inserita manualmente prima, quindi se di giorno imposto clima, di notte (quando ho programmato il timer) si accederà nuovamente su clima, anche se volessi invece deumidificatore, ed appunto stessa cosa con l’apertura della aletta, che di notte la vorrei meno aperta perché direzionato sul letto. Spero davvero che correggano questa forte pecca. Per il resto niente male.
Sleep Timer
Please can the Sleep Timer function be added for AC? I would prefer to just use the app but I can’t as it doesn’t allow me to set a Sleep Timer like I can on the remote.

incompetent developers
after the latest update it forces a sign in, my ac was registered without an account so I had to create a new account. After creating a new account and trying to register my AC it says it’s already registered to another account so there’s nothing I can do.

Individual Auto Useless Via App
While I like the mini-split, I don’t ever want to use the physical remote. I’d prefer using an app. The problem is this app interface is very poorly thought out. They give you access to “Auto”, which is the equivalent of Individual Auto on the remote, but Auto mode has two temp settings. A Cool/AC temp and a Heat temp. On the remote in can choose both temps. The app only allows setting the Auto AC temp, with no control of the Auto heat temp. That makes it useless. On top of that, if you’ve set both temps via the remote, the app shows the correct AC temp, bug is always blue (cool) and never switches to red (heat), so you can’t tell from the app what the unit is actually doing.
Silenced mode
Would love the functionality to have timer on silenced mode like ”sleep timer” on Spotify. After ”3” hours it goes back to automatic or previous mode.
Simple and pratical
It’s very easy to connect and it’s doing what’s is supposed to do. I really love it, and prefer use the app instead of the remote. The only bonus who would be nice it’s to integrate in HomeKit or the app Shorcut, so we can use it with Siri or see it in the home app. I will be a very nice gift if you do it :)

What kind of app is not working on ios like this. Cannot use this at all. My ac is new unit and this is THE FIRST TIME to download and use , and keep having a communication error which is none sense , as our wifi is totally fine. My phone is fine the wifi connection is fine and green on unit. So , this is about the app, if you cannot make the app Remote then please dont. It is a WASTE to use resources to build this app.
Update: Google sync fixed
Since original post, fixed Google sync… remove the devices from G Home and re-add, all good now. App is great for scheduling and manually setting temps or turning on/off. For basic features, much better than the ridiculously convoluted remote control (and its terrible range). The interface with the Nest hubs is perfect for my older parents who are no-frills. Though they are a pain during initial setup, the wireless LAN modules are worth the price for me.

The app is very convenient however, do not work when my VPN is active, please update. Also quiet operation cannot be selected on the timer options

I’ve honestly had no complaints. I was a little put off by the low rating but it pretty much just works. You change the temperature. Give it a second to do its little spinny circle thing. And done. No complaints gets the job done and I prefer it to the normal controller

Keeps saying there is no internet connection (which there is) and requires logging in every time you use it.

Fatal. Poco intuitiva
Como tengas algún problema, reza porque es poco intuitiva. Por ejemplo, cuando cierras sesión porque hayas tenido algún problema luego no te aparece ninguna fórmula para abrir sesión. Solo te aparece la posibilidad de registrarte. Y si le das, con tus credenciales, te dice que no puede conectar con el servidor, que compruebes la conexión del móvil, estando este perfectamente conectado a internet. Un desastre.
Support for UTY-TFNXZ2 wan adapters
App works good for some of my units. It would be nice for my UTY-TFNXZ2 adapters to work with this app too so I would not need to use 2 separate apps for 1 house.

Failure configuration
Tends to deconfigure the air conditioning splits installed and it does not recognize them. Have to reinstall again and again the app.

Unusable after update
After update there is no option to do anything. The unit seems to exist in the app but I can’t actually do anything at all in the app except delete the unit.
Use this, not the FGLair app — this one actually works
Doesn’t give as many settings or options as the FGLair app, but that one fails to connect constantly… so at least this one is stable! Offers the same as my wall controller can do, no more no less (minus the installer section) Come on Fujitsu, you’ve got wicked heatpumps… but your apps are full decades behind the competition!!!
My unit keeps going offline & I have to reload the app
I have no problem with the function of the app except I keep having to delete the app and register my unit. My husband has an android phone and it never happens. It is now being a constant event on my iPhone. The app was stable for months and now it goes offline within a few days. What changed? This is getting tiring.

Overall Good
Overall good! The wifi enhancements to my fujitsu minisplits have been great. I don't use the scheduler, but I am able to control and monitor all temps from my phone which is great while away. This is a replacement for the remotes. Everything is in one place and I haven't touched the remotes in 2 years.
Nice app but has major faults
Have found numerous bugs, from causing indoor unit to heat room when room temp is already higher than set temp. Also setting issue eg energy saving fan, even tho it is selected it is not being activated. Turning setting off and on again makes it engage Makes me wanna take out the wlan adapter from my split unit
This app is okay..
This app has the basic features to control your Airstage thermostat. It lacks a lot of the additional features that you will find in most third party thermostat such as humidity display, filter replacement reminders, and the one I miss the most from my old thermostat is the ability to view run time in each mode. The app works fine otherwise and is fairly user friendly.
Very basic
Perhaps it was designed to be basic but it's stripped down functionality leaves it wanting. Also as we have a commercial building, we wanted two people to register to operate the devices. We cannot make this work at all. Only one remote operator. Poor
App is limited
I do not like that you cannot schedule fan speed. Like maybe I want the fan to turn to low from 5-9 then return to auto. I have a split level 2 story home and during peak heat, it is nice to recirculate the air so I have a more balanced temperature throughout. I can only schedule fan on times, but you can’t indicate speed. From what I can tell, once it is on via the schedule, it doesn’t turn off. You can turn the whole system off, but when you turn it on, it returns with the fan on. App developers, please allow users to schedule fan speeds in with the temp. So a user can say at 5pm cool to 74 degrees with fan on medium. Then At 8pm the user can have the schedule change to 72 degrees cool on auto fan.
Works great
Just had my air conditioning installed and managed to get both units set up with the app in 10 minutes and and works great with Alexa!
Broken
Worked well for months but the latest update April 2025 is awful. Apparently my phone has no internet connection (rubbish) and when it did work I was required to sign in 3 times in one day.

L’app è giovane ma ha tutte le premesse per diventare una ottima app. Funziona tutto bene. Installata su iPhone 13 iOS 17.1.1 nessun problema. Si possono implementare parecchie cose. Aspetto le prossime versioni.
Basic
Does the job. But functionality is limited, there’s no contextual help, and it won’t connect if you’re using a VPN (for no good reason, and with an incorrect error message). Much room for improvement.

La app funciona bien y se puede usar con Alexa pero es una app con aspecto muy antiguo. Le faltan bastantes cosa que si tiene la competencia como por ejemplo: Integración con Siri y atajos Interfaz amigable Temporizador cuenta atrás para apagado.
Does everything I need better than expected
I want to control my mini-splits at my Maine summer home while I’m south for the winter. I use minimal heat mode that sets the temperature to 50FF. This App lets you select any of my units modes including minimum heat and dry. App design is simple, easy to use, and does everything I want.
Doesn’t work
Following the instructions, the Ln function does not display on the controllers for any of the three WiFi equipped units that I have. No instructions what to do in the event of this situation. Can’t go any further and have given up trying.
Basic but functional
It works fine for me and setup was quite straightforward. Note for developers: please allow the ability to display the installing location of the units on the main page of the app rather than the long SSID code which is impossible to remember. Once you have more than a couple of units the only choice is to go into settings every time to figure out which unit I want to control. Thank you.
App works fine but not as supported as FGLair
Connects to my heat pumps fine, although the manuals all reference FGLair with my heat pumps, ended up finding this by accident and works to control 4 units but I was hoping to use these with FGLair so I could use home assistant integrations… seems this is a different system which is newer and as such has no integrations… docs say it works with Google home and Alexa which I can’t get to work… app isn’t made for iPad either which is a disappointment. Overall seems usable but needs work to make it way better, integrations with home assistant or matter are needed for 2023… so can only give this 2 stars….
More services needed.
App works with my Fujitsu aircon. They’ve recently changed the WiFi cards to work only with this app. . The app is very basic. Even the names of the aircon units are the serial numbers and can’t be changed. Could use integrations with HomeKit, Home assistant, Alexa etc. Which would be more useful than this app. It does work though. Hopefully more progress can be made.
