Absolute rubbish with a £100.00 sting for the hub.
I can only switch on or off all water heaters at once putting them on I’m away mode or halve the amount of water they keep hot. That’s all you can do. You can’t schedule the heaters or turn them individually. My great gran parents have more control over their water heating. Buggy, faulty, it gets stuck on away mode… I have to turn off the electricity supply when we leave because I can’t trust the app.
Réactivité
Bon logiciel mais dommage de passer par un serveur ce qui ralentit considérablement la réactivité. Sans compter que le serveur est parfois inexaccessible.
Pour un chauffe eau app un peu décevante
Il manque une série de fonctionnalités 1) affichage de la température réelle ( le % donné ne me dit absolument rien ) 2) bien que j’ai introduit mes tarifs et les heures de fonctionnement possibles ( h pleines et h creuses) les montants annoncés sont incorrects Il m’annonce 51% h pleines et 49 % h creuses alors qu’il ne fonctionne que durant les creuses suivant les réglages fait 3) Après la dernière Màj de version, je viens de vérifier la consommation annoncée au niveau de votre app 5,8kw ( du 01/08 au 06/08) alors que mes mesures via compteur raccorder ce circuit me donne 3,724kw pour la même période soit pour vos chiffres + de 50% de trop ( sans compter les problèmes mentionnés plus avant relatif aux proportions Heures creuses/pleines totalement erronées
Fiable mais pas très complet
Fonctionne bien mais avec des options et accès relativement basics. Il n’est pas possible de créer plusieurs plages de températures différentes en fonction de heures (actuellement seulement min et max). Et ce serait bien d’avoir la température de l’eau du boiler en live via l’app ainsi que la programmation des congés.

My cozy touch bridge has not been working for the past 3 days and technical support have not responded to contact made via the app and website. This is poor customer service

J’avais créé un compte, renseigné les tarifs de l’électricité et depuis 3 mois je suivais ma consommation. Il arrivait que l’application se déconnecte et demande mon mot de passe mais là c’est planté complètement ! Je n’ai même plus de compte, l’appli ne reconnaît plus mon identifiant. Impossible de récupérer ma consommation. J’ai dû créer un nouveau compte.. c’est foireux :(
Nice to have, but be ready for bugs
In a nutshell. I have this app on a few devices. Today, it doesn’t work on an iPhone. How do I know it? Because there is a huge bug in the ecosystem. Sometimes your appliance can lose the Wi-Fi connection. To make it work again, you need to add the same device to your account. So, you need to make this app do it. Today, the iPhone couldn’t do it for 3 days. Next moment, today as well, the iPad did it on the first attempt. Thanks to the developer who didn’t merge the new iPad OS update. Or to me for not updating it in time. Anyway. Dear developers, please fix this issue. You have all the logs, and I’m pretty sure you do it regularly. Or, dear management, please stop delegating the development job to those outside Europe or the nearest countries. They are just not good enough and are spoiling your brand name.

I couldn't connect to the boiler right away for some unknown reason. Now everything is fine. I would like to see the water temperature in the boiler and not just its quantity (it doesn't mean anything), please do this
Bug et lent
L’application a été lente depuis le premier jour mais je ne me suis pas formalisé pour autant. Par contre depuis la dernière mise à jour, des fonctionnalités ont disparu, comme le fait de pouvoir activer le mode Boost sur mon Kelud 1750w. Je trouve ça dommage et ça donne l’impression qu’au niveau assurance qualité, c’est un peu léger dans le développement software. J’espère que le problème sera corrigé à la prochaine mise à jour !!

Truly appalling bit of software, too many server errors and being logged out regularly. Shame as the radiators are fantastic . Why won’t you integrate with Alexa or Apple HomeKit?
Problème détecté sur la saisie des HP/HC
Lorsque je saisie deux créneaux en HC dans le menu Tarifs, le calcul automatique des plages HP ne fonctionne pas. En effet, l’application ne génère qu’une plage HP au lieu de deux et bascule le reste en HC … Merci d’en tenir compte pour la prochaine mise à jour.
Basic functionality but it works
Recent update seems to have made the app more stable and quicker, so that’s goodness. It would be great to have Siri or at least Apple Shortcuts as options. A more simple interface showing all the controls (like a remote control) on one page would be great at the moment you have to scroll across 3 pages just to raise the temperature and change the airspeed on your air conditioner. Keep up the good work !

The app is ok, the frustration is the “ok” confirmation when changing things. You have to wait for it to go away before moving onto the next device. Please either move where it appears or please just get rid….. it’s an unnecessary visual…. Confirmation.
Efficace et facile à l’utilisation
Une fois que les appareils sont synchroniser le système fonctionne à merveille. Très facile à l’usage néanmoins quelques conseils pour faire des économies sera un plus.

Unfortunately it is not the best
This is one of the most ineffective home appliance management applications. You cannot group your devices or set the entire home's temperature to the same degree. There is no Siri integration, and while it claims to have Google Home integration, that is not true. It primarily functions as a simple on/off switch. The user interface resembles something from the 1990s. On a positive note, there is significant room for improvement. I hope you have plans to redesign both the frontend and the functionality of the app.

1. cannot change zone for low and high rates for electricity system said it should be minimum 8 hours.. system shouldn’t strict fix time parts 2. quite strange and non user friendly change rates for electricity rate per zone 3. dear DEVELOPERS, please FULLY review your application, UI/UX absolutely abnormal working, a lot of bugs, a lot of strange things, connections with device as a game

I don’t understand why it isn’t possible to see the hot water temperature of the boiler in the app. This should be basic information.

The software and bridge is a bit flaky, the heating programming could be much better, and it would be good to show a history of temperature set so it can be compared to energy usage in the EDF et moi app. Overall OK but could be better.

Update: today’s version (May 13 2025) finally restored the ability to add my water heater after years of not working. ——————— App would not see that water heater is indeed connected to home WiFi. This would result in error and failure to do what app and heater are supposed to be - a smart device. Do not recommend neither this app nor the team that makes it. I tried to contact them - they promised to do something with the issue in a few weeks but then they just stopped responding to my emails. Will never buy Atlantic devices again.

I’m amending this as the developer got back to me to uninstall / reinstall the app to resolve and it did. Original Review: 2nd application update in 6 months that resulted in a server connection error.. pleas remind your developers to focus on root cause. As per previous error I can no longer use the App.
Such a poor app, but no choice but to use it
Such a poor app, even by connected home app standards. Currently not working at all, refuses to connect with the water heater after spontaneously deconnecting for the umpteenth time. Have tried deleting and starting from scratch, to no avail. Some features just don’t work, it’s quirky and not intuitive to use. I wish Thermor would get new control software, preferably something that worked. Edit: Restoring a star as I managed to reconnect after reconfiguring my WiFi router, so at least I can program the water heater again. I will look into replacing the Wi-Fi extender to see if that helps, but the disconnections are a problem. Also I see it has been updated, so I’ll give it a chance to prove itself.

Unreliable, very poorly designed app!
This app is so unreliable and simply does not work consistently as it should! Why can’t you fix the app so that it works properly? Nest, Hive, Tado amongst many others have been able to design a reliable app for homeowners to control the heating of their homes remotely. Why can’t you? You should sack the developer and hire one who is competent. I am fed up with this incompetence. #cozytouch #not

Guys, I cannot use the app to control the heating any more. You tell me to update the app, which i do. When i am asked to open the app, it tells me to update the app. So i am in a deadlock and cannot access the app and more importantly i cannot control the heating. This is a bit ridiculous.
I have been using this for sound 2 years
It’s been around 2 years since I’ve been using this app with my rad.. it’s just as bad now as it was then! It throws me out nearly every time I login, it never remembers my username or password, so have to type it in about 4 times a day.. if I turn the actual rad off from the app, I then takes about 4 attempts to work.. it’s very slow, and that splash screen needs to go!!! I never moan, or write horrible reviews, but after 2 years, it’s become apparent that it’s never gonna get any better..

Even after latest release I can still not : 1/Control the temp in a room even the radiator is perfect connected and a room is setup in the app(it works for all others) 2/when you switch to€ you can see the modes running in each room but then you don't see the time spent in lower mode consumption

Unfortunately we use this app to control our heating system. Constantly getting error message ‘server connection failure, please check your connection’. Very poor and frustrating application
