What people like
- Cheapest option available for this task
- Easy to import large collections of files
- Writes tags that work with Nintendo Switch
What they complain about
- Hard to find specific items in your list
- Can't easily check what is on a tag
- Sometimes loses connection while writing tags
- Apple Pay pops up unexpectedly during transfers
Yes!
Super good and cheapest option available. Saved me a lot!
Doesn’t import
I bought the app, but unfortunately I can’t import any files. They were moved to On my iPhone, but still won’t import. It’s a shame and a waste of 4 dollars
Great! One suggestion
This is great for writing amiibos :) I think one thing I would change is reading amiibos, it tells you what it is. I have nfc chips and sometimes I need to reread them to make sure I have it right if I'm labeling them in batches, I need to delete all the amiibos in my list in order to see what it is because if it's a duplicate I don't know what it is or it's too long of a list to see who was added in. Yes it would be a bit redundant if it's an actual amiibo or card and you're scanning it in for archival/backup, but it would really help out for people making physical copies to make sure it's right.
Please add a search function
I can’t find the amiibo I’m looking for quickly, otherwise it’s perfectly fine.
Great App!!! Needs search
I’ve been using Amiibo writers for years and this one is the easiest I’ve used and was also the best at importing large libraries of bin files. The only request I would make is to add a search function to the library so that when you have a very large collection of imported Amiibo’s you can find the one you’re looking for quickly without scrolling forever. I’ve looked all over the app and if it’s there already I sure can’t find it :-) Thanks!
Can’t Transfer Amiibos to Switch
One star. The product gives no free option, and does not do what it claims to. When attempting to transfer, APPLE PAY opens. The app the reads “Sytem Resource Unavailable,” understandably. Please resolve or refund.
Great app! Needs organizing options
This is great, but needs a way to organize and put in order.
Works as advertised
I was able to import a bin file and write it to an NFC tag. It was recognized by our Nintendo Switch.
Does NOT work.
When I try to write a card, it says “tag connection lost”. I try the tag on a different nfc reader and it works. This app is broken.
Features
Great app you guys should add a way to sort amiibo
Great app
Great app love it so far no issues
