Good Ol’ Reliable!
Ally makes it easy to save my amiibos! My pets have gotten to a few amiibos in the past so I got this to back mine up
Too long to update
Amiibos are being released and this app won’t let you add them since they’re not listed. Last update was 9 months ago. Paid for in app upgrade but pretty useless now.
Very nice, please update
Great app! Can you please update for Zelda, Echoes of Wisdom?
Excellent!
One of the few third party apps I get excited about when it updates! Fantastic amiibo app!
No new Amiibos
Works well if you just want to make older amiibos, but hasn’t been updated with new amiibos in almost 2 years.
App Works As Desired
Original Review: Have used the app a bunch in the past without issue, but it seems something has broken recently (I think with iOS 18+, probably an NFC API change) and now when attempting to write a tag, my iPhone activates Apple Pay / Wallet and I cannot write tags anymore. Otherwise app has worked great. Update: Developer responded and indicated that it shouldn't be happening and to reach out to support for additional assistance. I do believe something must have changed with my use case attempting to write to a Flipper Zero, and it was probably an update to that device that broke the previously functioning behavior, and not the app or iOS. The app works as intended for other use cases and the issue I experienced is not related to the app itself.
No write function
The description suggests that you can use your phone to duplicate Amiibo’s without actually needing the physical Amiibo, but that’s not the case. Even after unlocking the app and loading all of the Amiibo.files I’m still unable to replicate an Amiibo using my phone. DO NOT BUY!! Want refund!
I enjoy it :) (would love to add my boxed amiibos)
I do really enjoy this App! There’s a lot of small slice of life features like functionality with other games and there release. I like that it’s easily organizable and scanning in my Amiibo took me a second to figure out but once I did it was cool 😎 I will say the one thing I’d really like if they added was some way to enter my boxed amiibos as well. I get this app is to save your Amiibo on your phone and all that fun stuff but I use this more as a see what I have in my collection kinda thing. It be nice to just press a button and it say “these are the ones you have in box” and when you try using your phone as a Amiibo it just won’t work, I’d be fine with that. But good app.
Needing some support but have no idea how to contact
I can’t seem to import the retailbin file. I keep getting 0/1 files uploaded. Please help
The best amiibo app available
I've tried several and this one simply beats the rest. Simple, great UI, easy to use, files synced through icloud. Get it.
Buying a once FREE app?
Had this app for a few years, great way to track my library I will admit. But recently I saw the free version was not only removed from the AppStore but also from my purchase history?? Very anti-consumer if I do say so myself and I advice others to steer clear since we have no clue if this version will stay up or get replaced by an even more expensive version.
Great App, slight problem
So maybe I don't get it but I have been trying to put the files of amiibos from the app on an FC Tag, the white rectangle looking things, but it doesn't register them giving me the error message saying I need the key file in the app when I already added it? I'm not sure how to fix this and tried anything I know of.
Manque de support
Il manque les derniers Amiibos de Splatoon sortit récemment. Le support de ces amiibos sera possible prochainement ?
Best amiibo app out there
This is the best amiibo app I have ever found It has so many great features and helps any collector keep track
Doesn’t support New Amiibo
Stay far away, haven’t been able to update the app in months. Some Kirby Riders and Metroid 4 Support would be great. How long are we gonna have to wait?
Can’t write unreleased amiibo
Dark mode should allow to write any unreleased amiibo (TOTK Zelda / Ganondorf)
Some games still missing
Good app, but would be even better if missing games like Fire Emblem Three Houses or Engage would be added.
Works great with Power Tags
I like this app a lot. I like how when you add an amiibo, it stays available in the app. I also like how it works with Power Tags devices, since that desktop software is abandonware. I used Tagmiibo before, which is great, but this may be my new recommendation for other folks.
DON’T BUY THIS UNSUPPORTED APP
Newly released Amiibos are no longer supported and the developers are not updating this app - prove me wrong. Efforts are focused on the Pro version instead. But they are still selling this version as-is for uninformed buyers.. smh.
Love the app!
This is a slick amiibo collection app that has amazing functionality. I love it’s simplistic design, very sleek. One thing I would like to see is the home amiibo list organized into labeled sections by series, ordered by release date by default. Otherwise perfect app.
Help please
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but when I try to scan my amiibo card it opens apple pay. Is there anyway around this? I had assumed the app would make it so that wouldn’t be an issue
Deep Cut
pls pls pls add support for the deep cut amiibos pls
Complicated and ineffective
Unfortunately could not get it to work but the competing products did without issues. Major let down, buyer beware!
Mostly great
The app UI is fantastic and everything works relatively well except for adding bin file to the app and also I wish we could rename the imported Amiibo because I back up my Amiibo and my brothers and I can’t tell which is which
Complicated
I tried writing tags and it did show up when scanned on the app however, when I tried to use them on the switch, it said this is not an amiibo, I have compatible cards and files however it just didn’t work.
Must have companion app
The reviews don’t lie, this is the only app you need for writing Amiibo. You’ll need to find the bins, but that’s easy. A must have companion app
Not what I was looking for
My mistake, but, there are 2 versions of this with only $5 difference. I was not aware of this and was wondering where is the option to connect my flask. There isn’t one, it’s only available in pro version. Also there isn’t any option to upgrade to pro, so now if I want ability to connect to my flask, this will cost me $25. I found online where people said it cost $5 so when I saw $10 i though it was one with flask. Nope. My mistake for not paying attention to pro in otherwise exactly the same name. Having this for sale is just design for money grab! Oh, you can’t upgrade, but you sure can export your data to pro once you buy it again.
Almost perfect
Currently the app is not able to scan or import the new Animal Crossing series 5 cards. They can attempted to be scanned by the app but are immediately rejected with the message “this is not an amiibo” when scanned. Yet the actual game, ACNH, recognizes them just fine. Importing backups for season 5 cards will attempt to import them, and in fact state that the amiibo backups are loaded, but alas, when looking at the cards attempted to be loaded, the respective cards remain in the “unscanned” state. The app works fine for every other Animal Crossing season I tested as well as miscellaneous figures I collected over the years. Once support is fixed for AC series 5, I will update with 5 stars. Also, loading in multiple backup files at once is a really nice feature!
There are many choices but this is the one.
This app makes me happy. There were other choices to choose from and this one far exceeded my expectations. Very intuitive interface, instructions are clear and filters work great.
Was great until…
I just imported a couple of new amiibos and it wiped out my entire collection!
Series 5 cards aren’t showing up for me
I can move them into the app just fine and it will say importing complete, but it won’t show me the cards.
Worth the money!!
Works great on the n2 elite. Easy to upload files and add amiibos. Tears of the kingdom is about to get easier
Boo
Followed all the steps but cant use the write function 😭
Great, but could use some QoL fixes
I really do love this app, but it's incredibly frustrating having to long press the +, then pick the NFC option, every single time I want to scan a physical Amiibo or Amiibo card. I REALLY wish I could just tap + and go from there, instead of the extra steps.
Great app, please add Link from Tears of the Kingdom asap! Thanks!
Great app, please add Link from Tears of the Kingdom asap! Thanks!
Ally? More like Foe.
Basically wasted five bucks on a tool that told me my N2 wasn’t an N2. Must be a master of disguise apparently.
Enfin !
