Bad app and customer service
The app is broken. It charged me 8000 dram for a 5500 dram charging, and never refunded me the remaining. I contacted the customer service several times and they never resolved the issue. No phone number to call either. Poor service, poor app. I will never use EcoCars charging stations
BROKEN NACS charger
Broken NACS charger. And no adapters at station 506 in Tbilisi. Also support will never respond
Bad customer service
Very bad customer service, used for two days and both days had problem with a faulty charger and refund, they say they will refund the unused money or the balance but never do.
