Processing fees are unnecessary!!

I don’t know why you need to charge a fee for my payment! You collect interest on my loan for that process and the computer does most of the rest. I just feel it is a poor business practice. Makes you look like you are not a credible business, in this computer age. That is just my opinion.

I think it is absurd that I have to pay almost 4 dollars in fees on top of the amount that I’m already paying for my card note

They don’t own their own system issues. All employees and supervisors are beyond rude. I will never use this loan company again.!

I like everything except for having to pay additional fees to make the payment. It raises the payment up a couple of dollars and you get no credit for it.

If only
I was told when I got my car after 12 months good payments i could refi with credit acceptance. But I was told that wasn’t true however it’s on your website as a service. But that’s what I was told before I started going in the hole over having surgeries now no one would ever refi my loan bc I’ve screwed up few times in my medical struggles I keep trying. I get caught up then have another operation fall behind it’s a vicious cycle meanwhile my car isn’t worth much more than $3,000. But I’m being charged more than $12,000

Predatory Loans! Payment Fees!
These guys got me stuck with predatory loan. 20% APR and no option to refinance with them or cancel the contract. On top of that, they charge you a fee to pay your bill.

The app is ok, it’s crashes sometimes when it directs you to the web portal. I wish that was all in the app. I haven’t been able to see the amount of interest I’m accumulating. I’ve looked through the app and unless I glanced over it, the only way I’ve can see my interest would be to request a payoff quote and do the math from the numbers.

No engine
Got a f150 for about 16,000 at the dealership after approve it turn out to be 38,000 truck but not only that engine was bad and I bought the extended warranty which a year later of the truck being in the shop was decline I’m still paying my debt on timely matter but once I’m done I would never refer or mention this lender ever!!!

Credit acceptance is horrible. They have the highest interest rates that you could have even with a good credit score. They also charge a $3.75 fee to make a payment. That’s on time which is a scam. My monthly balance keeps going up yet. I have never missed a payment or been late. That makes no sense. Also, the balance that’s owed for the vehicle is not going down after a year somehow has gone up, do not go with this company, avoid them at all cost. You will regret it. I am trading in my vehicle to get away from them.
