Great app
It’s a great app the only thing I wish it had was an option to save favorites workouts. This way when I want to look back at a workout I can hit “favorites” and see all the ones I like and not go searching through each day. It would be a “nice to have”
I hate this app
1) Randomly being logged out and asked for a PIN code makes no sense. 2) The “eye” button to reveal the screen and hide the keyboard is not a good design. 3) Check-in/out button designs are not obvious. 4) overall user interface lacks basic design principles. 5) This app needs to be totally rebuilt from the ground up with a modern approach. It feels like it was made in the 90’s.
New Member
We just switch to this platform from SugarWod. From the start of the onboarding to now the customer service is so much better than SugarWod. As the gym owner I do have to adjust a few things when downloading workouts. The app is running smooth and the members seem to enjoy it.
The UI is so bad
I have used so many CrossFit workout tracking apps, and this might be the worst looking one. You are greeted with an endless list of dates that are so hard to see. Everything is so cluttered. Clumsy design. No customization for the user.
Could be better
should be able to “reply” to someone’s comment on your score. Also when you “open” a notification it should mark it as read, but for some reason you have to click to mark them as read and then click again to confirm. Should be simpler and more streamlined.
Great for Our Gym
This app has worked well for our gym. It incorporates our 24/7 gym access, CrossFit classes, gym store, messaging, programming, etc. all in one cohesive place.
Clunky
Coming over from SugarWod, and it’s been a struggle… however, I do appreciate that gym management and memberships are all in one place. Honestly my main gripe is that it doesn’t foster gym community and banter like other app does. No one comments, or likes each others workouts like we used to in SugarWod. In fact, most people don’t even log their workouts anymore. Let us add gifs!
Logging off
The app keeps logging me off periodically. Otherwise it’s fine
Terrible app
Slow, buggy, does not refresh well. I’m so disappointed that my gym is using this app
Pretty good
App works well in general, there are some minor features missing (being able to see all workout scores, not filtered by RX/SCALED; previous PRs showing for a programmed movement)
All in one app
It has been so nice to have one app that does everything for our gym. The programming, scheduling, store purchases…. StreamFit has been super responsive and from what I have seen, all their updates have been in response to user/customer feedback which is super positive.
Terrible App
Terrible app and customer service. My gym and the “tech team” for this app are scammers. They just want your money.
Not user friendly at all
I’ve used both SugarWOD and Wodify in the past. This app is awful in comparison. I understand that gym owners like it, but as a member, ugh. The learning curve is steep. I’ve finally gotten accustomed to it, but I still track PRs and such in Wodify. I guess this app is cheaper than the aforementioned ones for gym owners so that’s why it’s popular. I don’t think it’s worth it if your entire membership complains regularly.
App basicly ok, but with some bux
App is basicly ok, but has some bux. For example, the Search in the PR-list does not work propaply. I wanted to give this feedback to the Developer. But the Formular says, that I am „not a human“. Grrrrr!
Continuous Improvement
Clearly an app that is trying to continuously improve. I really appreciate all the work they’ve done over the past year and I’m eager to see where they take it next!
Login issues
My gym uses this app, and I’m listed as a coach, however when I went to gym finder to see what gyms would be available while traveling, I accidentally hit don’t allow on the location pop up instead of allow while using and now the app won’t allow me to log back in so I was unable to see coaching notes! Junk! I’ve deleted and reinstalled, tried on the browser, updated my phone and deleted and reinstalled and NOTHING
Needs work on some basics.
It has been logging me out and when I request a login code for email or phone I don’t receive it.
Much Improved!
We switched to StreamFit a few months ago and it was rough at first, but they have made plenty of improvements to their User interface and the app is far smoother now. I am very impressed with their ability to take and implement feedback, as well as the drive to continuously improve the app
Outdated
My gym switched to this app, and it feels like a step backward. While it works, the design is dated, navigation is cluttered, and the overall experience isn’t as polished or intuitive as the previous app. Scheduling classes is still easy enough, but the app could really benefit from a modern UI/UX refresh.I would never CHOOSE to use this app.
Great Coaching App
Team at StreamFit is super responsive to requests for tweaks and enhancements to our U.I. Used to be on ZP, this is a great improvement in ease of transactions within the app.
Gym owners beware
Terrible experience. Benchmark transfers had to be done one member at a time, and even then wouldn’t sync unless wording matched perfectly. Writing programming was slow, repetitive, and inefficient. No way to easily view or move full weeks of workouts. Would not recommend app or software.
Game Changer for My Gym
I had used other softwares for my gym before Streamfit, and they all left me wanting for one reason or another. We switched to this two years ago and it has been amazing. They really value the input of the gym owners who are using this system and are constantly working hard to continue to update and provide the best service possible. Customer service is easy to contact and super helpful when I need help with something. The system does exactly what we need it to do.
Needs professional developers
Perhaps it might have backend improvements for owners, but as an end user / customer of a gym, this app has a horrible user interface, the developers clearly didn’t do any testing with the modal errors and the overall UI doesn’t comply with Apple design guidelines.

We implemented Streamfit into our gym and haven’t looked back! Our members LOVE the convenience of the app and it’s built relationships with our community. There are constantly updating, adding new features, and improving our experience. 10/10! Customer service reaches out to gym members personally to check in on our experience and ask for feedback.
Not good
Just not a good app. The leaderboard is buried, so many members just stop entering their results which has a negative effect on the community aspect. Lots of bugs, the messaging portion can’t handle class videos. Imagine they will go out of business or some company will purchase them and integrate any positive aspects into their existing tool.
Awesome app for gyms
Our gym switched to StreamFit not long ago and it has been an amazing experience. The app is easy to use and has a ton of cool features, including nutrition (it allowed me to finally get rid of My Fitness Pal). What may be the best part about them is the customer support. Whenever I have questions I can reach out to real, genuine people who are quick to help me solve any issues I’m having. Would highly recommend for any gym that’s looking for a new gym management software
Disappointed
We just switched from SugarWOD, which isn’t the best to begin with, to StreamFit. App is not very intuitive and I can see A LOT of people will struggle to adapt. Leaderboard isn’t showing results. A few minor annoyances are the notes tab and the decimals (must enter 22500 for 225lbs for example). Screen with PRs literally has every WOD and movement in one list, no filters, not broken up by category. I have paid and will continue to pay for BTWB going forward as it is by far the best app.
