Macht was sie soll und ist recht übersichtlich.
Die App ist leider ein Witz
Wer schon mal andere Apps wie die von Specialized genutzt hat, kommt sich hier ziemlichen die Vergangenheit versetzt vor. Die Funktionen sind alle recht rudimentär, keine OTA Update und meiner Meinung nach der größte Mangel, man kann nur ein Bike koppeln. Das ist wirklich ein Witz, wie will man denn seine anderen Bikes mit TQ Antrieb verwalten. Bitte das Feature zügig nachliefern.
Worked first time
Just connected with no fuss to my Trek bike. App does the basics around configuration but doesn’t support software updates. No ride tracking either. TBH the software issue is more of a problem as requires and trip to the bike shop which will cost money no doubt. Not as sophisticated as the Bosch app as an example.
Leider nicht fertig
Keine Updatefunktion des Motors über App. Fahrradmotoren sind Consumer Produkte & keine Flugzeuge oder Industriemaschinen. Das ist wirklich unzumutbar. Range Extender von TQ 50 funktioniert nicht mit TQ60. Fehlt nach Fehlercode das Update… Dafür muss ich den Aufwand betreiben eine Werkstatt aufzusuchen?
Nicht schlecht,aber Potential nach oben
In der App sehe ich die für mich relevanten Daten und kann Einstellungen am Antrieb vornehmen - soweit so gut. Mein Problem, ich habe zwei Bikes mit TA Antrieb und kann nicht von einem Rad zum anderen wechseln. Laut Telefonat mit TQ Support aktuell noch nicht möglich, soll aber irgendwann möglich sein.

Sencilla y útil aplicación para gestionar los parámetros del motor TQ. Podría ser un poco más precisa a la hora de elegir los “números” pero hace bien su función

Wann kommt endlich die neue App für den HPR 120. ? der Motor ist leider überhaupt nicht mehr an die Connect Welt angeschlossen.

Fine if you only have one TQ bike. Useless otherwise.
The app works okay if you only have one TQ bike. It has quirks where as you can not get precise setting. Say you want to set 100% assist, the app will decide to set 99% or say 101%. For some reason it really does not like round numbers. The biggest issue though is that you can only use it with one TQ bike. I have 2 TQ based bike. The other odd a Trek and fortunately I can use the Trek app for that one otherwise I’d be SOL. It’s ridiculous that you can not set up multiple bike and for each bike you cannot save and set up multiple profiles. It’s like the app was designed by someone who’s never actually owned or used multiple mountain bikes before.
Can anyone explain this example of 75% then no 75% in the equation? Can I have the math equation?
ASSIST Assist is the factor which the motor amplifies your pedaling power. Assist ranges from 25% to 200% Ex: Rider input is 100 watts then amplified 75% by the motor. 100 W x 150% = 150 W motor output

Kein Vergleich zur FAZUA App
Der Motor ist echt gut, aber sorry die App taugt gar nichts! Da ist die FAZUA App um Welten besser.
Insgesamt solide App
Die App liefert mir für meine Anforderungen alles notwendige und funktioniert vorallem zuverlässig! Ein paar mehr Funktionen wären natürlich schön (Fahrauswertung integrierte Navigation etc) hier soll laut TQ aber bereits dran gearbeitet werden.
Please Add Two Bike Connectivity!
I have two TQ powered e-bikes, one road and one MTB. There is no way to add the second bike in the app without deleting the other. Such a pain. Would really like to be able to have both bikes show in the app (with only one at a time actually connected, naturally). Also please add the ability to rename bikes from the default number.

Utilisateur Bosch depuis longtemps également, je trouve l’appli TQ minimaliste mais c’est exactement ce qu’on lui demande ! Pas besoin d’être une usine à gaz pour être efficace. Le système TQ fonctionne avec les gps tels que Garmin par ANT+ et grâce à cela, on a bien plus de données.
Keine modernen Features!
Im Grunde ist die App unnötig!? Insbesondere wenn man von anderen Herstellern kommt wirkt die App lieblos und bietet keinerlei sinnvolle Features (ausser Anpassung der Unterstützungsstufen). - Es fehlt Aufzeichnung der Tour - Auswertung Anteil Unterstützungsstufen - Over the Air Update der Firmware (man muss dafür tatsächlich zu einem Händler?!) - Sync mit Komoot - Integration Wahoo …
Works
App seems to work well overall. It does not allow copy and paste, which makes it tedious to log in. Fortunately this doesn’t need to be done often.
Landscape view???
Would be great to have the dashboard switch to landscape view when to phone is rotated.
Mir fehlt das Update Feature
Schade das ich meine Software nicht mit der App wie bei specialized aktuell halten kann sondern zu einem Auth. Händler fahren muss( den ich hier nicht habe )… auch einige Features wie mein Vorredner fehlen.. da liegen andere Hersteller weit vorn.

Im wald kein Internet und deshalb kann ich nichts an meinem MOUNTAINBIKE machen. Was für ein Schmutz von einer App. Entwickler absolute Nullnummern die vermutlich noch nie Mountainbike gefahren sind. Danke dass ihr mir mit dieser schlechten App den Spaß am fahren nehmt. Lächerlich

Ich finde App gelungen und die Möglichkeiten des Motortunings sind genial. Mit dem letzten Update wird der Range-Extender bei meinem Scott Solace nicht mehr angezeigt
Keine Firmware Update-Möglichkeit
Bitte schafft die Möglichkeit, Firmware-Updates mittels der app zu installieren - die Konkurrenz schafft es auch. Das ist das meistkritisierte (fehlender) Feature in meinem TQ-Bekanntenkreis

great that one can adjust the level of assist. but, there does not seem to be a way to add multiple bikes. why not? not very practical to be deleting/connecting to different bikes every time i want to do something. please add this to the app, and the option to rename bikes
Update Feature
Das ist wohl ein Unding das man für das Update zu einem autorisierten Händler muss! Zumal wir hier in der Nähe keinen haben. Haben zwei hochpreisige Bikes online gekauft und sollen jetzt zu einem Händler fahrender ca 60 km entfernt ist😬😬 Hatten vorher Fazua, da waren die Updates immer online möglich! Andere Hersteller sind da wesentlich Kundenfreundlicher. Bitte das schnellstens ändern!!!!
Gut aber Luft nach oben
Sehr gut finde ich, dass ich die drei Unterstützungsstufen individuell anpassen kann. Schade, dass ich keine weiteren Stufen über die App festlegen kann. Schade, dass Informationen, die während der Fahrt angezeigt werden nach Abschluss der Tour auf der App nicht abgerufen werden können. Schade, dass die App nicht mit einem externen Fahrradcomputer verbunden werden kann, um beispielsweise detaillierte Daten über den Tourverlauf darüber nachvollziehen zu können. Schade, dass ich die Restreichweite in der App nicht sehen kann.

Slider unpräzise
Leider lassen sich im Motor-"Tuning" die Slider nur sehr schwer auf die gewünschten Werte einstellen. Sobald man den Finger abhebt, verzieht der Slider und der Wert ändert sich um mind. 1%. Und nein, das geht auch ohne Wurstfinger. Warum kann man nicht einfach stattdessen oder auch die Werte einfach über die Tastatur eintippen. Das Problem wäre gelöst. Sehr schade auch, dass man nicht - wie z.B. bei Shimano - den Motor oder die Komponenten selbst updaten kann. Nein, man muss zu einem authoriserten Händler. wzf!

Pretty intuitive app for setting the TQ motor assist levels. But what is Stealth Mode listed in the display options?
Review ride data?
The app works well for setting the tuning but I don’t see a way to record a ride so I can review the data post-ride. I especially want to see the motor power statistics along side the rider power throughout the ride, or at least a ride average of each power readings. Is there a way?
Off to a great start!
What it does, it does well, but there are still some obvious features that haven’t been added despite being around awhile…. Saving various motor tune profiles would be SO useful! And the new SW version feature doesn’t seem to work on my Trek Ex-e…. I hope they will continue to develop this.

Minimaler Zugriff auf Daten, die der Motor generiert. Wenn ich sehe, was die Händlersoftware an gespeicherten Daten herauslesen kann (durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit, Tretfrequenz, getretene Wattzahlen, Batteriequalität, Ladezyklen etc.) kommen mir bei der Leistungsfähigkeit der App die Tränen. Bitte nachbessern; da geht noch was.
App zeigt zu wenige Details
Wenn man nach der Radtour die gefahrenen Kilometer, Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit, Fahrzeit und mehr sehen will geht das nicht. Nur der Gesamtkilometerstand wird gespeichert. Auch dann muss man neben dem Fahrrad stehen. Für ein Radtagebuch am Computer ist das zu wenig.
Broken
1.6.10 on latest iOS says my brand new e-bike (BMC Roadmachine) has over 2 million miles and cannot be configured. Everything is broken in the app at this point.
