Problems
Update- I got past a few issues with this game and FINALLY settled in. For the last several months this has been my all time favorite game for relaxation and fun and now it won’t open for the past 2 days. Of course I’ve been on a great win streak and won their weekend contest and should have received my reward today. I signed into the app from my iPad and none of my history is there even though I backed up in the Game Center. I hope I haven’t lost everything I worked so hard to collect What is wrong with this game! It keeps getting stuck on the 3rd puzzle and won’t let me advance. What a WASTE
Good, but several issues
Your design and programming of the angles is better than others I’ve tried, but there are a few issues with this game. I don’t see the point of the coins or the collected items or the medals. You can’t do anything with them, so they’re just distractions. Second, when I launch the game, there are so many extraneous pop-ups related to side challenges that it takes too long to get to the actual game. Third, very often when you’re down to the last few moves, your programming of the colors is clearly NOT random. For example, if there is a blue and a red ball, you will only put out one color until that color is done, then you’ll finish with the remaining color. That happens so often, its clearly not randomized. Lastly, when collecting coins or achievements, why make the user click twice to claim it? There’s no need for the wrapped gift to fall down, bounce twice, then tap to claim when you've already clicked tap to claim. Mostly, I just want to finish each round using as few balls as possible, but that’s not even a part of the game.
Help!
The gallery puzzle is messing up again. One puzzle piece is stuck, and I’m going to lose the entire last reward. ☹️ please fix so I can rate this otherwise outstanding game five stars.

Too many ads. You lose to many free shots, ads come on you want on them to finish and some ads do not direct you back to your game and you lose all your earned shots. I’m done. Lost too many shots I’ve worked for
Glitch in puzzles at 8880 level
Please fix the glitch in the puzzle gallery for level 8860-8900. There is a puzzle piece already uncovered and you can’t complete the puzzle
Predatory developers. It’s more of an ad server than legit game
Some levels are so difficult that I suspect money grubbing. Then in levels around 116, it gets even worse as the bubbles are inconsistent in their reactions. I’ve uninstalled it. It COULD be a good game with at least half the ads cut out. Hint: if you want to play, when you’re down to 3-4 shots, kill the app to start the level over else you’ll *never* get a good streak going!
Gameplay Sound
I love playing this game but I like “Sound”! Why is it that the sound always goes out after I play a few games? I have to close the game all the time just to get the sound back! I don’t like that!! Please help me to understand what I can do if I’m doing something wrong to keep the sound while playing the game. Thanks in Advance!

Although this ball shooter is mind numbingly easy it does pass a few idle moments. Completed the first 20 levels in no time at all, hoping it becomes more difficult as I progress through the game. I’m enjoying the game nevertheless but hope for more difficulty in future games. Never give in 👍🏼
Bait and switch
The ads to pop-up on other games show you shooting bubbles into these fantastic huge structures. Reality is you have to go through endless amounts of pouring simple ones and who knows when you’ll eventually get to those that are in the ads. To the developers, just put those upfront. It’s what your advertising. And why I wanted to play your game.

Shoot bubbles between ads
Even to open the game there’s half a dozen pop ups before you can do anything. Some of them you can exit others you can’t. After each level there’s an ad and most of the time it’s unskippable and you have to close and restart the game because there’s no way to exit. Levels are quick so you spend a solid 60% of your time trying to close pop ups or watching ads. Poor show really

It gives you plenty of balls to use at the beginning but end up wasting most of them just trying to get up to the bombs. You get the first few rows with only one ball of each color. By the time you build color balls to two so you can get rid of them, you are down to like 17 balls left and not even half way done. So you watch an ad to get more balls. But the ads freeze or they are so long, you give up and try over.

Only one problem
Love the game… great colours and sounds. The one thing that is putting me off and which may see me deleting this game for a similar one, is that you can’t pay a one of fee for getting rid of the ads. They are very off putting and the ad fees are ridiculous and not worth it. Greedy.
