Love this game and have been playing it for quite some time… I transferred to a new iPhone and for some reason I cannot find any link or support link to restore my game on my new device… I am at level 1104 and would like to get some technical support to re-reinstate my game on my new phone. I clicked the technical support and there is no email address of any kind. Help please!

Careful buying diamonds
I made two .99 purchases to aid in winning the level 781. I successfully beat said level then when I later returned I was STILL on the same level. Why? So I bought another 100 diamonds for .99 to get past the level. Ripoff or not??

Games get impossible in the 3000
Love this game . Doesn’t look anything like the ad in the app. However you cannot make it without a lot of purchases. The games in the 3,000 are silly and ridiculous.
App Crashing A lot
I love playing this game. It’s fun and addicting. I’ve had this app for a few years now, but recently it’s been glitching and making you restart levels you’ve already completed. Can someone please fix this!
Decent but so many problems
I’d be extremely surprised if the developers & owners played this game for any extended time. There’s far more ads than game play—& that’s when the game isn’t freezing or having players deal with frustratingly difficult levels where 1/3 of the board is locked in position, interfering with the ability to move pieces & progress There are promised gifts (from watching ads) that never appear in the player’s bag, no helpful instructions on what to do to beat levels (you just have to play to figure out what’s going on) & poorly designed structures (sometimes there’s no way to win bc of the configuration inside of a structure) The look of the game seems meant to be antique-y, but it comes off as dingy looking

DECREASE DIFFICULTY OF LATER LEVELS AND FREQUENCY AND LENGTH OF ADS. Game also freezes.
On Level 4376. Used to be more fun, but now some later levels of the game are just impossible to complete in the number of moves allowed, even when watching ads for extra gems or “free” moves. The game developers seem more interested in getting players to pay than creating a fun game with interesting, winnable levels. Disappointing.

When you finally earn enough points to play a special event - Tree & it shuffles for a play so many times the game crashes and you lost your points just like that!

Unplayable
I read the reviews before downloading this app. Many said there were too many ads. I thought to myself, ‘I’ve played games with a lot of ads. It couldn’t be worse than those’. For 20 - 30 seconds of game play you watch 4x that time in ads, if not more! Worse than that is your game constantly freezes. I read that review also and assumed something was wrong with their phone. 🤨 This game is just not fun enough for all that trouble.

I love this game but it's very frustrating when it freezes right after you and it doesn't give you credit for the win. I lose my 5 game win streak constantly because of it. Theres no one you can reach out to. Annoying

A fine game…
This game is great, but only for a little while. Once you get to level 150 and higher, this game becomes very repetitive and unenjoyable. To the developers, get rid of the blocks that regenerate!!! The mushroom blocks and the ice blocks make this game VERY frustrating and not fun, and so for that reason, I am uninstalling this game at level 230.

I’ve just recently downloaded this game. I’ve made it to level 74 but since I reached level 70,71,72,73 the game keeps freezing and I’m losing my rewards. I give the app a 4 star rating because I think the levels are fun to play previous to the freezing.

Can’t close out of screens advertising other games
Fun app, but I’m having an issue with your in app purchases. There is no way to close the annoying ad for Royal Match, so I’ve stopped using the app. May delete it if you can’t put the x box further down on the screen where I can access it to close out of ads!!

Satisfying sound effects compliment a good game with an interesting progression. Only criticism is that some levels have a seemingly impossible ceiling to reach to get 3 stars.

I’m sure this game would turn out to be entertaining if it wasn’t for the long, boring adverts between each action you perform and each new level you go to. It’s not necessary to have that many adverts. I’m outta here.

There are many (too many) keel and explosions game apps. I have loved this game precisely because I can use it in my wind-DOWN routine. I unload a stressful day in the life and now you’ve upgraded it to lose its value. I feel betrayed and lost. I will send you this for insight and then delete it totally.
