WHAT HAPPENED?
I’ve had my account for over five years and then I did an update and all of a sudden I’m having to on board as a new user and my entire account is gone. Why was my account deleted and why was I not warned? I refuse to create another account. If I don’t get my previous account back, you lost a customer forever.

My "Who sent this" page has been stuck on grey blank screen for 3 weeks. I can't see payment page. I reinstalled 3 times, restarted phone, tried mobile data and WiFi. In-app support not working and both support emails bounce back. I am in Nigeria. Please fix.

Where did the Instagram linking go?
I used this app back when it was really popular, deleted it after a while, and recently reinstalled it to give it another try. The anonymous thing was always the fun part, and it still is, but a lot has changed. The first thing I noticed is how much the UI is different. The option to link your Instagram account is gone, and that was one of the main features I used before. Now it seems like you have to create a completely separate account just to use the app, with no explanation for why that changed. I'd also like to know what happened to the accounts that were previously linked to Instagram. Mine is still out there and I can't access it. There's no recovery option in the app, and I've emailed support about it multiple times without ever getting a response. I also noticed that when creating a username, even if the name is available, the app automatically adds a string of numbers to the end. Not a huge deal, but it's strange that you can't have the username exactly as you entered it. It makes usernames look less personal and inconsistent with what users actually want. Would give this more stars if there was a way to recover old accounts and some explanation for these changes.
