Cette appli est une arnaque complète
Dites-vous que j’ai essayé de prendre 50 $ canadiens essayez d’investir dans mon propre pays, ou peut-être même encore au Nigeria, cette application coûte des frais, j’ai installé ça hier je la désinstalle aujourd’hui même. Tu ne peux pas faire une seule action sur cette application sans payer de l’argent finalement tu perds plus d’argent que tu n’en gagne. Et le pire dans tout ça, c’est pour te forcer à prendre leur abonnement qui je ne suis même pas sur enlever tous les frais, ils me mettent des frais sur tout du retrait à même le changement de la monnaie. cette application était vraiment excellente. J’étais bien parti pour investir dessus mais jamais de la vie.. parce que j’ai investi 50 $ au départ et je retourne 24 $ dans mon compte. Merci à vous, mais jamais de la vie encore. Maintenant que je m’en rends compte, il me restait 39 $ que j’ai d’ailleurs essayé de retirer vers mon compte en banque, il voulait me prendre 15 $ de frais et même avec 39 $ et 15 $ de frais. Il était censé me rester 24. On me dit qu’il est impossible de retirer cela.. J’ai donc dû me déconnecter, mais sachez que je vous maudis intérieurement, franchement c’était de l’argent durement gagné. Et finalement j’ai dû abandonner cet argent parce qu’il était même pas possible de le récupérer. Merci pour rien encore bonne idiot je ne veux jamais avoir affaire à vous.
Rapport qualité prix et frais
Beaucoup de frais et encore plus élevé que d’autres plate-forme. Il faut essayer de réduire les frais parce que l’usager voit son portefeuille déjà en moins juste en faisant un dépôt et un placement. Sinon bonne continuation pour l’initiative africa investment forever.
IP
Le problème de IP sera résolu à quel moment cela a trop duré !!!

Prélèvement
Tentative de rechargement effectuée il y’a 4 semaines sans succès. Un matin je constate un prélèvement effectué par Daba, non crédité sur mon compte Daba, et non re crédité à date sur mon compte bancaire. Et le service client 😪😪😪😪je préfère ne pas m’exprimer. Belle application mais trop de bugs, elle est instable, fonctionnalités qui ne passent pas systématiquement et le service client pas très réactif. Inscrit depuis 2024, j’ai été déçu, je suis passé à Coris Bourse. Au moins en cas de difficulté je suis mieux accompagné. Un utilisateur déçu et désabusé

J’ai lancé lappli et il y avait un courriel qui n’est pas le mien, qui était pré rempli sur la page de login. Aussi la balance qu’on peut investir se met parfois à zéro au moment où on choisir une action à acheter.

Après la nouvelle mise à jour j’arrive plus à accéder à l’application. C’est dur à quoi ??
Bugs de l’application
Après la dernière mise à jour, il est difficile d’avoir accès à l’application. Ce problème concerne t’il seulement les utilisateurs de Apple.

You’re app has a bug that prevents people from putting their email and password and assessment the app on first trial.One has to insist multiples times and sometimes over long hours to be able to acces ma the app.It keeps saying request time out even in the presence of excellent internet connection.

J’aimerais mettre à jour mes informations bancaires sur daba finance mes je n’y arrive pas. J’ai même essayé de supprimer mon compte puis de d’inscrire à nouveau mes données bancaires mais cela ne se fait pas. J’arrive même pas à voir mes informations bancaires et le modifier. J’espère qu’ils résoudront rapidement ces bugs pour que je continue à investir. Merci.

Je ne pense que ce soit normal d’attendre plus de 5 minutes pour un code qui est supposé être envoyé par WhatsApp ou directement sur la messagerie. Et il n y a aucune option pour passer cette étape et revenir la compléter plus tard. À chaque fois que je quitte l’application, et que j’y retourne je dois repasser par cette étape mais même après 30 minutes je n’ai reçu aucun message.

One of my favorite investment apps to date. Plenty of opportunities, active sub-communities, and a seamless user interface. Can’t believe it’s not #1 on the app store yet! The platform has company information to guide investors of all levels. Plus, I love purple. 💜
