Took me 30 mins to pay for my laundry
Wow, this has been a terrible process. The system times out on you before you’re able to put in your actual credit card and then the system hangs. It tries to make you download an app and set up an entire account just to do your laundry. There’s no reason for any of this to exist. Just put a tap to pay on the machines. Gathering my data to do laundry is ridiculous. Have you read some of these terms and agreements? It took me 30 minutes to start my laundry.

Hello, The app works fine. Honestly I’d decrease reservation time to 2,30h and please have push-up notifications implemented !!!!! BR
Connexion impossible
Bonjour. Dès que je veux me connecter à l’application je dois m’y reprendre à plusieurs fois : nom utilisateur ou mot de passe incorrect. Les mots de passes sont enregistrés dans l’iPhone donc corrects. C’est très pénible

Die App aktualisiert nicht autom. und selbstständig den Status. Man muss immer wieder den Aktualisierungsknopf klicken. Für den Maschinenstatus muss die App gar geschlossen und neu gestartet werden…. Die Währungseinheit kann nicht gewählt werden. Wenn ein ausländischer Nutzer die App installiert wird autom. € gewählt. Wenn er dann eine CHer Maschine (in CHF) bezahlen will, blockiert sich die Maschine für mehrere Stunden. Nichts geht mehr…
Handy but with bugs
Very easy to use, but there are some bugs i.e. I need to restart the app after every payment via qr-scan because it doesn’t recognize the qr code.

Machines don’t work and they still let you put your clothes there, so you have unwashed or not dried clothes and no money back. Wrote them and never received any feedback.

Pourquoi faire simple quand on peux faire compliqué
Franchement nul, la machine fonctionnait très bien avant, avec et sans monnayeur, depuis qu’il y a ça sur les machines ça fonctionne pas le linge est trempé, c’est devenue hors de prix ( 2 francs 30 pour 25 minute alors que le mode est d’une heure ) aucun numéro d’assistance. Pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué résume bien ce système. Nul Nul Nul.
Nicht nach Verbrauch
Ob ich mit 90 oder mit 20 Grad wasche, mir wird (fast) gleich viel verrechnet - washMaster rechnet nur die Zeit. Ob ich eine Unterhose oder 5 kg trockne - gleicher Preis, im Voraus abgebucht. Richtig sollte je nach Energieverbrauch abgerechnet werden.

Very disappointing – unreliable app and no support
The app sometimes stops working without warning, leaving you unable to use the washing machine at all. The support number provided doesn’t work, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Although there are slots for credit cards, they don’t function either. Overall, this system is unreliable and inconvenient. I would much prefer old-school coin payments—at least then you can actually do your laundry.

1) No reservations to a date/time 2) No tablet app 3) No calendar 4) Can‘t see remaining runtime in the app 5) requires QR codes to operate at all, no reserving machines in the app 6) no web API or smarthome integration 7) can‘t reserve a machine that‘s currently being used 8) Has no web interface to be used without the APP

Terrible app
I hate this app. It is extremely frustrating to use and not user friendly whatsoever. You should not have to add denominations of 10 franc to top off your balance to do one load of laundry. It is insane. I was only staying here for 5 weeks and I would have much rather paid by the load. Such a waste of money. Also why is it called “reserve washer” when you are starting a load of laundry. The phrasing is really confusing. Moreover if the machine has a problem and I get a notification saying “there is a problem with washing please try again” I should be given a refund!!!! This happened last time and my laundry was soaking wet and was still covered in soap bubbles. And then I couldn’t even open the door and the unlock button wasn’t working. I eventually figured it out and I decided to use the dryer for once and it did absolutely nothing for the price!!! My clothes were still dripping wet after 2 hours. The dryer just warmed them up. I am never using WashMaster ever again. Thanks for nothing. So dissatisfied with this app.
