Seit dem neusten Update vom 7.2.25 kann ich den Tab Profil und Globuscard nicht mehr aufrufen. Es passiert nichts. Phone auch schon neu gestartet.

Nach Einrichten des Passkeys startet die App nicht mehr und geht nicht über eine Blankseite mit dem Namen Globus hinaus 😠
Gestion des langues
La gestion des langues peut être améliorée. La langue définie dans l’app est le français mais quand on passe des favoris au panier et qu’on poursuit ses achats, très vite la langue bascule en allemand pour y rester. L’expérience utilisateur est ainsi dégradée. De même, il devrait être possible de définir une taille par défaut et des marques préférées pour simplifier et accélérer les choix.
E-banking add-in?
Nützt alles nichts in der heutigen Zeit wenn man die Rechnung nicht ins e-banking laden kann.

Ausgezeichnete Einkaufserfahrung!
Ich bin mit der Globus App sehr zufrieden. Sie ist übersichtlich, intuitiv und funktioniert zuverlässig. Angebote und Informationen sind leicht zu finden, was das Einkaufen deutlich angenehmer macht. Die Bedienung ist einfach und alles läuft schnell und reibungslos. Ein weiterer grosser Pluspunkt ist, dass ich Produkte ohne Vorauszahlung reservieren und sie direkt in der Filiale abholen kann. Das ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Ich nutze die App regelmässig und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die tolle Arbeit!
Nicht nutzbar
Ich wollte mich mit meiner Globus Card anmelden. Geht nicht, weil die angegebene Kartennummer einfach als falsch deklariert wird wtf. Artikel innerhalb der App ansehen geht auch nicht, weil ständig dieses aggressive Anmelde-Pop-up Fenster kommt, dass ich nicht mal wegklicken kann und auftaucht, egal was ich auch mache. Total nervig und ein absolutes no-go. App deinstalliert und wieder geladen.- Immer noch das gleiche Problem. Und diese Plattform soll ein Warenhaus im Luxussegment widerspiegeln?
Bestellte Ware ist oft nicht mehr vorhanden
Das Online-Bestand-System ist unzufriedenstellend, wird selten upgedatet, und man erfährt erst Tage nach der Bestellung, dass Produkte nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Globus entschädigt NICHT für die Mühe und die vertane Zeit. Von Globus würde man Service erwarten. Leider zerstört die Online-Sparte den guten Ruf der Globus Stores.

Altersverifizierung
Die altersverifizierung für Einkäufe von Wein ist umständlich weil das eintippen am Handy lange dauert. Einscannen der ID mit der Kamera wäre viel besser.

Kein Unsubscribe Link in Emails. Spam Shop. Echte Account Daten mit Fake Daten geändert, weil Account Löschung nicht möglich. App deinstalliert.
App hat Layout-Probleme
Die App funktioniert auf iPhone XR nicht richtig, Teile des Bildschirms werden (unten) nicht angezeigt. Nehme an, dies ist auch der Grund, weshalb es im Online-Shop bei der Ansicht eines Artikels keinen Zurück-Button gibt und man seine gefilterten Artikel jedesmal wieder neu suchen darf. In Bezug auf UX gibt es m.E. generell Handlungsbedarf, eine moderne App muss intuitiv bedienbar sein. Tipp: Beauftragt eine mit der App nicht bereits vertraute Person im Shop z.B. einen bestimmten Fisch zu bestellen und beachtet das Schauspiel.
