Game keeps glitching, rooms are messed up, lives are lost without reason, try to contact company through the game itself and can’t.

This is one of my favourite games. There are a couple of ads that pop up and can completely ruin your game though. BriskHeat is one-please don’t allow this type of ad-I lise my games progress whenever it appears.

This game it’s suppose to be ad-free forever I paid $5.99 and it’s not it’s still showing ads it’s giving false advertisement and ttaking people money. I hope this gets fixed I took this app off my phone and I love this game. Taking advantage of people is never good y’all need to make this right.

They just want me to watch ads
I use to love this game. I hate it. No way to progress unless you watch endless long ads. The tiles move within the level so no matter how many times I try the tiles are placed differently. Developers response to negative reviews is a copy and paste answer with no real interest in hearing what players have to say. Don’t waste your time unless you love watching ads.

Too many ads
I know I can pay to remove ads for 3 dollars, and I didn’t mind every couple levels getting an ad in between or having to watch for power ups or something, but I played through like 15 levels no ads to suddenly an ad after every single level. I loved the game otherwise, but it wasn’t worth it to have to sit through an ad, (and the whole ad mind you!) no skips half way through or anything
Ad glitches
They game is good keeps you on your toes to focus on your next move. However, it’s the ads that keep freezing up then I have to start all over again causing me to lose my place in the game.

The song in this game makes me sad because it reminded me of the song from when my grandpa passed away.so I’m asking if you can change the song please. to something else like peaceful music not the song that is in the game please and thank you.
No music!
This app would have been fine except for the fact that IT WONT LET ME PLAY MY OWN MUSIC! I’ve tried silencing the apps music and playing my own on Apple Music and Spotify and nothing works. Terribly boring without it! Please fix this issue
Levels get impossible to pass
Really liked this game starting out, but I wanted something relaxing for a tile game. The levels get to a point where they are near impossible to pass.

Hello, I really enjoyed this game but I dislike that the levels are simple then all of the sudden jump to extreme in difficulty at around level 126? it seems like it was done with the intention to get people to pay for coins since the option to watch ads for them is snatched immediately away. and it’s impossible to pass the levels since it seems rigged and that the tiles are completely different each time the level is failed. i will consider deleting the app because of this. i wish it was changed so the ads for coins is available on all levels.
Good but sometimes not..
This game is REALLY FUN, I’ve downloaded it multiple times! I love playing it, it’s really calming and fun! But sometimes it lets me down.. there’s multiple reasons.. First the special abilities, they are nice but I rarely use them and when I do I never have enough money for them. This is kinda the same but when I lose I try and buy the extra block, BUT ITS SO EXPENSIVE. Like I do not need to be paying (it’s in game money) 300 money for an extra block.? And it’s really hard to get money. (not that hard but easy to use quickly.) Which brings me to the next topic. The races, the races are fun I guess but they never stop.. like you join one then go out the game cos you’re bored and later like the next day it says ‘you lost the race’ even though you didn’t even get a chance to play it. It’s like you’re doing a race but you’re shoe laces are untied and you trip. It also is unfair cos you have to experience ALL of those adds and then start another level, but they don’t experience ANY of that. For me also the adds are really annoying like all of adds are but for this it sends me ALL THE WAY to the App Store THREE TIMES.. it’s really annoying.. THANK YOU FOR READING THIS❤️
Annoying ads
Takes days to win a level now and some ads are 2 minutes long. Also, now there’s ads that will automatically open in your web browser opening you up to who knows what kind of websites!
Good and Bad
I love the game but it’s so frustrating when you’re in the middle of a race and you’re bombarded with all the pop ups of rewards you’ve earned. I’m glad that rewards are given but they need to be put on hold when a race is being played!

BEST MOST ADDICTING GAME EVER
I played this all throughout 6th grade and got to level 690+ but one day I must’ve deleted it but I remember playing it all the time and I was so obsessed with it it’s unreal. Now I’m in 8th grade and downloaded the game again after remembering the game and it’s just as good as it was two grades back. 100% recommend for all ages :)
Tons of Ads
This game started off well enough but along the way each level became extremely difficult while ads increased. Definitely not a win-win situation for the player. While the developer gets rich through the ads the players are left with nothing - some levels take as long as an hour to complete!

This game is fun, but it’s the fact that when you get up into levels past 200, they become IMPOSSIBLE to pass unless you have coins. They let you watch ads for free coins, but only so many a day. I have been stuck on a level for days now because there is no possible way to pass it without coins. I have no issue putting money into a game I enjoy, but when I feel like I’m forced to in order to pass a level, I refuse. And it’s not just one hard level, they are back to back to back.

The fact that there's a limit to how much you can play is absolutely ridiculous. Are you trying to make people drop your game and find something else? Because that's what putting a limit on it does.

Glitches
Genuinely really enjoyed this game, the tiles and decorations were really cute. But every time ‘cards’ were given (which I didn’t even care about nor where essential for gameplay) it says tap to claim but physically does not anything. Reloading doesn’t not work and it stays at 66% I deleted and re downloaded and it did it again. Disappointing
Great, but pauses all other apps
I have played this game for at least 2 years and it’s perfect for filling those odd 10-20 minutes in the day. However, in recent months, it has started pausing other audio and video apps, not just for adverts, but during the game. I always play while listening to stuff, but this change has made the game irritating and will cause me to delete it.

Why did you get rid of the coffee time, ice cream and corresponding rewards? Why did you revert back to rainbows only? Why do I only get one balloon? I used to get three? So few prizes fir the challenges not worth playing.
Frustrated
After downloading the most recent update (2weeks ago) I have been unable to open the game. It only downloads to 99% then defers back to my Home Screen.

Synchronicity
I purchased the game on my IPad & synched it with my Facebook account but it doesn’t keep me one on the same level! Also I paid to remove ads but again still get them on my mobile. Why is this as surely with 1 account you should have the same benefits or what’s the point in using FB to manage the game?
Love the games except one issue
I absolutely love the game and everything about it EXCEPT the some of the ads freeze on my game where you can’t do anything but close the game out and then you don’t receive the coins and lose a life! I’ve reported the ones that do several times as broken ads but this keeps happening and has happened several times now and I e only been playing a day. Fix that and you have a perfect game!
Disappointing
I won’t play games that don’t let me listen to an audiobook or podcast while I’m playing. I enjoyed the first few levels of this game quite a bit until I discovered that issue.

It’s a mediocre Chinese app. Pretty cringe that on entering it always comes up saying ACCPET…they Repetitive music is immensely annoying and horrendously corny. As is every level of the game. Really quite boring.
