The game is excellent and lots of fun. However I paid to remove ads when I first bought it. I had finished all levels and Marts fully complete so didn’t play for a while. Now when I play I am seeing ads again. Why is this ?
Freeze and Lost game money
This game freezes way too often, and it’s extremely frustrating. When the game freezes and I’m forced to close and restart it, I lose the game money I’ve earned. This happens frequently, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to recover the lost money. Please fix the freezing/crashing issues and consider reimbursing players for money lost due to the game being forced to close. It’s difficult to enjoy the game when progress and rewards keep disappearing. Update 9/4/26 - I was told to contact support, which I did 8/24/26, but I still haven’t received a response. Are you actually looking into the issue, or are you directing me to support because it’s a standard response to Apple reviews? I’ll like a direct answer on whether the game is being fixed instead of being told to contact support and then ignore. Thank you.

Plz fix the workers they run into each other and don’t move. And I made a couple purchases for no ads and nothing happened cause I didn’t allow app tracking.

Constant breaks ruin it
The mini breaks it forces on you are awful and makes it unplayable. I’m not going to spend money on a game I’ve only been playing for 10 minutes while also enduring a bunch of adds to speed things up. Uninstalling.

Too many ads
I love the concept of the game but the ads are insane. Im not even being dramatic theres an ad every 3 minutes and it drives me crazy. I actually liked the game so much but the ads were a major buzz kill so i just deleted the app. Every 3 minutes a full ad is not ok.

Bugs in Burger Mart
I want to prestige this store but one of the chefs hasn’t shown up for hire. Im stuck at 97% despite having everything else completely finished. Ive circled the store several times thinking I just didn’t see where I can unlock the chef but the box is nowhere to be found. None of the other stores have this issue- i don’t think so anyways.

I downloaded and paid $7.99 for no ads. But keep getting ads even after restoring my purchase. The game would be fun if it was ad free like I paid for!!!!
Spent money keeps crashing
Idk what’s wrong with this app like it’s so fun and I keep wanting to play it but every like 5 min I’m on the app is glitches and completly freezes my entire phone. I spent money to get rid of ads and now I don’t want to use it anymore because of this. Plz fix this issue I’m having so much fun :(

Such a fun game but please update the app for the bug fixes!! The app keeps freezing I have to restart the app every 5 minutes.
Ads are insufferable
The sheer amount of ads in this game makes it borderline unplayable. You have to pay some 8 bucks for you not get get an ad literally every minute. It’s beyond annoying and ruins the entire game. I literally won’t pay out of spite for the fact that there’s so many it’s clear the developers want you to be irritated to the point of spending money.

hi! I’ve been playing this game for years. I just got a new phone and re-downloaded it and the game keeps crashing! It crashes every time I need it not to. I don’t know how to submit a bug report. Otherwise the game is very good highly addictive with lots of ways to spend money and progress faster. But you can play just fine without spending a dime!

Burger Mart Issue
Love this game so much! But for #5 Burger Mart it says 97% complete but there’s nothing left to upgrade or purchase. I’ve done 100% complete on everything, I finished! But that 1 incomplete is driving me crazy
The ads are RIDICULOUS
I literally cannot play for 2-3 minutes without it throwing “content break” in my face everytime it’s honestly irritating and the game is so fun but the game can’t even handle its own ads, see when I try to click off an ad it’ll just start flashing in my face not to mention that could be really dangerous for someone who has epilepsy or any problems when it comes to things of such! Not even mentioning the fact that the cover still has the Christmas theme on the cover and it’s AUGUST! Ridiculous.
Burger Mart problem
I can’t get the Burger Mart to 100% because there is a worker that no link shows up for. Pretty sure it’s the Chef for making the burgers. I like the game otherwise, just disappointed, and I hope there aren’t too many more errors like this in future marts as I get to them.
Buggy
I play this game off and on, but I came back recently and it’s just laggy and I have to exit in and out constantly to try and play again and even then sometimes it won’t load. I really enjoy this game and it is one of the few I have made in app purchases.

I love this game I like building all the supermarkets but my burger mart is stuck at 97% because the last worker for my burger machine doesn’t pop up for me to buy him all my other marts are 5 star 100% and something in me needs my burger mart to be 100% like the other ones

I enjoy the game but the adverts don’t have an X button so I have to close the app when the ad is finished in order to continue playing
buggy
this game would be a lot more fun if there wasn’t ad breaks quite literally every 2 minutes. also, after using it for about 10 minutes, it starts to bug, glitch, has froze my phone multiple times and made my lockscreen have a ton of green lines across it?? very very buggy and so many ads you’re watching more ads than play time. i understand having ads to get money or whatever, at least spread them out so people are able to use the game. and fix your bugs!!!
Can’t tap on free ads
When I tap on a shopping cart to watch a free ad and claim the cash, the app doesn’t register the tap. It does work when I opt for the gem option.

Love this game soo much! Buttt I deleted the game by accident and reinstalled it and I lost all progress is there a way to keep the game saved to cloud or something? I paid £4 for add removal to.
Scam
Bought the “No ads” for 4.99 before taxes in 2024. Recently I changed phones and had to download the game again. The purchase doesn’t work anymore, even if you click on “Restore Purchases” and successfully log in to my Apple ID. Good way of stealing money!
Great, but…
I love this game, I’ve been playing it for a while now and have found it addictive. I wouldn’t rated the app 5 starts but I removed one because of the in-game workers. Sometimes they’ll all crowd around one machine and won’t stock the shelves unless their inventory is completely full, leading to 5 or 6 workers stood at one machine with 3 items each while all the other stock in the shop runs out
So many ads
There is an advertisement literally every 60 seconds it’s unbearable and nobody is paying $8 to remove them

This game is rly fun but it keeps freezing and shutting down. Some times it happens like 10 seconds after I open the app, and sometimes after a while of playing. It ruins the experience because it’ll make my whole phone freeze for like 1 minute and I can’t even exit out of the app. I tried deleting it and redownloading. It restarted my progress and is still having the same issues. I’ve tried everything to fix it.

I love this game, already spend lots of time on it when I first downloaded, I’ve since tried to play again and it won’t even load past the orange screen!!! Can’t even get onto it anymore! Please fix so I can play!
Way Too Laggy
Downloaded this game because i thought it would be fun and there were a decent bit of good reviews. I was originally playing on Youtube and it was a bit laggy and outdated so i thought i’d try the real game. Started it up and my fun only lasted a maybe 3-5 minutes. Sadly i think ive learned to start looking at the “Most Recent” section first. Every two minutes it completely freezes and i can’t even close the app. Eventually it tries to sort itself out after many attempts to turn off my phone screen, open control center, etc. and it just jitters around the screen and is unplayable. At that point when the game is fuzzy it will sometimes vibrate but the game can finally be force closed. Only to do the same thing when it’s reopened. This game is virtually unplayable. The Dev(s) keep replying to reviews saying to report the bugs to the in app support. I went to do that first and there’s not a support or bug feature anywhere? Just a link to the discord. I joined the discord only to find that none of the bugs people have reported there (recent ones at least) have ever gotten a response. Additionally, I paid for no ads because i had assumed this was a working app and despite me paying for no ads I still get them on the loading screen! (maybe it would happen during gameplay but the game doesn’t stay on long enough to notice) Also there’s still so many in-app purchase requests that tell me to but that pack actually for no ads? But i thought that’s what i just paid for? Genuinely sad as it seems this game has fallen off if the formerly positive reviews are anything to go off of. Please just fix your app. Something in it is broken.
Can’t play without Wi-Fi
I love this game. I had it for years. I re-downloaded it recently and now you can’t even play it without Wi-Fi, which used to be the best part about the game. In my opinion, as whenever I would road trip back-and-forth for college. I would play it for hours.

• So Much Fun! Just Needs a Few Tweaks (And Fewer Ads)
Hey, I've had this game installed on my phone for no more than 2 weeks. I like it; it's a great thing to pass the time while waiting in line or to relax after a long day without having to think about anything. However, there are a couple of aspects that I would like to see changed: 1. It is absolutely NECESSARY for the character to have the ability to free their hands. Because sometimes, let's say the character picks up "tomatoes," they might grab too many, and all the shelves are full. You then have to wait for customers to clear the shelves so your character can free their hands, allowing you to help your still-forming team restock the shelves. 2. I constantly try to quickly upgrade my characters' speed and capacity to carry more products as the in-game income allows, but sometimes it feels pointless because they very often 'glitch' or stop at one station. For instance, 3-4 staff members get stuck at the flour station when there are other stations waiting to be unloaded. Lastly, I understand that you need to sell the paid version of your product, but ads every 2 minutes? That starts to get very annoying, and even if I had the money, on principle, I wouldn't want to buy the better version.
Fun game but buggy
Freezes and crashes a lot. Their discord has bug-reporting. Crashes have been ongoing for a month and just get back 'I don't know if the devs are aware' from their moderators. - also a warning. There's no save options. If you get a new phone, you have to rebuy packs and start over.
Crashing Entire Phone
Love the game but it has a current bug that freezes the game every 2-3 minutes and the only solution is to turn phone off and then close out the app. I’ve tried uninstalling multiple times and even trying to play on an iPad but the same problem occurs.
