Won’t let me win
So I have had this game for a while, to go on to harder levels you have to win. But I have multiple screenshots of me having almost all my pieces while the computer only has the king. And yet according to the game this equals a draw. Every time I am about to win it calls a draw, but it has no problem calling me a loser when I don’t win.
Level 4 bot is just not really fun
The level 4 bot will either play like a moron (in which you cant learn because it does moves literally no one would ever make) or it will do an insane 15 move check pattern (which just feels crazy because it comes almost out of nowhere). It is so inconsistent and makes it hard to learn when either a queen sacrifices itself for a protected knight or sets up a trap that pays off 10 moves after it started preparing it

I paid 3.99 to avoid getting inescapable ads from this app, but it keeps shoving ads down my throat. I literally cannot escape these ads. There is no way to get out of them - no helpful X to click out - nothing. Also, the ads are “interactive,” ie you are just playing whatever game they’re shoving at you, and there is no - I repeat, NO - way to get out of them. This is utterly appalling. I’m honestly furious.

Paid £2.99 for no ads, took my money, still got ads. Tried rebooting, still got ads. What did I pay for!!!!!

No stalemate
Was just curious as to why no stalemate ever engages after the 13 moves w only the king on the table.

I love this game. It’s the funnest to me. I barely play it though cause I don’t know why cause I like Minecraft but now that Minecraft doesn’t work right now I’m playing with this and I love it

I paid for no ads, yet I still have to watch very long ads. And it’s so sneaky. Yes I’m sure there are LESS ads than if u don’t pay, but when you’re close to winning, it’s calls a stalemate and asks if it want to retry your last move. You say yes, then you have to watch, no joke, like a 3 minute ad. It looks like countless people have same issues. Wish I read the reviews.
Ads ruin the game
I like the app for playing and learning chess. The problem is the ads. Sometimes there’s no way to get out of them. I just wait and wait for the x to pop up and the only thing it offers is to open the App Store for the game it’s advertising.

This app could be very helpful. However, the ads are ridiculous. Every other move you make there’s an ad that’s lasts minutes. Sometimes I just give up and come back later. I really would like to learn to play chess but the ads make it impossible.
Stalemate 🤷🏽
Nice game but how can you get stalemate with 6 pieces to the computers 2 pieces after taking the computers bishop? Irritating to say the least… also paid to not have adverts yet was still getting adverts.. on to a new app.

Forced stalemate issues
So many games end in a stalemate due to a “certain amount of moves”, when clearly I am heading toward a victory. Make the game ask if you want to end the game due to a “potential “ stalemate. And, why am I still seeing ads even though I paid for the game. I get stuck in ads that won’t release me back to the game…. WTH!!

You shouldn’t force people to watch the ads they wanna close the app to avoid the ads you should let them
Everything looks good, except draining the battery after a game completion
Levels are good. UI is good and options. Also, nice since this is a free fine with advertisement, but the only drawback with this app is it is consuming a lot of battery in the background, even though the app is not being used to actively. If this can be fixed, this is marvelous fantastic for the learner and as expected on the steps, also pretty quick. And for learner is awesome.
Can’t buy hints
When I try to buy hints it charges me but never gives me the hints. If it wasn’t for that I would rate as a 5.
No way to resign!
Not a bad game except there is no way to resign. Why play on when you know the game is lost? I sent three emails regarding this and no reply. And now the game just locked up on me. The computer can't make a move. The game is a draw but the only way to continue is to "Go back" but then it counts as a loss. Update. The game is totally locked up, cannot Go Back, cannot Restart. Absolutely no support if you have a problem!

Mistake in puzzle
In puzzle 48 it’s mate in 1 and I found two possible ways to checkmate one with the queen which is the one the app wants but there also was a bishop checkmate which I did, but it said it was incorrect.

Hello 👋 to anyone that’s reading this, the reason why I made my review 3 stars ⭐️, is that there are a few adds that get repetitive over time, and the hints only get your pieces killed, but on the other hand 🤚 you’ll get better and have more experience in chess and have more of an understanding, there are also mini games that aren’t that hard but if you have nothing else to do then you could use that.
