Great interactive resource
I’ve been on the app for a week and so far I’ve had no problems, unlike the other reviews, I’ve not been logged out at all unless using it on another device, so they must have fixed this in an update? On the whole, its a great learning resource for the ATPL’s and I particularly enjoy the interactive functions and progress quizzes.
Decepcionante, muy mala en funcionamiento
El contenido y las publicaciones son de excelente calidad, pero la aplicación es un verdadero truño. Me acaba de borrar sola como 7 gb de libros que tienes que descargar para poder abrir. Se reinicia constantemente y se buguea un montón. No es capaz ni de quedarse abierta. Pésima aplicación y parece que nulo mantenimiento.
Tut was die App soll
Tatsächlich ist die App sehr praktisch. Alle Bücher an einem Ort, schneller Zugriff und due App läuft sehr flüssig und stabil. Macht das gesamte Lernen sehr sehe angenehmer, als im Web! Einziges was Optimierung bedarf, ist der Akkuverbauch der sehr hoch ist.

Der Inhalt ist mega gut, es macht richtig spaß das Buch zu lesen. Was aber ein wesentliches Problem ist, ist die Programmierung der App. Seit kurzer Zeit kann ich die Videos nicht mehr anschauen, habe darauf die App neu installiert um das Problem eventuell zu beheben, es wurde jedoch schlimmer. Nun kann ich bestimmte Bücher nicht mehr runterladen, weil ich sie angeblich auf zu vielen Geräten schon heruntergeladen habe obwohl ich es nur auf dem iPad nutze. Dazu kann man nicht vernünftig im Buch markieren.
Good books, horrible UI
Books are great although I found the PPL books a lot longer than necessary covering many ATPL subjects, and now about the UI. Using the highlight function is a 10 percent gamble it will work, book just stops loading pages if you open a different app, needing to download every book, unable to highlight words as it describes what the word means as well, using the find chapter button keeps throwing you back to the begging so you have to scroll down to the get to a specific section and also find the books glazing airbuses (probably because they’re easier to understand, although type specific content isn’t in the Learning Objectives but is in the exam and should be appealed.)
Nach letztem Update läuft alles
Nachdem ich die App deinstalliert und wieder neu heruntergeladen habe, funktioniert Padpilot einwandfrei. Davor ist die App regelmäßig abgestürzt.
Good material but terrible app. Truly awful
The material is good and tells you everything you need but the app is the most infuriating and badly designed I have ever used. It logs you out every 15-45 minutes no matter what your doing, even if your in the middle of one of their built in tests. Just go with a different provider and buy books, they’re much easier to use and just as good material
Bonne appli
grâce à la nouvelle mise à jour, l’appli est plus stable et lorsque l’on rouvre un livre, il s’ouvre maintenant à la dernière page consultée, c’est le top !

The app drains the battery way to quickly and consistently crashes
Dark mode much needed!
App is decent overall. A dark mode would increase the experience by a landslide though!
Very disappointing
Ton of design issues. The app keeps logging me out after literally minutes of inactivity. I pull my phone out of the pocket to read one more chapter - session times out. Hundreds of typos in text, chapter titles and paragraphs. Overall good content and very informative, but quality is shocking.
Student
The application crashes every 10 minute. Have used the app since august, but this started in december/january. Same thing happening for all my fellow students in class.
Videos have no sound
The App itself is alright. Sadly the videos have no sound. (iPad)
Session Expires
Recent update seems to require a new login every hour or so. You can literally be flicking a page over and the session will ‘expire’. Don’t remember this being an issue before 2025. Go back to the old active user logic!!
Loads of bugs on iPad
Books keep on getting deleted on their own even if I’m using them frequently, the app keeps on crashing, bookmarks were only added recently. Very annoying if you’re trying to keep up in class.

underlining has stopped working after recent update on books, please fix it
Good content but frequent interruptions and unavailability due to very poor app
Downloaded books for offline viewing while travelling but session is often terminated within a few hours of logging in. major blocker when internet unavailable. App constantly crashing. Amateur implementation, very dissatisfied - would suggest you hire a professional to review the app + review your logic on how sessions are stored and terminated locally if you are advertising offline availability.
Bugs
The content of the books is great, However the app is very bugged, crashes all the time (nearly every 30 minutes) the UI is very slow to react when you tap on the screen and having to reconnect when you don't change page every 30 minutes because of the new inactivity timer and go back to your page because the app doesn't save it correctly is a very real pain in the rear.
Unnecessary
Crashes constantly. Unnecessary downloads despite the requirement to be online to login defeats the purpose of a download. Constantly logs you out.
Keeps crashing, logging out and rolling back to past chapters
The crashes happen daily. This is a phenomenon of the latest version whereas the frequent log outs have been happening with previous versions too. The app rolls back to a distanced past chapter with every crash and log out. Quite annoying albeit the books and content itself is fantastic.
It keeps crashing
For almost 500€ in books, you would expect it goes rather well but it crashes every 30 minutes or so and sometimes it does not upload the next pages even though you have downloaded the whole book. The content and explanations are pretty good but they really need to improve the app.

No se puede subrayar, función que antes si que estaba disponible. Esto hace que el estudio sea prácticamente imposible con esta app.
Worst app I’ve ever used in my life
Can’t see the books if not downloaded, try to download it says I’ve exceeded my devices limits even though I’ve no books downloaded whatsoever and only one device with the app downloaded, even the website on browser doesn’t work, no button to reset all devices to try to clean it up, changing password doesn’t do anything, re-downloaded it about 10 times and nothing, awful app!
