Boa compra
Tem me ajudado muito. Adoro
0 if possible worst app ever created and by far the most annoying app!!!
I don’t care if you say I had a bad experience is the worst first I try doing my video and it says to buy their weekly or yearly and I did so only for the week since my video had no audio and couldn’t save it and in doing so my video was deleted and I did it again and just to find out it says “processing” for a really long time so let me just save you sometime don’t EVER download this or even buy their subscription but if you want to find out I’m wrong go ahead and come back here.
Not great
You think it’s saved but it’s NOT and you have to do it again. Also your eyes won’t line up where the camera lens is on your phone. Also captions app includes a teleprompter. This is way too expensive for what u get
Too slow
Unfortunately I cannot adjust the speed so it is far too slow to sound natural. It worked well during free trial but then got buggy after which leads me to believe that is why the trial is only 3 days rather than 7 like other apps. I wish I could get a refund, but I guess it’s $70 down the drain.
Alguém pode me ajudar?
Scam
I tried the free trial and the charged me a whole day before my free trial ended. Not worth trying.
Ayuda formato horizontal
Honestly
I had it for 20 min and it took forever to load my video (never loaded and erased) and has horrible buttons for speed
$10 a week or $70 a year
They do a three day free subscription otherwise it’s kinda pricey. The app itself is easy to use and very efficient.
Funciona no iPad ? Não estou conseguindo baixar,
No celular é ótimo
Terrible
This app will fill up your phone storage with no way to empty it out unless you fully delete the app which is so annoying! Most times, video doesn’t match the audio, and it will get stuck on some screens forever! It’s also just not as advanced as other apps that cost around the same. Now I’m stuck with this app for a whole year because I already paid the annual subscription at $80. Booooooooo
Needs integration with zoom and teams
The video recording is okay and needs more improvement such as removing background, enhancing sound quality, and adding filters. I purchased the app, but it seems very expensive for what it offers for users. I need to use it while having presentations or online sessions, this is not available. Plz add these features and improvements!
Doesn’t work often
I paid, and it doesn’t work often. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Duplicate charge
I was charged twice for my subscription. Can you please refund me for one?
Update:,Issues fixed! It’s a good app and does what it says!
I loved this app, but the last time the mic was automatically turning up and down, and now the home page is just swirling? UPDATE: the app is now fixed and is working well again. I’ve recorded videos without issue :)
Doesn’t sync between devices &no support help
I paid $70 per year for this app and it’s awesome EXCEPT for the fact that if I create something on my iPad - sat put in my script that I want to record and then go to my phone later to record; said script isn’t there. Matter of fact nothing syncs between the two devices. And when I contacted support they told me as long as the login is with the same email (which it’s my App Store email on both) then it will work and when I showed them it doesn’t I got ghosted!! No one responded to my last email sent over 3 weeks ago!! And the app still doesn’t sync between my iPhone and my iPad!!
Very good, just wish it had 1 feature
Does what it needs to do, and get the work done - also does not ruin the quality of my video which I like. My one critique would be that there needs to be a picture- in-picture feature, where I can see my script outside the app, so that I can use other video in platforms (I.e, filming straight from the TikTok app). If it has this, I would say it would be definitely a great value for money, unfortunately because it doesn’t have this feature, there are others that are way more competitive than this app. However, this is still a decent app.
Not a fan
Downloaded and was offered 7 days free, and cc wouldn’t be charged without permission later. Next day - full year charge hits my cc… There is no way to edit/cancel service in the app either. Deleted the app and will dispute the charge. Seeing in App Store you can buy for a week or a month or a year. Those options not presented when installing and starting either. App works fine. Billing is very inconsistent.
Alright app but
Alright app, but it somehow saves recorded videos within hence taking up a lot of space on your phone without allowing to delete those videos unless you delete the whole app. Very weird.. otherwise - its useful
Ayuda
Bait and Switch
I signed up for a three day trial and was charged a $12 monthly fee a few hours later. There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to get a refund? Other buyers should beware.
This is app is bad
I bought suscription for the whole year and now doesn’t allow me to save my videos or share them if I don’t upgrade to save them!! This is scam right on my face!! How dare you!!
Gracias
The worst
This is the worst teleprompter they took my 39.99 for a year subscription after I cancelled before the free trail needed. I wrote support two months ago tickets still open now I can’t use the app it’s telling me I have to pay again. Do not I repeat do not get this app you’ll never get help.
Great of the app for on the screen
The major issue with this app is that… 1. You got a register to get any help it won’t take my stuff. 2. None of the screens actually fit on my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen, and there’s no way to move it in order to make selections. Not to mention when you create a script and it puts it on screen, the words fit about three letter letters per word you selected the expand button to fill the screen nothing occurs
Mal servicio
Very Disappointing
This teleprompter worked twice. After that my voice NEVER again matched the video itself. There was always a 5 second lag between the two. Hopefully I can get my money back cause I got like a year subscription.
Glitchy!!!
The speed tools are glitchy causing me to have to re-record over and over again. Waste of my money! I would like someone to reach out because I would like a refund.
It doesn't work
Whats going on? You were great when we first started now every video i make the sound cuts in and out. Looks like the bugs are not fixed and I keep recording videos wasting my time on an app that doesn't work. Fix it and maybe I will come back but in the mean time I will try to get my money back And look for another Teleprompter app Peter Woodbench.ca
Takes up too much space
I used it one time and it worked perfectly. Paid the $79 for the annual subscription, then tried to use it a second time and was told that the storage was full on my phone and I couldn’t use the app. Went to the storage on my phone to try and clean it up and this app was using almost all of my storage. So, I deleted the app and i guess I’m just out of $79
Worked well, until…
This app worked well while teleprompting! The script appropriately scrolled through my preparation, and I was pleased! The problem occurred after I pressed the red ‘stop’ button. At that point, I was unable to locate my video, since I was unable to locate the ‘save’ video option. Since there seems to be no connectivity across my devices, I couldn’t cross-check to see if it was saved in my phone photo roll. This is my first time using a teleprompter as well as this app, so perhaps there’s some negligence on my part. If so, I’ll return and update this review.
StewardAdam
Easy to use and edit
CHARGED MY CC DO NOT BUY
Do not download this app unless you would like unorganized charges to your cc. I cancelled the subscription well before the remaining time, and the app sucks. There are only certain timing you can choose and it’s a waste of 74$ that now I have to dispute with my bank.
Trying to charge me twice
I purchased the first year of VILO in August. Now when I go open, it is trying to start me up with a free trial. And to start over again. It started on March 4. With five months left, they’re trying to charge me again. This is a flaw on the software. Aggravating and now I’m gonna have to go use a different software. Because there’s nobody to contact nobody to fix it.
Pachito
SCAM
I was told I would get a free trial. And I never did they just charged me immediately. I contacted them TWICE no response. Additionally the app doesn’t even work. It takes forever to open and I haven’t been able to download a single video. I have video and photo proof of all of this. This is a horrible company. STAY AWAY.
Audio Not Working Properly
Sometimes the microphone records fine, sometimes there is no sound at all. Very inconsistent performance.
