Disgusting character reviews and zero moderation
The game itself is amazing. The visual style, the art direction, and the gameplay are top tier. However the in game community has completely crossed the line, and there is absolutely zero text moderation. The character review section is filled with disgusting, hypersexualized, and borderline pornographic comments that have been left completely ignored by the developers for years. It ruins the original vibe of the game completely. please, fix ur ugc moderation and clean up the in game chats and review tabs. Normal players who actually care about the lore and strategy are sick of this
Better play style
The game itself is a really good idea with great character designs and graphics my only problem is that it’s so boring and repetitive after a while that I’ve gone months without using it, making dislyte open world might be good

I have already seen way too many people pointing out the use of AI in Meta Daylon’s Divinate art. If it is, I highly recommend replacing it and apologizing. If not, you need to prove it isn’t and acknowledge allegations. Letting things go as they are will only hurt the game.
Good game, however
The game is pretty good. The gameplay is just the usual turn based gameplay, nothing new there. The character designs and music are terrific, but my main problem is the main story. Its alright, im not sure how to feel about this new story compared to the original (i just came back to the game recently so i havent gotten far on my new account) i hope we get to see the original in some aspect, maybe in some kind of brynn’s side story (or whatever her name is, the Valkyrie original mc) or something. Also, with the main story, our self insert mc or whatever (like i said, havent gotten too far yet) should be gender swappable. There’s no option to have the mc be a woman, which wouldn’t even need that big of a change, just dialogue, the mcs design is gender neutral enough. However, i do like the mcs personality. Its nice to see a mc who is actually smart and plans ahead and doesn’t immediately trust people.
used to be amazing, but now…
i’ve played dislyte since 2022, it’s been such a wonderful game. i’ve put so much time (and money-) into it because i truly love it, but the use of generative ai has left me absolutely devastated. a gacha game is not worth destroying the planet over, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GAME IS KNOWN FOR HAVING SUCH TALENTED ARTISTS!! please PLEASE stop using generative AI art in the game, it ruins the entire thing for myself and several other players based on a few other reviews i’ve seen
Glitches too much
I love the game but I half to keep getting in and out of it cause it keeps glitching and lagging. It freezes too much!
A genuinely underrated game from the AFK Journey devs
Dislyte is quite nice. The setting feels lively, and the integration of mythology into the modern era feels so refreshing. Like a Rick Riordan YA novel. It may shove a few sales in your face, but it makes up for that with a vibrant world. Would recommend.
Suggestion to developers
Please make the settings available before the forced tutorial, its unbelievably frustrating to not be able to control the volume until level 1-4. Thats ridiculous.

I have been playing this game for months, then randomly the game started freezing, so I had to delete it, I then reinstalled it and logged in, and ALL of my stuff is gone, all of my hours wasted on this game was for nothing, all because the login system is absolute garbage, do better.

it's enjoyable to play and i'm ecstatic about the diversity of the character designs! still, i think there could be even more diverse body types on the espers, especially those who are women! one more thing im very happy about is the amount of male characters and the fanservice for them! if you're gonna sexualize characters of one gender, then sexualize the same amount of characters of other genders too! it's rare to see that in gacha games, and i'm very pleased! ALSO THE CHARACTER DESIGNS IN GENERAL ARE SO PEAKKKK

i’ve been playing since launch (i even pre-ordered it lol) so I’m pretty nostalgic for it. I think the nostalgia is the only thing keeping me here. events are very repetitive and are getting stale. they are mostly recycled. I’m a super casual f2p and hardly care about the pvp elements, but the endgame content outside of pvp is pretty abysmal. i used to love the multiple part story events, but i’ve been seeing them less and less lately. the very soulless ai divinate art and “meta espers” are just egregious. i also feel like character design quality in general is just decreasing. very sad since thats the main thing I’ve always loved about this game but on a brighter note, the anniversary events are at least more creative and fun. I hope the upcoming one brings back some of my favorite parts of the game, such as the storylines. i have always loved the artistic direction of the game (ignoring the current ai use) and love to see at least that’s mostly staying the same

I find it hard to upgrade espers
The reason that is is because I don’t want to me waiting/afk and it takes forever to upgrade account level really good story music and design of espers 4/5 it would be a five if there was a auto upgrade and faster account leveling up
Almost Amazing
I have been playing this game on and off forEVER, but I have the same views as a lot of the player base. The character design is absolutely AMAZING. Every character has such good and though out design. The "gameplay" is so boring and repetitive that it becomes unbearable at times. I have spent some money, but I quickly realized how greedy Lilith became, and I just had to stop playing for a while. Coming back, nothing has changed and it's only gotten worst with the introduction of Meta characters. Overall, I wish they just made a switch like AFK Arena did and let us see the characters in a better game. (Although, AFK Journey has its own set of issues, but that's a topic for another day.)
Why just why
I absolutely hate the Divante system becuase it cheats you out of getting espers or wishing stones and highly suggest making the divente’s a different section to pull from
Only one thing wrong
It’s a really good game with amazing graphics and lots to do in it and easily addicted, only issue is js got with is i just did a 10 summon and got a legendary but i went to look at their abilities, she or any of the others i summoned where not there. Other then that amazing game!

Completely Honest Review
I played the game 2 months after it came out. I played for about 1 1/2 years and I decided to check out the game after years of not playing. Other than more pay to win ways to make your character stronger, the game has not changed. I was heavy P2W, spending 1/3 of my paycheck every payday just to summon. I spent thousands on the game and had all of my characters maxed, except for a few shimmers. This is a game you cannot come back to. It will take you entirely too long to get even relatively close to being strong, and don’t get me started on new players. Like the other big review, the game is beautiful. The concept, art, music, stories, were all beautifully made. However, the game was lost to greed long ago.

You should add the option for formal players to skip the tutorial because I’m a former player and this tutorial is annoying to me

Good game, horrible lag
I would play this game all the time, it’s really great but after the recent updates the game lags and makes it the title screen but after a few minutes it will either freeze up or kick me out of the game, it happens every time I try and play and is so bad that I can’t even change the graphics to see if it will be better. Will gladly pick it back up if the lag improves.
Late game boredom
This is one of if not the best mobile game ive played, it has always been extremely fun and different but once you hit the late game there is nothing to do. It becomes a log in, do the daily rewards and log off, there needs to be more content and a cooldown on the Temporal Tower cause a month to do something that takes most of us a day to complete is not fun. Bring back the celestial anomaly, create new campaigns for us that have pushed the game to its edge to complete over a long time, bring nerfs to the espers you ALWAYS see in Point War. Edit (feb 2024): i also want to add onto what the community is like. If you have no problem with furries fine but if you dont agree or support furries get out asap you will not enjoy communicating with the community. Most of the community are fine and fun to interact with as well as helpful but there are pure scum on here that are happy to sexualise animals as well as characters that may be 18+ but obviously not. Character reviews are not helpful due to these scum as they just say stuff like ‘smash’ or ‘daddy energy’. Its gross stop it.
Good game but
One slight problem you should’ve stuck with the original story. It just feels like it’s all over the place and it doesn’t make sense. It gives me a headache too much reading too complicated. It was way more simpler the first time and it was fun to read now I just wish the voices were auto spoke instead of having to sit here and read a whole library. Stop trying to improve everything keep it the same. You didn’t need to change anything now it’s a mess. I feel like I wanna skip the story. And that’s boring. Takes the fun out.
I’m Not Coming Back.
I started playing this game within the first year, and continued to do so for a long time. The game got worse. The paywalled content got more drastic. Now, they’re blatantly using AI generated images in the game. You can’t make a worse game with more expensive real-world currency prices and then not even make actual artwork for the game. I’m not coming back to this game again.

Avoid
I played this game for years the devs promise certain updates and quality changes and never deliver. The game gets more greedy and out of control with each update . My account was top 7% account and after playing since release deleted it the game is that bad avoid. There are better games to play.

I’ve been playing since almost the beginning of the game and while I don’t spend a ton of money, I do indulge in a pack or two each month, and while the game is definitely a pay to win situation I never really noticed to badly until more recently. There are some major pros to the game, the espers are beautiful and well designed for the most part and have a wide enough variety of ways to make the stronger, that keep you grinding for months. However beyond that, there really isn’t too much to the game! All the battling seem repetitive (even the most recent event has me playing through stories I’ve already played through, and I have no wish to redo, so it’s just annoying that they expect you to replay, instead of just gifting you a second time what you’ve completed in the past, I get that if you are newer you may wish to play the story but what about people who’ve been playing since the beginning?) and if you want to play competitively be prepared to spend quite a bit of money, as all the top players use the same teams in PVP, and genuinely best of luck trying to pull a legendary shimmer without paying for it!. The pull rate of legendary in the gold record shop is shocking, especially with the addition of cards, which I personally don’t even like. It’s gotten to the point where I feel I’ve done as much as I’ll ever be able to do, and there’s no incentive to keep playing. I haven’t received a single new esper that I haven’t had to grind purple gems for (which has become again increasingly difficult due to barely pulling anything other then 3/blue cards and espers). And finally if I pull another Q in that shimmer record shop, after grinding that damn tower, I swear I’ll have no choice but to punch my cat!

I was doing a ten pull and I got a legendary shimmer but I got the divinate!!!!!!!!!!! I got so mad I deleted this game it’s a good game just its not fair to me sometimes😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I love being scammed
Artistically it’s great; ethically it’s a shady dumpster dweller lurking around to knife you and steal your wallet. Shimmer records being valued at the price point they are at and without an acceptable pity system is honestly offensive and makes me hope you guys get sanctioned for circumventing gambling laws.
