TIME SAVER!
Sidekick has saved me so much time running my resale business. Being able to crosslist my inventory across multiple selling platforms from one place is a huge time-saver, and I especially love that it automatically delists an item from the other platforms once it sells. That alone gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not going to accidentally sell the same item twice. The automated sharing and offers to likers are another huge help because Sidekick keeps working on my listings even when I’m busy doing other things. It takes so many repetitive daily tasks off my plate and lets me spend more time sourcing, photographing, listing, and shipping. For everything you get, I think the price is very reasonable. The amount of time and effort it saves me easily makes it worth the cost. If you sell on multiple platforms, Sidekick is one of those tools that makes managing your business so much easier. Highly recommend!
Confusing
Has not been working for months yet have been paying for it. I’ve reached out to support so many times and they keep Saying “bug” is fixed. Now I “think all 3 of my stores are FINALLY connected but have no clue how to merge all My merchandise from Posh to eBay and Etsy. Waste of my time, effort, money. NOT user friendly and they offer NO PHONE SUPPORT!!!
Vinted?
I love this app because it actually works. I think it takes a minute to learn it but it works. Also, when are they going to add Vinted? That would make it perfect.
Incredibly faulty app
Has constant faults and malfunctions. Listing takes forever because of there errors. I have had to delete the app like 5 times because its so bad
New version soooo complicated
I loved sidekick tools until yesterday. Now it’s so complicated I can’t figure out how to import items from Poshmark. I appreciate Michael wants to be super functional but this is too complicated. Can we simplify? I can’t figure out how to do a silent auction either.
Must have for crosslisting
We have been through a few different cross list programs and all have had issues and not saying this one is issue free but at least when you run across one the support is extremely responsive and on the problem right away. I highly recommend this for crosslisting and Poshmark closet automation. Very pleased

They have constant problems. I have message support almost weekly.

I just got started. There was a Fourth of July coupon and then I wasn’t able to use it. It just seems to never work when I try to list something to inventory. It gives me an error. I’ve tried on two different devices.

This app has constant issues! I constantly have to relink my Poshmark closet! Usually requiring me to delete the app and reinstall it!
Overpriced and bad customer service
You can get sharing tools elsewhere for less. I used this for two years or so. When I had issues, they wouldn’t respond to my help requests so I started shopping around and found the same service for about $10 a month. After I canceled, they asked me for feedback, which I provided. Then, they wanted to argue with me about my feedback. I found interesting that they were so responsive AFTER I canceled, but not when I was still a customer.

Posh Sidekick A Sellers Best Friend to making sales!
I’ve been on Poshmark for two years, and I started using Posh Sidekick’s cross-listing tools three months ago. Since then, my business has completely taken off. It now takes me about 30 seconds to list an item to a second platform, and my sales have increased by over 200% in just three months. What’s wild is that while so many sellers are complaining about slow sales, I’ve gone to the post office every single day for the past month — always with multiple packages. Their tools really do make the difference: Crosslisting that is unbelievably fast A background remover that makes every photo look clean and professional A tool that places my item on a live model, so listings look elevated instantly Automation that keeps my closet active without hours of manual sharing This is the first tool I’ve used that actually grows my business instead of just saving me a little time. I wish I had started using it much sooner. If you want real visibility, real efficiency, and real sales growth — Posh Sidekick is absolutely worth it.
Needs to take responsibility and fix bugs
I really wanted to love Posh Sidekick, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The app is buggy, inconsistent, and ends up causing more problems than it solves. It completely messed up my Poshmark closet—duplicate listings, items not delisted, and actions firing incorrectly. And instead of fixing the issue they sent emails saying it wasn’t their problem - turns out it was. A disgruntled employee sabotaged the software. Customer support says they’ll “get back to you,” but emails go unanswered for days. When you’re running a business and relying on a tool to work accurately, waiting days for a response just isn’t acceptable. There’s zero ownership or urgency to resolve issues, and the lack of communication leaves you stuck cleaning up their errors on your own time. Until they take responsibility, fix the glitches, and actually respond to customers in a timely manner, I can’t recommend this app. It creates more chaos than help.
Lots of bugs
Too many glitches and bugs to be useful. Connections to apps are constantly broken, login with code doesn’t work and Depop Magic link still doesn’t work after most recent reported “fix”. I spend more time troubleshooting with support than using the app.
Pack your patience Support is almost non existent
The app works ok when it works. With that being said I understand there is going to be glitches with any app that works as a 3rd party. Technology and security are constantly changing and I understand there will be hiccups every once in awhile. My rating actually is based on the my interactions with support. For me support is generic and powered by AI. It is extremely difficult to talk to a live person and when you do it’s a generic pre scripted response. Please be prepared to waiting if you have an immediate concern.
Forgotten shop revived!
I restarted my shop this year and crickets, however, after downloading the app I started to get inquiries, likes, shares, and eventually sales. Of course, it’s a “sidekick”, so you still have to do your part uploading, tweaking keywords, fixing images with their background removed, which is where I am now, just tweaking, the app is worth it. Highly recommend, also, support is awesome.
Why is sidekick so hard to sign in when iOS has been updated ?
Hello Sidekick Poshmark I really like your app when it knows my posh closet login and email address. When an update happens it requires the user to login which all makes sense until you see the app and the sign in link goes to new user creation. I’m unable to access my sidekick my crosslisting with eBay and this effects me greatly. I’m still not in using your software as the sign In goes to create new which when I attempt to do that the email address is already taken. This is basic stuff customers need to have a sign in option the same way create new has theirs. When you don’t do that it’s impossible for the user to use. Please fix this most important issue ASAP
Annoying Updates
Every week or more often there’s an update. It’s a limited app with very limited features. Basic function is ok with poor live updates. Plus, you must trust this app with all your seller information, including login ids and passwords. If these guys start getting greedy, they may start selling your information with other companies. Also be careful of warning messages from market sites. They don’t always like this app exploiting their sites.
Works well when it works
This app is OK. Seems to be quite glitchy. It’s currently not auto filling any of the information in for any of my marketplaces when I try to create a listing. Which is very frustrating because it’s very time-consuming putting every information in for multiple marketplaces. I hate that it always disconnects me from certain marketplace throughout the month. It seems to forget the login information. So many settings/options. Not very well user friendly.

Stop deleting my reviews wierdo. This man does not take accountability at all for his sketchy app, shuts down constantly, works 1 out of the 30 days correctly. Do not waste your money
Can’t even sign up
I just tried creating an account and simply entering my information from Poshmark then my first and last name, clicked the agreement and clicked submit, nothing happens. I’m on an iPad if that makes a difference
I’m done
It got down to where I was just using it for the sharing features. Now with the changes coming to Posh no longer needed. Crosslisting never worked ended up having to pay for their add on service which was going well until they made a huge error with my order. The app does have potential but glitches need to be worked out. The cancellation process could be easier as well.
100 Stars- If I Could!
Not only has this app been essential in helping navigate through recent unnecessary and detrimental Poshmark updates (for many of us, sales have TANKED as a result), but their customer service is hands-down the best that I have seen in a very long time. They are extremely dedicated to customer care, and they even helped those, including myself- that had many items in their Posh closet deleted in November recover them. Posh support was MIA all weekend and they were giving us live- in person updates and answering emails quickly and efficiently. I love how effortless it is to upload and then cross list my inventory. And I never have to worry about sharing my closet. I haven’t even explored every feature yet. I highly recommend them. They are still growing, and always doing updates to go along with the technology changes that other platforms put into place, so like any app, you may experience a bug here and there but they are ON the fixes and updates. The CEO of the company is VERY involved! It feels like family.
Ignoring multiple cancellation requests
Very shady. They have ignored my repeated requests to cancel my subscription. SCAM!!

Great when it works
I have been using this app for around 5-6 months. When it works right it is wonderful, It’s a game changer. The problem is that there are often issues. Sometimes, it is laggy or it doesn’t want to load. It often won’t connect to certain markets. Today I can’t even log in. I love it when it works but the constant bugs are going to have me look elsewhere. Especially for the price.

Don’t waste your time with this app, it started deleting my listings one by one and then locked me out of the account after charging me. This app is a freaking nightmare.
Paying for something that doesn’t work
I set my settings… save .. they revert back to nothing… none of the automations are running, it’s been super glitchy… what was once an easy to use app… is now all the sudden useless.
Can’t live without it, but it is buggy.

Lots of Bugs
Lots of issues with things not working properly. Issues with connection to a specific platform. Also, the cross listing area is all messed up and I had to redo about 100 cross listings that sidekick messed up on.
