Risk of leaked personal information
After installing the apps I received many phone calls from unknown number that didn’t have any voice response. There were 1 time that someone phone call told me that he is from IPD serdang said my car plate number has been used at Serdang. Maybe he baited me to talk to record my voice? No need to install this apps, just call or direct go to carsome near your house to get inquiry.

Saya baru beli di carsome, ternyata yang tampil di aplikasi tidak terlalu lengkap terkait kekurangan mobil. Saya beli tanpa test drive tanpa cek mobil karena buru buru. Modal percaya sama hasil inspeksi. Dilembar penyerahan ada inspeksi lagi dan ini hasilnya lebih banyak minus dibanding yang disajikan di app. Saya bawa ke bengkel resmi makin ketahuan banyak yg harus dibenerin dulu seperi kampas kopling, suspensi bocor dan lainya. Mending tingkatkan inspeksinya biar gak sama aja kayak beli di showroom konvensional

Very poor service
Initially I had good opinion on CARSOME. This app is simply to get more clients to them. Once walk-in, sales person takes deposit, earlier mentioned will be returned within 3 days if unsuccessful, then, said must do processing through the app and will take 14 working days, once done, it takes forever to receive the refund. My RM500 is still with them and have return, when asked the sales person, he is saying their finance hasn’t clear. Will confirm during the working days. It’s ridiculous, this is the use of car scammers to hold people’s money. Image 1000 people paid deposits and haven’t refund..easy 500k cash in hand for this company. Carscam…not carsome.

I tried to book an service appointment via Carsome Apps, but somehow it said “Appointment is Unsuccessful”. I tried for a few times and the result still the same. Called the Customer Service in hope they can assist me on this. and they said - “Apps tiada masalah encik,” “System okay cik, Encik kena try dari masa ke semasa,” “Encik buat betul ke steps dia? Tarikh tu memang available ke?” Eh. looks like im being wronged here. Hoping for a solution, but I didnt get any. Dissapointing.

CANNOT MAKE A BOOKING FOR SERVICE ON APPS
I tried so many time to booking for service date on apps, then the button on the apps cannot be selected. When I try to reach one of their staff, he ignored me. When I call after 3 days he ignores me, suddenly he said he already changed department. Then i try to call my agent he gave me a link to book but my date that i wanted already full. Why CARSOME didn’t make any notice to customer that the apps in under maintenance? Then how can we get the information???????? So bad services
