Pairing issues
A little over a year ago I started to experience issues when trying to pair my x100vi or my Xh2. In order to pair, I need to delete the connection and then re-add it, every time and sometimes more than once before I can download photos. I’ve tried to clean pairing registrations and cache, but still no solution.
Better… but…
Much quicker and smoother than previous app. Works first time. Bravo! But… 1) I shoot HEIC files (which have great capacity for editing) and the app requires me to choose the images I want to download while using the app, whereas if I shoot JPEGs I can choose the images using the camera then let the camera download to my iPad later on when I have my iPad with me. 2) the X app introduced some weird Trojan into two of my Fuji bodies preventing me from seeing the file number for RAW files when in “erase” mode on the camera. 3) why can’t Fuji make the X app available for older bodies such as X-M1 ? People are still using older Fuji bodies.
App/Connection Keeps Crashing
9 of 10 attempts I can’t connect with the app especially with the wireless feature.
Intermittent connectivity
I'm never sure if it's going to connect or not. Sometimes it's flawless, sometimes it's schizophrenic.
Would love support for Recipes
The app works really well now, much better than it did in 2020 or so. But I think there's a real missed opportunity to integrate Recipe support, hopefully including default, custom, and a way to integrate community Recipes (i.e. a way to add your own, use supplied ones, and subscribe to third party lists or import files with Recipes).

This app has come a long way in the 10+ years I’ve had a Fuji x100 system, so well done Fuji devs! What I’d love to see is: - The ability to see what star rating I’ve given images in the thumbnail grid when transferring - the ability to tweak recipes and send them to camera, or even add an edit function to add edits to raws from the camera. Thanks!
Bypasses your camera’s internal settings!
This is app is awful. Tried to shoot 4K video footage by using the app to start and stop the camera, but it bypasses your camera’s internal settings and limits your video footage to 720P! It makes sense to downsample the footage sent to the live view on the app for preview purposes, but the fact that the quality recorded to your camera’s SD card isn’t full resolution is ridiculous. Completely wasted a session using this and having to do a reshoot - will avoid using this app entirely now to ensure my footage doesn’t get compromised. I’ve seen online that Fuji is aware of this but they still haven’t fixed it. Totally unusable if you want to record in 4K.
Connection issues
I haven’t been able to upload my photos from this app for the longest time. I spent $2,000 on this camera, and you can’t fix the app?
Absolutely terrible and infuriating
This app is complete garbage. Disconnects with camera every three photos or so. I can’t believe Fuji even put this unstable, buggy app out. Talk about amateur hour.
Never connects to bluetooth
I don’t think this app will ever work which sucks cause it’d be nice to have a easy way for self portraits. it’s been like this for the past year of having a Fuji camera. You basically have to disconnect the camera from bluetooth and start over every time you want to use the app

No Longer Works
I got an XT5 and the app was great, sold that and got an XE5 and the app worked the first 1/2 dozen times I needed to upload to my phone. Unfortunately that is no longer the case as it will not connect to my IP16 Pro Max. Not sure what changed, but it's extremely disappointing. I've u installed and reinstalled the app, made sure I'm not missing updates etc. It's a complete dud.
Great but sometimes buggy
I've been using this for a couple of years. I love the preview and transfer. The resize feature for transfers is nice. Recently, no photos have been showing up in my transfers unless they were taken on the app.
Buggy
Works well once it connects, but I get kicked out and have to reconnect about 35% of the time.
Average App
When connecting to my iPAD pro it struggles to connect on a regular basis and then very slow to transfer images. When it works it does transfer the images and they appear in iPhotos. Definitely need to improve stability of connection from camera to iPad.

Wanted to love it
I wanted an alternative to taking out my sd card and plugging it into my phone every time to get pictures off. This worked about 30% of the time, simply too buggy and unreliable and it crashes all the time - I have no more patience. Sigh, back to SD card reader. Do better Fuji. Love your cameras and lenses but this app SUCKS.

why does this suck so much?
How can an app be so unreliable in this day and age! I have a 100rf and a 50sii and this app is awful with connection, layout and most everything about it. How the hell does this type of thing become allowable in the app marketplace for a HUGE camera company. Whoever worked on this is simply lazy, doesn't care about bugs or whether something should be even in the wild. Unbelievable! What other goddamn options do I fricking have eh?
Won’t stay connected
There is an update to firmware for my X-T50. However the Bluetooth connection only connects for a minute or so. I can’t trust it start the Firmware update as I’m guessing if it disconnects while uploading it could ‘brick’ the camera. I have deleted and downloaded latest version to my iPhone 15 Max Pro running iOS 26 but it still only stays connected briefly. It mentions a WiFi connection but doesn’t appear in the list. Can it be connected by a cable? Also the app doesn’t record ‘activity’ accurately.

Not connecting
This app no longer connects to my X-H2S consistently. I can connect via Bluetooth, but when I try to connect via WiFi to transfer photos, the connection fails in the app, even if I am connected to the camera via WiFi on my iPhone. This seems to be 100% an app issue. Seems like this is a new issue that needs to be addressed.

Low quality downloads
Using the app to transfer image files from my XT5, the downloaded files are only 9mp not the full 39mp, why is this and is there a setting to change to the full 39mp?
Needs refinement
It took about 20 attempts over two days to first connect my new X-E5 to my iPhone 16 Pro. I’ve been a Fujifilm user for 10 years and have had an X-T2, X-T3, X-T5 and X-E100V prior to this. I tried everything and searched online help. I eventually got it to connect just by keep trying. App needs to have a little refinement work done to it.

Awful function/bluetooth unreliable
It’s amazing to me that a company which can build such great cameras can offer such an unreliable app - this is so unreliable and works so intermittently that I rarely use it. Of course, it’s the only way to wirelessly transfer photos to a device like a phone or iPad. Fuji, this is the only real functionality this app needs and it’s terrible. Please dedicate the resources needed to make this a properly functioning app.

Will Not Connect
It does not connect with my phone. It did once or twice but I’ve tried several time to transfer photos to my phone but with no success. I should have went with the Olympus Pen F. Fujifilm stinks.

Please listen to your customers
I would like this app to be reliable for once. I would love to open this app and immediately connect to my X-H2S to get my photos, not turn my camera off and on again and delete and re-download the app every week. This app is entirely unusable in its current state.

Constant unpairing.
The bluetooth pairing with my phone sucks sometimes. It unpairs my camera with my phone and is unable to connect together again. So annoying m and needs to be improved
