Cool game, yet
Cool game until states go dead. State 85 is in need of a state migration asap. The most powerful players forced the entire state to join 1 of 2 crews otherwise you’ll regret it when I a big war comes? New players that lose interest become inactive and then you end up with 40+ inactive players in a syndicate with no real way to recruit new players.

I’ve been playing for a year but I’m now quitting. The game is full of bugs and Customer service is useless when reporting gameplay issues.

After playing several games like this, this one has to be one of the most ridiculous as far as the way combat goes no matter how much money you put into gear, investments (research), troop lvls, nothing seems to make much difference when going up against elite heroes which will cost you a ton of money in order to level them up. Then I purchased something that was tied to two other packs. I did not realize that that's what it was. They would not cancel the purchase on there in an Apple could not do it either granted customer service was prompt in response but offered no real solution or support in conclusion. Don't waste your time.

Warning … these developers are thief’s
My account I was trying to put it on another device after spending tons of hard earned money on it. There system is so flawed that you have to unbind a account to move it. I did that and bound it again once I had it moved. In the process the account was lost . I contacted the developer and explained to them were the account was and they pulled me a two day old account back from a whole other state. My account was a lvl 25 base with thousands invested. Then they tell me my receipts say I was in a state that I’ve never been in so they don’t want to pull back my actual account. For 5 weeks now they’ve done nothing to help me . Nothing at all . I’ve showed them reciept after receipt which add up to thousands of dollars. They still won’t recover my account . Be very careful playing this game because the developers aren’t interested in protecting your investment in this game. They’ve lied to me and done everything but help me recover my account back.

Don’t waste your time.
Save yourself the time. They took all the money they made and ran. Game is done. For months, I have seen so many players leave, complain on discord and on their fake customer service game chat and nobody is responding. Apple has not allowed them to update their game in months which is clearly a red flag. Same old events for the past year with no new updates or graphic changes to the game. Constant glitches. They fool you into thinking if you spend a ton of $$ you get to join some sort of special group on discord but that’s now dead as well and their mods that used to respond are not responding to anyone. Their response to the reviews here are embarrassing and the exact same, “ please contact us in game for issues or suggestions “. Only for them to respond to you 48 hours later and not even answer your question. 😂 Nothing ever gets resolved. Don’t fool yourself into believing they care. So many people have raised concerns and no one has gotten a response in months. Overall disappointing and the game has become extremely boring.
Great game for F2P!
This game isn't perfect, but it actually lets F2P players fight and compete! I'm so happy I finally found a game where I dont need to spend tons of money just to fight with other players. The way they reward players in this game means that F2P players will be able to fight each other for rewards and you are actually rewarded for playing the game. I don't have the highest power, but there are tons of players similar to me that I can compete with and its actually fun building my crews to compete with other F2P players. Definitely recommend if you want a F2P friendly game!

Why can you not get the ios update done two wz battles and still not able to update on iphone
Update release take forever
It’s extremely annoying for those of us playing on iOS devices that it takes forever to get an update released. We can’t even take part in some of the events taking places and when we do we miss out on multiple days of the event last time I only got to take part in the last two days made it pointless to even get the update. Now we’re already into the third day and still nothing I’m sure it’ll be the same as the last time. Considering getting my group I play with to commit to another game on this platform. Update: only 3 days left in this times active event and still no update available already downloaded another game similar but by a different developer. I used to really enjoy this game but the developers no longer care or think they can continue to get away with this same stuff just cause they have new players coming in. Fingers crossed this new game developers don’t have the same care free attitude towards their players as city of crimes developers. 2nd Update: The entire event ended for us and no update was ever available of course you guys won’t offer any of use anything to make up for it because I’m sure that will be to complicated for you all to do. All you suggested was modifying my Apple phone with an emulator to trick it into thinking it was an android. You thank me for the input and offer me the discord to communicate which is basically for nothing because I’ve already gone through those channels offered suggestions never get a reply from an actual developer but when I do it’s from random other upset players.
Enjoyed the story and voice acting
Most mobile games these days dont spend any time on their story or characters and just make garbage to sell for money. I was pleasantly surprised when I started playing this game because the plot was interesting and played into the game well. The voice acting was pretty well done and is very diverse for a mobile game. I felt like I was going through a mini GTA story. Im not sure about the rest of the game but I would give this game a go just for the initial storyline.

Updates for iOS devices get delayed
Been playing this game for almost two years but getting tired of the same issues that never get resolved. Whenever you try to reach out to customer service they always respond days later and never look into any issues the gamer is experiencing. If there’s something wrong with the server and an event can’t be played they don’t reimburse you for your time or troubles. If your playing on an IOS device then expect to have every update be delayed by multiple days while an android user can update immediately whenever there is one available. Updates include new packs, gifts, events, challenges, prizes in which iOS players miss out on. Only writing this to spread awareness. These issues and many others cause a gamer to quit playing. Hopefully this can be fixed and iOS players can play the game the way it is intended
Overall very good game
Attack frequency on any base should be lower, all the time I am getting attacked and I need to heal my troops all the time. It will be much better to have more cloths in the Companions wardrobe. And also can add few more companies
