I don’t even need to say anything
Used to be one of the best boxing games I have ever played. Now, the update ruined it.
I’ve played this game in the past and it was absolutely perfect. Now, with the update, it’s horrible. Half of the punches you throw don’t even connect. Meanwhile, the opponent will stick their arm out and will delete a circle and a half of health. I got my fighter to maximum mastery and it was still horrible. So, unless you need something to let your rage out at, don’t even consider getting this.

Gets boring some times but other than that its mad fun
Unbearable late game
It’s fun up until you get to around rank 20. At that point, your stats will be entirely ignored, as my maxed out durability gets completely destroyed by an ai with like half strength. In the late point of the game, it stops being a fun boxing game, it becomes a terrible slog of constantly blocking and throwing only one punch, only for it to land as clean as humanly possible and still do nothing. I’ve never seen a game go from fun to so incredibly unbearable to play before, but this really set a record. The punch connection system is flawed, as an uppercut perfectly connected to an opponent leaning forward will do no damage while a jab barely connected to the forehead can magically delete an entire chunk of health. Overall, the game is genuinely so unbearable to play at this point that it probably won’t survive my next “unused apps” wipe.

It would be miles better if there was blood, and you could choose how long the rounds are in custom mode

Unbalanced
The game is generally quite unbalanced with how damage is calculated, also the difficulty jump from amateur to professional is absurd, and the jump from profession to champion is not even noticeable.
Update pitch
I love the game I just feel like there is alot of missed out opportunities/things that werent carried out how i think they should have. Like the celebrity mode after you retire, i feel like shouldve instead or even had an extra feature where boxers that are still active can challenge you. Sort of like what Jake paul does and how he challenges retired old people. And also when you come back out of retirement. Not alot of hype surrounds your name. Just like nothing ever happened. Other than that i rlly llve the flexibility this game has with the customization, random encounters, and the entire idea

What the hell is the point of upgrading your characters stats when the opponent you’re going against, who has less than you in ANYTHING, is still knocking your health down faster than you are. For example, I have full strength on my character, yet I’m not able to deal as much damage with the same or more amount of shots given. It’s fun when it’s challenging, but that aspect makes the entirety of the work ethic and grinding part of the game feel like it’s not worth it.
It’s great just needs work
Just found this game and played it for a good 40 minutes. I really like it it’s just the characters are a bit too wonky. In the fights I would pretty much trap the guy in his corner and then do combos. Once you learn how to keep your distance it makes the gameplay a bit better but the arm are still all over the place. Overall I really did enjoy this game and was a little sad when I seen the multiplayer wasn’t available
This game makes me rage
I’ve played this game and gone all the way to the end of career, but my sole. I went out retirement and fought the second place his tiny little jabs do half a circle and this blokes punches didn’t even connect and I took one circle, it’s a great game but lord you need to fix this guys reach. It’s so unfair as my punches do jack to him and I’m riddling down his health where he gets me down so fast, just fix this mate and this would be an amazing game

It’s fun at the start but ends to quick and is a bit boring once you retire cause there not a lot to do and once you get to the top and don’t retire there nothing to do and another thing is it would be more fun if they updated it and had like online stuff and other modes to revive the game

This games hitbox sucks
I’ve got a good 20 hours on this game, to be perfectly honest this games hitbox is trash. You can hit an opponent with 50 punches and do half a bar while one or two punches from the opponent does a full bar. Plus this game has been a “wip” for ages with still no multiplayer. Don’t get the game for your own sake.

Es buen juego hasta que llegas a los tops del ranking. Por mas que los golpees en la cara no les bajas vida y a pesar de eso, encima te quita vida a ti, tuve una partida perfecta donde clavé todos los golpes y el rival no me hizo nada, pero resulta que mi personaje fue el primero en caer a la lona. No sé si es un bug o simplemente el juego ayuda a los bots, pero es aburrido jugar así.

terrible hot garbage
This game was a lot of fun until it wasnt. Once you hit top 30 in career mode you may as well hang the gloves up otherwise youre going to get a 80-0 mike tyson muhammed ali demigod who eats newborns and punches saw blades for fun. And thats not even where it stops. You’d think “ok, i just have to block and dodge a lot and throw in a few good hooks and jabs” WRONG! I forgot to mention that your opponents train before the fight by launching cannons at their head. You would have a better chance at winning if you snuck in a feather into the ring and tickled the guy to death. You’re probably thinking “just challenge the guy below him or the guy above him” WRONG! The game only lets me challenge three of the same people, all of whom have beat me multiple times and have a combined record of 235 wins and 3 losses. It doesn’t matter how close you come to winning, how many points you have or how calculated you are because all it takes to stop you dead in your tracks is some guy named John A McVaginal Slayer to graze you in your nipple to then turn you into his personal pocket psy for the next 2 rounds. I suggest playing it once and never again unless you like disappointing your coach and fans after posting “well, we’ll get em next time fellas!” For the 12th time.

Extreme mode
Extreme mode is challenging at the start until you start getting belts. You have to hit the opponent about 10 times until you can take a bar but they hit you once and you lose a bar. It’s way too hard and is almost impossible to win

Great game, fun, addictive, love the style, great storyline and small details. I would highly recommend this game to any person looking for a fun yet challenging pass time. However, after the main career mode. There are only quick games available. But at the next update they will add multiplayer which will make this revived mostly outdated. However I would like to see a feature where you are able to replay career fights.
