What people like
- Notifications arrive exactly when the ring walk starts
- Simple one-click setup saves you from waiting
- Cheap annual subscription removes ads completely
What they complain about
- Free users get only two fights per year
- App doesn't list all major upcoming fights
- Bug prevents clearing used fight slots
Addictive
Great app wits rewards to be won to
Deleted
Greedy adverts and only 2 fight notifications per year. Awful business idea
Good app
It’s good just wish they atleast let us get a min of 4-5 Ringwalks instead of 2 at a time And when you cancel a Ringwalk you can’t use it to get notified for another
Meh
The goal of the app is really good but it is never updated
Handy but not worth paying for
It’s good as a reminder if you’re out and about or busy doing jobs in the home. But i don’t know if it’s worth paying a subscription for, I’m not sure the world needs more subscription apps!
Lifesaver
This app is a literal must, for anyone that lives in the UK and wants an alarm for fights early in the morning. Can’t live without it now. I just wish they would include more fights esp the ufc and not just main/co main event.
Don’t list all fights
Paid for this app so I could set more notifications up and I’ve now realised it doesn’t even list all upcoming major fights.
One minor suggestion
Good app but could you include info about which channel the fight is on?
Disappointed
The fact you get to only have 2 events to be reminded about in a whole year without being a pro member is insane. No way you guys actually think that’s smart
Was a great app
It still has the potential to be great app. - Let the free users set more fight reminders than just 1 or 2 a year, because that ridiculous. It should be at least 10 or so minimum.
Brilliant app
Being one of those people that can’t be done with watching commentators bang on and on between fights, this app saves you from all of that, and you won’t miss a second of the fight. Every single time the notification comes through at just the right time. Such a simple concept, but a great idea. It costs next to nothing to use it add-free too. 99p per month, or 6.99 for the entire year. The app is easy to use and just takes one click to set a fight ring walk alert. Overall, I can’t fault the app, and it’s worth every penny considering I don’t have to watch all of the boring parts and don’t need to keep checking to see if the fight has started. It doesn’t just cover boxing; they have UFC too, and I think at least one other sport. 10/10
Deleted due to greed.
Deleted. Greed ruined a perfectly fine app. They’ve just got this all wrong with the 2 fight limit. Just may as well make it a paid app and be done with it.
Make this for ufc
please make this for ufc
Great app but doesn’t allow you to delete a prediction
Edit: doesn’t even show your record of predictions anymore which was the main reason for having the app Original: So the app is cool and all but if you accidentally hit a prediction when in reality you don’t have a dog in the fight, there is no way to delete it. Otherwise would be perfect.
Now a paid app
Basically now a paid app. Only two notifications for free PER YEAR. Shame as it was an otherwise good, ad supported, app. UPDATE: Ok so it appears to be two fights active at once. Not two per year (which is what is stated). This is obviously less dramatic than limiting it to two per year, they need to update the language within the app. Still not as good as before, though.
Great App - More Fights?
Love using this app, Pro edition is worth it. Only suggestion would be to add more fights - there’s times where there are high-level boxing bouts and good UFC Fight Nights that don’t make it to the app. Keep up the good work!
Useless app
Absolutely useless for 2 fights a year on the free version. Deleted it now
Buggy
The app now limits to 2 fights which is obviously not great, but there seems to be a bug where it doesn’t clear your two fight allocation once the fight has been and gone meaning you can’t select the next. You need to uninstall to clear the data to select a new fight. Frustrating
Ringwalks Review
Great app. I just upgraded to pro. One suggestion is to add the estimated run my walk time to the fight section.
two per year and then pay?
ruined the app for greed, i wont pay you a penny
Good, but free experience is diminished
It’s a good little app, and very useful, especially for looking through the upcoming fights diary, and the ringwalk notifications for those big US-based fights in the early hours UK time. The predictions function is fun, as it keeps a running ‘career’ total. The free version of the app is not as good as it was though. The ads are slightly annoying although perfectly understandable, but the recent introduction of a 2-fight limit in ‘My Fights’ is a really disappointing development. Rather than making me pay for the premium version, this change is more likely to lead to me deleting the app altogether unfortunately.
Brilliant App
Does exactly what it says every time — alarm could be longer/louder but all in all a fantastic little app for anyone into the fight game
Used to be good
Deleted the app after they made recent changes to the free version of limiting users to only 2 fights. The adverts were understandable but the limit renders the app (for free users) pretty much useless. It's a shame as I had used it for years. There are other better free alternatives out there.
No good
App is terrible doesn’t have every fight I’m guessing only big fights of fighters they know. There’s a bunch of great fights on Saturday.
Used to be great
Used to love this app, when they first introduced pro you had to watch an ad, no big deal, devs need to get paid, but now you can only add 2 fights PER YEAR unless you subscribe? Basically just killed the app
Says on the tin
Does exactly what it….
Useless since now a subscription app
Was fine with ads, now you only get 2 fights per year without having to subscribe. Simply not worth it for that.
Gimme more!
Great tool, wish they covered more fights in the undercards
Greedy
2 free fights per year is ridiculous and greedy deleted app will simply just set a normal alarm.
Accurate
Very useful and accurate, highly recommend 👍
Now charges for multiple fight notifications
What a shame as loved this app. Please change it back
