MMA
Making picks and scoring rounds has elevated fight nights with the boys.
Disappointing
There was a time when Verdict was a great app, but honestly, it’s become almost unrecognizable. The over-the-top features and unnecessary changes feel like overkill, and the new layout is just plain frustrating to navigate. The latest update is especially disappointing. I used to genuinely look forward to the fights, but now the app isn’t worth the aggravation. It’s a shame to see something that used to be so enjoyable go this far downhill.
Great app but they lost their way…
I love this app, and ive had it since before it was MMA social media. It was once an app primarily for picking fights and seeing who was most correct. With a trophy case to see your best nights for predicting fights. With recent updates they’ve made the app much more than that. Its become a social media for MMA fans. A place for fans to talk about fight nights and goat debates. A good addition… But in doing so, they let the original concept behind, as you cannot even view your trophy case anymore. Which is sad as an OG verdict fan. Amassing top 10% trophies was awesome all these years; and now I cant see it. Fix the glitch @verdictmma and thank you for being a great platform all these years.
Bing back the OG
New update is average, the OG was way more user friendly

goated app
i love this app so much and the new update just makes it even better if you’re into mma this is a MUST HAVE
Belt count
Belt count still can’t show 2 digits and is still white on white. Easy fix, but pushing more adds and worthless forum bs instead of fixing app. Great work having Claude rewrite you app, but you still need someone doing QA. Or else you look like jabronis
Great
Great app but never works on data instead of WiFi
No support
I love this app and I’m one of the original users of this app for a long time. I’m very highly ranked, but that doesn’t seem to help with support. I have a login issue. I’ve been messaging for over two months now trying to get a resolution. But absolutely. No one returns an email message. I’m stuck and may lose my entire investment in this app because no one will reach out to me and help.
New update changed things that weren’t broken
In this new update it seems that auto point deductions don’t work as they used to on the old UI and also I have notifications that I can’t get rid of. Nowhere to read the notifications that the app says I have so it’s just got the number next to it all the time. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue. Great app otherwise though for scoring MMA and also boxing events now
Great app
👌👌👌
Terrible response time from team
Lost all my career belts after the big update. Sent many emails and none responded to.
Love it
I’ve been using the app before the redesign and when it came wow my favorite mma app ever it has been great but one small problem idk if it’s just for me but all of a sudden scoring round takes forever but fix that and it’s 5/5
New UI
The app itself is great but the new UI is awkward
New update removes friend’s picks
I love/loved this app, it was great before the new UI and fixed my main issues. However, now I can’t see my friends picks before the event starts - complete loss of motivation to make MMA predictions now.
verdict
great app.
Man what happened?
Used to be amazing until the updates. Sure the app LOOKS better but there are more bugs than any other app I’ve used to logging mma. Please just fix the basics, this is embarrassing
Can’t see friends picks anymore
This app was super solid and i’m happy about the new update making it look more dated. However since the update I haven’t been able to see my buddies picks at all or easily anymore and that was one of my core favourite things of the app, please fix it as soon as you can.
lists👎
the list system is quite shocking to say the least. my list has about 111 fights so i have spent my time picking fights on these lists. Once you start pushing to the 100s it is unbearably long to load the edit option. not only that, but i have consistently had my search bar and ‘<‘ button glitched to a point where it is above the part of the screen that i can physically select. Along with the ugly ui, this definitely needs to change i think you should be able to update your list actively by searching for fighters, clicking on a past fight of theirs, and selecting the option to send to the desired list.
Great app, but…
I used to really love the app but I had to delete it because even though it has a great concept, its forum is growing, there isn’t much moderation, and it is starting to function too much like a standard social media app instead of chiefly competitive predictions. I don’t take this decision lightly as I have been a user for five years, but as its userbase grows and it leans into the social aspects, the developers could do more to organize and moderate this before it turns into another Reddit space for MMA fans, as many of my friends on this app have left for that same reason.
Conditional belts
I’ve been using verdict for 3 years, yall are doing a great job 🫶🏽. small suggestion, i think it would be really cool if incorrect fighter picks decreased your belt xp. i think it could make earning a belt feel more rewarding/make you have to actively work to keep your status. keep it up!
The ‘New’ Verdict isn’t Good
I hate to leave a negative review for something I used to use religiously since 2020, but the new revision of this application is not for me. Whereas Verdict used to be a great way to enhance the MMA watching experience by being a simple scoring application, it has attempted to become its own pseudo social media platform, bloated with needless clutter. I’m sorry, but I don’t care that some random community member is watching fights with his dog. I also don’t need detailed stat breakdowns in what is essentially a faux sports book application. I would pay money to have the older simplified version of the application back. I’m sure others feel the same way. It was fun and easy to use. This new version is ugly and tedious. The developers of the application have also banned folks on Discord and other platforms for criticism.
Auth needs work
Would be nice if you guys updated the sign in and authentication for the app, I get signed out literally every 5 minutes which makes the app unusable for me. I use Gmail to sign in and not sure if it’s just me but I literally can’t use the app anymore with these with issues which sucks because I like reading the stuff on the forums.
Update Sucks!
New update is horrible, you cant view global picks nor friends picks! The trophy case does not show properly either! I have 2 top 10% trophy’s so far and neither show. Also, when you picks fights and apply boost, sometimes it will show you no boost to use and then you’ll select another fight and you’ll have boost to use (yes I know prelims and main card are different boost limits). Final issue is some picks I make disappear as if I never made a pick when I know I did!
Needs more content
Could really use fighter rankings and stats. The UFC app doesn’t even keep up with their own. Definitely need an app with all the top news and social followings for fighters. Something like Sherdog.com or BJP.com. Other ways to play fantasy, prizes, cash prizes.
goated
Fire app, good picks, fun people, GREAT ADMIN THEY LISTEN AND INTERACT!
New update SUCKS
This new update and change in the front screen is horrible. Why I’ll want to have a Facebook type page for what huh? I just want to see the fighting information NOT to talk with people for what 🙄🥴😤 About to remove and delete it completely 🤮
Please Add Career Fight Predicted Right
App is awesome love it, would really like tho if they added to the career page. They currently have just the total of rounds and fights predicted, but adding a category that shows how many fights predicted correctly would be awesome.
Update Ruined App
Was great app until update. They send you login email with 2 links and neither work. Unable to pick fights or score rounds. Shame
Good concept and app but still buggy after years
Been using this app for years now and it’s an awesome concept but has it’s issues. If the app gets any type of heavy traffic (like during a PPV), you will have to refresh over and over any time you try to do anything. And you’ll be prompted accept cookies EVERY TIME you’re in the app. You can try to save the settings to accept, but it doesn’t work. Okay app if you can deal with all the bugs.
The Best MMA App
Idk if you know this but if you aren’t following or using verdict along with watching the fights you’re a filthy dirty casual … sorry I don’t make the rules
New UI is terrible
Why do I have to login every time I exit the app? Why does nothing ever load on the homepage? Only thing good about the new update is night mode.
So much potential
This app needs to be invested in, MMA is a growing global sport and this app would make it that much more enticing. Please please please, invest in this app, overhaul the UI on all fronts, from the predictions to the user profile to the scorecards and remove some of the bugs that are present. Add a feature that allows us to compare fighters, head 2 head, across all divisions in the UFC and across all MMA promotions. Same for Boxing. This is a new era for combat sports and Verdict, you are going to play a BIG part in it, do not disappoint us. Dana has been doing enough of that lately.
Censorship
If you have opposing opinions from the creator of the app you’ll get banned. other than that the scoring system on fight night is laggy. but if you dont intent on scoring fight or posting comments then it’s an okay app. The new interface is also terrible since it plays videos if you like it or not instead of ( like other apps ) if you click on them. it’s also impossible to modify nor to delete your post/comments which is a feature every app has since what 2010?
Great app review would be higher but...
Reasons it's a great app 1) can make picks 2) you can score and global scoring is decent 3) forums have good community engagement Verdict is good but you're missing crucial things 1) App feels like it was made in 2010 and hasn't had a UI update since (no dark mode slightly hard to navigate) 2) No One Championship fights to predict (yes I know not all fights are MMA but just explain how to score rounds in kickboxing and Muay Thai) 3) ADD PRELIMS ON UFC CARDS (Sometimes they do but it's on the day of the fight)
Clean
Cleeeeeeeeeeeean
BUGGY AS HECK
I would give it 5/5 if it wasn’t so buggy. I have to input fight predictions multiple times for EVERY prediction for it to actually input, very annoying.
Post and comments don’t load
My post and comments don’t load and when I scroll through feed it will shut off app
Sign up doesn’t work
Signed up, was sent a confirmation email, looped me back to install app page, even though it is already installed. Tried my sign in info and was told not a valid email, endless loop
Glitches during every single card ever
I’ve had this app for years and enjoy it but the servers must be so garbage because during fights it never loads so I can score rounds. Was hoping this would change with updates but it’s brutal
Essential for MMA fans
This app saves me a lot of money by getting the satisfaction of making picks with out spending money on actual betting.
New UI is confusing mess
The new UI looks ok but it’s a headache to navigate. Seems like anything that you’d want to do takes more taps than it did before. All the matchups are on a horizontal carousel so you have to scroll through them all instead of just conveniently presented as a list where you can see the whole fight card. It’s just so confusing and unintuitive. AND FIX THE TROPHY CASE!
App should be called UFC
The app is amazing, however it only gives the option to score and get insights in UFC fights and not other mma promotions. They should add Bellator and PFL.
Huge dropouts DURING events.
Good app. But some very obvious flaws. Our whole group was unable to access any of our tips during the event. Couldn’t access round betting or alter tips. Hopefully issue is resolved quickly.
Wow
Just Amazing and fun and makes mma more better
Great app seriously
Free and has everything a mma fan dreams of
What a downgrade
Everything is worse to look at and the UI is unintuitive and confusing. And notifications don’t even work anymore, I don’t get anything about scoring rounds or community posts. And they’ve now implemented sports betting like every other scummy app. Even with how barebones it was at times, the old app was easy to use and communicate with others. Now its just corpo slop
Amazing app
It’s really fun to compete with friends on the app but my only problem with the app is that the it is not showing the next weeks ufc fight night it’s skipping to ufc 231 it might just be because of how early it is in the week I don’t know.
Hide results
Amazing app! Must have for all MMA fans. Just wish you had the option to hide the results so us UK fans can enjoy scoring the fights
