Most of the time, the shifts display times that have already passed. For example, if a shift started at 9:00, it briefly appears for about 2 seconds, then disappears, only to reappear again when it is 10:00. So disappointing

I have tried multiple times to clock out and it always read that there’s an error. It seems like many others are having the same issue.

App becomes extremely slow after updating to version 2.18.0
Since updating to version 2.18.0, the app has become very slow when opening from notifications or reopening from background. I receive shift notifications, but when I tap them, the app takes 10–15 seconds to load. The previous version worked much faster. This only started after updating to version 2.18.0.

The app crashes, I have to force quit it every time before I open it in order for it to work. You should also be able to see the hours you’ve worked/pay within the app. I can’t even log into the self service website for my paystubs but I haven’t had time to call the help line. Also the app needs to start including the ADDRESS of the store location not just a store number.

GPS/Location Feature
The app has potential, but the GPS/location feature needs significant improvement. At my work location, it often fails to detect my correct location, preventing me from clocking in on time even when I arrive as scheduled. Clocking out as well which creates inaccurate time records. I hope the developers improve the GPS accuracy and provide an alternative way to clock in and out when location services or signal are unreliable. Fixing this would make the app much more dependable for employees who rely on it every day.

Worst app ever, takes forever to load messes up time punches, there’s always a glitch. This company seems fairly new so I hope they improve. And a way to sync shifts from the app to my phone calendar like my other app did would be nice and a clearer way to see all assigned shifts in one list.

Why is it so slow to open to submit a simple timesheet? And why do I have to look at that guy while I wait?

It’s convenient for booking shifts but something needs to improve
1. When clicking ‘apply’, please ask us to double confirm before confirmkng the shift. 2. Every time I open the app, I need to reopen it, otherwise I can refresh. I guess there is a bug or is it because I need to upgrade my IOS?

The Randstad app offers useful features, such as easily updating availability, submitting timesheets, and accepting or declining shifts. However, the app’s performance is quite slow. It takes a long time to open and refresh, which makes it frustrating when trying to secure new shifts quickly. There is also a noticeable delay between SMS and in app notifications, which causes confusion and missed opportunities. While it was advised to use the website version which works much better, it is inconvenient to have to log in each time instead of relying on the app.

Shifts
I’m getting shifts and also has confirmed but when I reach to work I don’t have access to get in
Too slow, not iPhone friendly.
Too slow . From getting an SMS about an available shift to opening app it takes ages , it takes ages to laid after the home page opens , the shift/s have been taken by the time the bookings page opens . Also trying to fill in times on app is difficult, when you scroll for times you lose the page . Just my opinion.

Poor user experience and always has a bug
Very poor user experience, taking a lot of clicks to complete the tasks and the flow is also not logical. It’s quite confusing as well. Not sure the issues is from its design team’s end or program team. Overall, I find it really hard to navigate and submitting timesheet every week is a pain for me.
Needs some work
Really clunky UI, why do I need to go through almost 3 screens to edit my timesheet? And the buttons to add or edit the timesheet are tiny and jammed up against the side, I get it's trying to look like the web interface but it fails and fails accessible usage. Loading the app it always brings up an oops message before making me sign in again, no remember me or faceID option and no access to 3rd party password management.

Night shift Sunday
Disappointed that this new app when on night shift you cannot put your time in . It won’t accept after midnight. This did not happen on previous app. Update app for this to reflect when working on night shift . I can submit 12 hours on nightshift on Sunday night going into Monday morning through the websight portal .
Some issues
Would be great if my password could be saved. I have to sign in everyday and it takes me through the set up screen once a day. I also often find when saving my time sheets it shows me that an error occurs and it makes me close the app. But then when I open my time sheets again, they have been updated. Otherwise the UI is well designed.
