Had hope with this app since it’s for parents. However I’ve seen a bunch of people with no kids on here. Honestly seems like loss cause with app. To top it off it only gives me a few (less than 5 different people) and then it stays loading. Doesn’t give me other options or matches. I also can’t see ANY of my messages!! So glad I didn’t purchase the membership.
Location issues.
I’ve been on this app for maybe a month and ran fresh out of local options 💀😭so all I’ve been getting is out of state I can’t afford to travel 🥲so that won’t work. I have my settings set to my zip code no farther than 30 miles and there’s no one in wa state left I guess👀 please fix this idk if it’s a glitch or what but the app is not usable for me until it gets fixed and I have a daughter who needs a daddy 🤣

Be aware. This platform hands-down, the worst dating platform yet so far. Please do yourself a favor. Find out the hard way or take my honest advice don’t subscribe don’t waste your time 95% of all profiles, that have liked me or I have liked have been (FAKE AI PROFILES). All SCAMMERS) Yes every single one of them for a year now scammers. I spend the majority of my time reporting. This is not a safe secure or honest website.
Not impressed
Either individuals don’t have social skills or the people on this app start a conversation but aren’t being honest about what they want. The daily profile rec. do not match up with your interest I would say 90% of the time.
Distance feature
The distance feature is pretty terrible. Rather than staying within the desired range or asking the user to expand once matches have all been seen, it automatically defaults to far outside of the user’s preference. This seems like a tactic to keep users on the platform rather than actually finds matches. However, positive features are the unlimited swipes, limited ads, rare glitches.

Very worst customer support and auto theft of credit card money by autosubscription
I have many times noticed that they simply auto subscribe you and deduct money from your credit card even if you just check their plan details . Never ever add and save your credit card details in their profile. Worst customer support and iam facing login issue for past 5 to 8 days till now it isnt resolved but i am a subscribed member where they already deducted payment for 3 month plan. Its ridiculus
Trash app with 1st graders writing the code and algorithm.
This app is trash with its inability to filter out people that live 3-10 hours away. Why would I want to be shown someone that lives 10 hours away? Do not pay at all, if you want you can send me the money and get nothing since that’s what you’ll do here.
Distance failing
Entering the distance from your location doesn’t appear to be working. I entered as little at 30 KM and it’s giving me people that are 200 KM away. Fix this please.

Pls fix bugs！
When I receive a notification, I click into my inbox, but I don’t see any new messages. Only when I open each conversation one by one do the new messages get refreshed and appear. This is so stupid. If I’m talking to 10 people at the same time, do I really have to click into all 10 conversations just to find out who has sent me a new message?

Terrible. I reached the end of my recommendations an have not gotten any new suggestions in almost 2 months. The worst app I’ve tried yet.

Expensive for what you get
Considering this is for single parents there isn’t much thought put into efficiency or catering to the single parent community. - expensive for the quality of the app - very little features for filtering preferences, you can only filter age, distance, if they’re a parent or not, and gender. No height. No education. No smoking. Etc. Leaving you to have to filter through a lot of people - glitches - instant messaging is not instant. The refresh rate is slow, so if you’re in a conversation and someone replies, you won’t see it unless you exit out of the conversation and sometimes have to close the app and reopen it - glitches - people send you likes and it gives you an option to message them, if they sent a message it doesn’t appear and there’s no way of replying them. Sometimes the message box says “label”. You can’t reply, you can only X them. - glitches - when sorting through people who have liked you it will skip every other person on the list. - glitches - I have asked for No Email Notifications and it continues to send me emails. I have clicked and unclicked opened and closed. I still get notifications. - redundancy - again, why is an app for single parents not built efficiently? If I X people’s likes they appear again in my Like notifications. So I constantly have to sort through people the same people multiple times a day every day. - the calendar function asks you constantly to share your schedule but doesn’t consider parents who are on a bi weekly alternating schedule - fake profile pictures - there are a lot of stock photos and AI generated pictures I think there should be more promotions or discounts for single parents especially for the genders that are less represented in certain areas. Ex: if they are trying to have more women sign up then they should have promotions or discounted rates depending on the region you’re in.
Blocked for no reason!
Guess Match Group just doesn’t like it when you rate them badly so Match Group blocks you on all their apps. Skeazy.
Not enough users per radius
Location filtering doesn’t work . Paid for premium and nothing unlocks . Doesn’t have premium features that other dating apps have . I would not waste on this unless you want to drive long distances .
Don’t waste your time
Unless you wanna pay to get local matches, don’t download this app. I live in Northern California at most of the suggestions that I’ve been given are in Southern California over 300 miles away. In order to have your preferences accepted of distance age you have to pay for the premiums.
Don’t trust this app
I made this app and didn’t even use it. When I tried to log in the morning after creating it, it said my account was blocked. I was immediately sent to the ban appeals page by customer service. I use the same photos as I have on other apps and have never had this problem. I really think they keep your information and then show it to men who will pay to subscribe as bait to get more subscriptions. After reading dozens of other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. Especially with women. Something not right is going on here.
