Transfers and balances
External transfers, take a week to complete and my balance is often incorrect and will adjust multiple times throughout the week even if no money is being moved.

I only keep an account to cover life insurance . I started using This credit Union in 1987 when I started at FedEx . When I went to them for help they turned me down for everything. I went to a local credit Union and they bent over backwards to help me .
Transfer feature doesn’t always work
This is the only financial app that I use when you transfer funds it doesn’t always go through. I have to go back and check and resend it even if it’s just a transfer from one internal account to another internal account. It happens to external transfers as well. Very odd. Other than that I love it!

Depositing Checks
Once again, FedEx Credit Association shows how backwards they are by limiting the amount you can deposit per day. I have joined another credit union that has tap to pay as well as ability to pay through Zelle. Wake up and get with the times, FECCA!
Visa payment
I wish there was a way to transfer the money from your personal checking acct ( from another bank) to the FECCA savings account to pay my VISA card.

Since the last update my app will no longer open. It opens to the white screen and never goes further!

Slow to update. Other financial apps update when the transaction occurs. This app can take up 48 hours .

The FECA App is very easy to navigate through and utilize. Messaging support for help & assistance is simple and the response time is quick!
Not user friendly
This site is slow I deposited $200 and still unable to view my account, I’ve been dealing with this for a week and it’s draining

Cannot even use app on my phone now
I tried to deposit a check today and the app said it needed the latest update. I go to update and it requires iOS 17.0 and my beautiful iPhone 8 Plus (with an actual home button) only goes to 16.7.12. I know they say it is a security feature but it is actually just a way to force you into newer more expensive iPhones. Mine works fine and does everything I need. I guess I will do my banking on my IPad, though I have been considering a new financial institution anyway. Maybe it is time to pull the plug after 20+ years. There are no benefits these days to having an FECA account.
