What they complain about

Easy note
My favorite quick note. I can write random notes in no time. Whenever I have free times, I can edit and organize them with simple hashtags. Love it.
Weird and confusing set up
I don't like this app at all. Should be really easy to create a brand-new note but it isn't. Even with the pro package this app is seriously flawed in the way it's set up. It's not easy to use and it's not user-friendly
感觉会卡顿…
感觉一条笔记的字数过多会导致软件有点奇怪的卡顿…

很有创意，但功能太过简单！没有办法添加照片和位置信息！
LOVE this app
I love the messages style display of this app. And the way you can view notes for a single hashtag or all notes at once. It definitely works very well with the way my brain operates! The ONLY downfall is that there’s no widgets — but I am hoping that’ll come with a future update!
You need to stop with the premium notifications.
I own premium, and I turned off the promotional notification. It’s pretty unacceptable to continue to push purchasing, even after being purchased and with the notifications off. Will be uninstalling.
同步功能有问题
用了一阵子后，现在每次进入都显示正在同步，卡死了，也看不了以前记录的了
中文翻译严重不符
比如save翻译成了节省。 设置里不能选择显示语言。
need to suppot multilanguage hashtag
hashtag only work with english, so it difficult to use when you need multi language hashtag
Simple is good
This app reminds me of the beginning of the computer revolution and the internet. The applications, operating systems and computers that are most intuitive and not needlessly complex to use become the winners. They usually have a single visionary behind them. This app developer is from that mold.
Don’t use it.
One day I opened it and it had deleted everything I had put into the app. Completely defeating the purpose. I didn’t reinstall it or anything.
有问题
1.即便给予提醒权限，依旧显示需要我给予提醒权限。 2.无法使用照片，只能拍照。 希望丰富功能，很有潜力的app！
Privacy issues - tracks across platforms
Forget a passcode lock feature, work on eliminating user data mining, ESP with 3rd parties… nobody wants their personal data shared, esp across websites..
Unfortunately
Great idea , clean and interface, unfortunately not support Arabic language
Text size is great!
I can finally see what I typed! Thanks
No no note - broken
When I change a “hashtag,” the app continues to act as if the old one is still in the note and the new one does not exist. No reason to keep an app that does not deliver its core feature.
Pretty good but bugged
Overall the app is good when it works. But often the entry box doesn’t work, especially if you’ve clicked on tags, or if you expand the notes, then the entry box just shows a pop up function for paste etc and no keyboard. A bit frustrating to use at the moment. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Scan doesn't work?
Is the declared Scan feature available in a Premium version? Seems it doesn't work at all.
Perfect app now!!!!
Earlier I had requested to make few changes jn the app while copying and the developer has finally done it. This is now an app worth every penny spent.
Isn’t better than Apple Notes
So what happens when you invest a few years with this app and it goes away? It’s a safer bet to use Apple’s Note app which is free, be around for years to come, and much more integrated into the Apple ecosystem. The adds are anoying and there are privacy concerns with this company selling your personal information to its vendors.

Sudden jump in price??
I was waiting to upgrade for $1.99 but was waiting to resolve my card issue. But now I see it is $6? Not an active user but wanted keep things handy. Great app and idea though
Unique interface is Intuitive
Simple straightforward interface. For quick entry and retrieval of short-term notes it is awesome.
Crashed after putting the 1st note
Love the concept. The app just crashed and never open again after I tried to put the 1st note
Would be so useful
I love this concept but for such a small app it has a big crashing problem. I’ve had to crash just saving or deleting a note which is a super basic function. It’s a weird crash trigger
Great app
I love the app. It sounds is easy to use. In addition I like the information as it is saved to cloud. My only request is that I could make the font a little bigger. It is a little small for me to see even with my glasses on.
Lost all note after update
Lost all note after recent update. iPhone 11 iOS 15.1.
It's been a year
I've been on a long search for a simple notes app to replace Apple native notes. It's not that I don't like Notes- it's that it crashes when I try to work within it. I can add to it but that seems to have changed recently. I feel like a lot of apps, stores (I’m looking at you Amazon, every app and the online interface too), UI, and even iPadOS are installing micro-aggressive functionality for no reason whatsoever other than they want to break the users. I returned to my search because Notes isn't going to improve.* Wading through app features is a challenge, trying to figure out how to use the dang apps is sometimes nigh impossible, interpreting the sometimes obscenely high rental rates- aka “subscriptions”- feels like an exercise in futility when what they might buy me are obscured or not even listed (because apparently the App Store has few requirements to make sure app descriptions are clear). I appreciate it when I can buy an app rather than rent, when the cost is reasonable, but there can be problems even after a user purchases it. There are the problems intentionally inflicted on users by the company: I’ve read reviews about apps because users still see ads after they purchased the full version or they still have charges for new filters, new colors, new sets of prettiness or coolness (that’s a high level of pettiness and coldness), or, instead of adding new features to an established app that plenty of users *already own*, a company will release a new app with all the new features. Sometimes the old app is left to moulder, abandoned, never updated. Sometimes it vanishes. Since there is no way I know of to assess the long, or heck, medium term viability of a development company or even individual apps within a company. A lifetime purchase, or access, sounds great and it is often better than rent, but what does it really mean? As users of an app we’re the ones taking the risks. We’re the supplicants of the developers we entrusted with our data and we approach, hats in hand, hoping that not only will we continue to have access to it but that we’ll also be able to manage it somehow, be it in another app or a straight up program on a PC or Mac. Another problem arises when a developer switches their focus or gets busy with other projects. It sometimes happens with podcasts- multiseason, often fictional, maybe with a full cast, music scores, exciting podcasts- but they usually don’t have the same consequences as when app developers drop or wander away from something people rely on. It’s one thing when it’s a game albeit an excellent one like Qat Xi and the developer quit updating it back when I had my iPhone 4S, quite another when it’s an organizational or writing app. The developer of NanoNote, Santu Dey, was excited about the app a year ago but the major update was never released. There were a few minor and one major bug fix and promises of features users specifically requested. I’m not suggesting they intentionally abandoned it but they functionally have. Ideally, the App Store would have the means to recruit someone else to maintain an abandoned but still useful app. The developer should have an opportunity to sell their app and transfer ownership at a reasonable cost. Of course, I’ve used a couple apps that were sold and destroyed beyond recognition, one by walmart when they bought one for prescription medication management. Ideally the original developer should maintain some rights to their idea and be able to release new versions if their original is damaged by new owners, subsumed into other apps, or if a certain amount of time has elapsed since the sale. My experiences are not unique to me. Ver . y ago ⚫︎ There are tons of exciting things ahead for *Structured* (?) for 2022 and I can't wait to get started. You can write to us via Setting to get early access to those features. ⚫︎ Export Note: You can export all your note to a file, save them on Apple files or wherever you want. (Setting > Export Note) ⚫︎ Improved reminder: With one click you can convert your note to a reminder. In the current version, you can choose when to set an alert (Long press on any note to start Reminder) ⚫︎ Contribution to app translation: Currently we support Chinese & English, from now on anyone can contribute to app translation (Setting > App translation) ⚫︎ Bug Fixes: Solved Note deletion problem & other minor fixes * I don't allow automatic updates, ever, but it looks like apps belonging to some excessively large companies do whatever they want wrt them.

Awesome note app
It is an awesome note app, and the easiest way to get ideas recorded with tags. It will be better if tags management system can be installed as I have to manage lot tags. I hope there is a page to see all the tags, and manage them.
Get rid of that annoying note which can’t be deleted.
Okay, so this would be a good app if it wasn’t for the fact that you cannot get rid of that big white “welcome to” note. Once we’ve read it it should be deletable !
The most unique & useful app for storing data Ive seen!
I really love this app. In fact, this is the 2nd review I've written, the more I use it. I would love to put personal or private info in it, but it would need a passcode of some kind. It would be great to be able to add folders with passcodes for things I want to keep private. I think I would prefer passcodes on folders vs one passcode for the entire app. Folders with passcodes would be preferable so that I can easily add data that is not private without having to log in the app first. Another thing I LOVE about this app is that it automatically uploads to my iCloud and that enables me to have all my devices that are synced together to have the same data regardless of which device I use to enter info on. Plus, dark mode is an eye saver! What a great app & I hope to soon give it 5 stars!
bad translation.
“save” in chinese should be 保存 instead of 节省
Great app
Great app
Love the concept but app keeps crashing
I love this app concept, I always use my messages as note pads so this was perfect for me. But as soon as I started adding notes the apps closed it self. After that the app just crashes when open, so it’s not even usable.
Needs password lock!
This app has completely consumed my life. I love it! On it, I jot down everything I need to remember or sometimes write my Stories on it. I just wish it had a password lock because I have personal information saved on it and my children constantly use my phone. Other than that, a perfect app!

Love this app’s unique approach to notes
Love this app’s unique approach to organizing daily notes and lists. Does not have the barriers to accessing information many other apps have. Everything entered into it is very easy to reference throughout the day. Doesn’t have frivolous features. Handles the crucial details — and does so very effectively.
Doesn’t scale properly on 2016 SE
Impossible to upgrade to pro on iPhone SE 2016 because graphic is displayed way too big to be possible to tap the upgrade button. Other areas seem to be problematic as well. Unusable as it is presently.
👁👄👁💗
apple WATCH support would b AMAZING 🎉💕💕💕💕 please add iWatch supportttt to fullfill the Nano-title of this app : ))))) also id personally use this on watch a alot : )) Please add watch support and passcode to get in
Great idea, but…
Its crashing in iPhone XS, can’t use it
