ممتاز جداً
Customer service very bad
Their promotion only for pick up
Payment method
There is now way to pay when I receive from the branch when I order from the app.
No Reason to Order Through the App.
I can literally order Papa John’s through all the other delivery apps for a whopping 10 SAR less, if not more, So what’s the point of downloading the restaurant’s app if it doesn’t offer anything cheaper? The 50 SAR minimum order for delivery is ridiculous. And the points system is honestly terrible it barely makes any sense and doesn’t feel rewarding at all.
No delivery option
Location always shows ‘out of delivery area’ What’s the use then???
Great
Tasty 🤤

Can’t track on going orders
Appreciate if you’d add on-going orders tracking, you can only track your order once you complete your order and get the confirmation page, I wasn’t able to access the tracking service afterwards. (Also, tracking service found in the conformation page is not working, it keeps going in circles and info can’t be loaded)

The Best Pizza with Delicious Taste
It’s all time favorite and we always enjoy it. Pickle and Garlic Sauce give added flavor to Pizza which is only here in Papa John’s.
