Great coffee and very poor app support
First. you can add funds to your account but you can’t refund it to your bank account or your card. Second. You can order easily from the app but you can’t track the delivery driver and you have to wait for 1 or 2 hours to receive the order. Third. Customer support replied within 50 minutes according to the app which means another waiting time and bad coffee temperature and taste. If they manage to fix this issues, then they might be reliable.

Slowest delivery
One of the worst apps, The customer service number doesn’t respond and the help feature responds once in a blue moon. I ordered from the express delivery service which claims to deliver same day, but I am writing this review, 3 days later, my order hasn’t arrived. I am planning to uninstall this app the moment my package arrives which may be never.
USER INTERFACE NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS
the performance is okay but the UI is outdated. you need to be aligned with the new designs

Feedback
Why if I order from cafe there’s no way to add points to my record on the app
Needs to fix a few bugs
Not all branches are visible. You cannot apply any of the gifts like the free drinks. Not user friendly when picking your drinks from the menu.
Good app
Easy to use All nearby locations available
Not helpful
I ordered more than once and the App accepted my order and starts preparing it when I sent the driver to pick it up they called me to tell me they no longer have what I chose ! I don’t recommend to use your credit in this app since they accept your order even if they don’t have the kind of sandwich / drink that you submitted in the App ! And it doesn’t show if all the chosen items are available on the listed branches.
Awesome apps !!
Easy and save my time !
Do not use this App for placing an order
The store doesn’t receive online order. Do not use your credit card for paying because you will waste your money. Some items available online but not available in the store.
Easy to use
Easy to use App. Good Job dr. Cafe. Now I can save my time while going to office.👍🏻
1st order
Order wasn’t ready had to wait, & missing some ingredients
Not worth it
The company is incapable of providing online services for its customers. This app is useless if you want to go to a drive through branch. I ordered and paid online and there is no way i can collect my order! I had to wait in the order queue to ask them to prepare my drink and then wait at the pick up queue.! This became a constrain instead of an enablement. I couldn't change the cafe after seeing the long queue because I already paid online.
😍👍🏻
100%
Not relatable
I ordered many times through the app however never my order reach the shop I decided to take my stuff from it .!!!! The seller said i don't receive any order it is not my issue ,,,, who is issue then ???? Bad services and waist of time and bad customer management from the workers
Worst experience at dr. Cafe
First time to try the app. The app looked nice and I placed my order. I went to the branch 2 minutes after the order pick up time. And guess what the order was not ready. They discovered that they have an order when I asked them about it. I had to wait and then I got a wrong order. I should have save my time and went directly to order. Stupid app.
