A few things are time consuming and hard to get used to. I’m referring to transfers.
Balances on accounts
Why does the Wesbanco mobile app NOT show a continuous roll up of the balance after each withdrawal or deposit is made?
Always changing
The app is always changing. So it’s kind of a pain cause you’re constantly having to login. And get used to a new version of the app.
Improved app!
This app has greatly improved. Would like to access records farther back but other than that …. I like it. Well done. Below is my previous review. Shows they upped their game. …. Partially works. Won’t show my card # in card controls, won’t text me when I make purchases Spent serveral days with WesBanco staff trying to get this to work. Staff created multiple tickets with web crew. Got no where. Staff is frustrated with lack of their help. Install, delete, reinstall. Nothing helps. Disappointing! Update this mess!

Changes
I think there should be an option to send a verification code to your email. It is very frustrating being overseas with a new number and having to go through a whole process. Thank you

One thing I miss is that you could pull up your account number so you could go ahead and fill your paperwork out at the bank or where when you needed it

They should’ve left the app alone this new one is trash. Can’t transfer between accounts can’t see all your accounts gotta call to do anything. Can’t see new balance on each transaction. Thumbs down

Client services lied, twice about fixing my card which was restricted. I have not seen a business get worse with services, except for wesbanco over the years.

It ok not to user friendly the sign out button needs to be more visible the older app was the best simple

the app is fine itself but the bank methods suck. when i deposit a check, i should get that amount the same day. not have to wait 3-5 business days. same goes for when i walk into the bank and deposit a check. i should get all of the check not just $100 that day.

When I was 18 years old 10 years ago. I gotten WesBanco because my family had them for a while. They were a nice bank but past year. They been closing locations, no atm around, they say they never will pull over draft fees out that aren’t there…lied. Also in a 4 times each month before I closed the account. My card would be locked. Was good in the beginning now I’m moving on to someone else. This bank is slowly loosing business & closing locations left and right.
