I can’t make an account for this app because it says there’s an error but the watch itself is great
Pay to use, literally
You have 7 days free, but afterwards it’s basically $20 for bare minimum. The heart tracker on app shows no data, just that you heart is beating. No graph to show spikes or low. Just a joke of app. The activity tracker shows nothing, no graph just that you logged an activity with the highest bpm. So lame, hope this whole app is trashed

Errors!
Every time I attempt to log in, an error message comes up, but doesn’t give me a solution to the problem. Very disappointing!
Did the free trial.
I was enjoying using this app. I have previously used Fitbit. I lost my Fitbit and my brother gave me the Kore watch. I would love to continue using it but the monthly subscription is far too expensive for me.

Frozen out unless I pay $20 Per Month?
I’ve been using the app for over a year just to track steps. Suddenly I can’t access it unless I pay $20 per month!? You can’t be serious
Please fix the app
Whenever I try and log in it comes up with ‘error something was wrong’ despite correct information. The watch itself is good but the app isn’t, I would leave a higher review but the whole point of a smart watch is to be able to connect it to your phone. Please fix the app!
difficulty with watch info
The difficulty I have is that I cannot restart my Watch unless I sign up for a premium membership of 1999 monthly… I do not want to do that and have been in communication with a KoreHealth support since the end of August and to no avail I still do not have an answer to my problem therefore I have not use my watch since the end of August..I like to watch but can I use it
Can’t recommend
I paid $60 or more dollars for this watch and for a while it was doing everything that it promised to do. But now it no longer does anything, I can’t even reset the correct time all it does is ask me for $24.99 per month to go premium. There was no need to go premium initially, I could adjust the time track my sleep and activity as well as get notified of texts and emails, now it is holding me hostage and I can’t get ahold of support to find out what’s wrong. Maybe m doing something wrong? Who knows? No stars, when I gave it one star the app deleted my comments so I gave it 5 stars to leave the review.
Not working
Purchased a Kore 2.0 watch and couldn’t activate it due to the app not working. Whats the point of selling a watch if you can’t activate it?
Good but some improvements needed
I’ve had the watch for a month and overall the product is great but it is lacking an activity setting for field hockey which is quite annoying. Can you please add this feature in the coming months.
Nothing but trouble
It was nice at first, despite the exorbitant monthly charge. Then the web site froze up and I got locked out and list everything. Couldn’t get back in. Can’t get company on the phone. VERY disappointed
Watch band broke you don’t supply replacement
Gerry rigged some plastic so I can wear it . Too lose but stays on wrist

Fix this app
I worked doing applications for 20 years in IT I’m deleting this app. Let me know when you have a version that works. This product gets more entertaining all the time. Had firmware update today, opened the app, checked my last nights sleep, looked good, next time it synced the data had disappeared. What a feature 😒
Membership now too expensive
My family all has Kore trackers & we thought they were great - until they started to require $19.99 monthly membership fee. When they change this exorbitant fee, we will join again.
Reconnection issues
The watch is basically ok, but I constantly have reconnection and sync issues. All other devices at home work. Five days and still can’t sync.
Experience with the Kore 2.
This unit works extremely well, providing lots of useful data on health monitoring. The unit is sturdy and well made and very good value for the cost of the unit. Anthony Pohlman July 13th, 2023
Error something was wrong?
Was logged in just fine. Paid 20 dollars and it crashed and logged me out. Now it just says error something was wrong. Can’t find a support line to fix. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and changing password but nothing. That’s garbage and money wasted.
Sp02 description page on IPhone
I got my watch/tracker two days ago and it has operated well but it loses the Bluetooth connection sometime through the day and I have to reconnect which has worked ok so far. I am now in the Kore app having a look at the Blood Oxygen SP 02 description page, but I can’t close the page, there is an X in the top right corner but it doesn’t work, so can’t use the rest of the app. Over to the programmer’s. Keith

So unfair. What was previously free now cost 19.99 per month or you can’t access any of your steps or anything? Please explain

Great app
Not sure why this app has so many bad reviews as I’ve had no difficulty using it. It downloaded quickly. Synchronizes every time I open it with my Korewatch. Logs perfectly. For the price the Kore fitness watch is excellent.

Dear Koretrak, I have had three units now, NONE have worked properly. No GPS, no distance, none of the features recorded. You have a great product IF ONLY it would work. Very frustrating, unless you can assure me that the newer models are much better I will not be buying another, nor would I recommend them. My wife has had the same problems and re cycled hers and bought a different fitness watch which she is very pleased with. Hope this helps.
Charger issue
Not bad , but slightly miss-advertised as having an IP68 rating. But this is not true as the instructions clearly state that it is ‘splash-proof’ only. I procured this watch as they advertised that I can swim with it - that would be IP67 or IP68. Disappointing but not a dealbreaker. What does bother me is that if you let it go completely flat, it will not let me change it. I have 3 watches and sometimes swapping chargers will get it to charge, but not always. Mostly (as an Electronic Engineer) I have to get inventive with a DC PSU to trigger it to start charging. This is very annoying. Apart from that, the watch is great, the app is okay but I wouldn’t spend more than $50 USD for it. I have noticed some updates to the app for which I applaud Kore, they are on a good track.
Faulty firmware update
I now have two watches one that tells the time, and a new one which doesn’t connect to the app at all. The first one was fine till the new firmware arrived and I can’t upload the data to the app. I am pleading with Kore to fix the problem ASAP!!!!
Unusable
I would give this app an honest review if I was able to log in. If I try to sign up or sign in to any account it just spits back an error “something was wrong”
Can’t track calories or distance
No matter what I try I am unable to get the calorie and distance tracker to work Customer service/help is terrible PAY A BIT EXTRA AND GET A BETTER BRAND!!! You defo get what you pay for
Kore2 watch
I like the way the watch works. But the strap is not durable as it has started coming undone by the end of the day and the third hole from the end has split. I have only had the watch for about 4 months. I am 82 so not particularly active.
App update solved issues!
The Kore 2 watch is great - really pleased. And now that the update also works properly with my iphone, I’m even happier!
Horrendous now
First negative review I’ve written. Customer service is horrendous. Login doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and messaged. Canceling now.
Doesn’t work
App left a message to delete data every 30 days. The writing is beyond the box so the button to ok the message cannot be seen. Therefore I can no longer use app on iPad, I have to use my phone which is hard for me to see. Now useless on iPad as message still hasn’t disappeared after a month 😡

I am having same problem with Kore 2.0 watch just arrived today can’t get passed personal information? On the App Have sent email to helpline wait & see how long it take for them to get back and fix the problem will keep you posted
The app won’t let me log in.
When I open the app it says I need to log in and then tells me “Something went wrong”. I then try to reset my password and never receive the email in my inbox or my junk mail. I can’t use my scale and am paying a subscription fee.
Such a shame as the kore 2 watch is really nice
Was so excited to get the watch and the app is laid out well but constantly having to pair and it asks to confirm even though it’s holding the data. I have to have data linked to app health and be able to link for my insurance and it does not sync full data.. today I’m missing over 3000 steps (random) my watch says 1hr 11mins workout as well and it’s loaded 1 minute to the health app (synced multiple times to try and correct). Doesn’t matter how nice the app is and the functions are if it can’t sync the watch automatically and doesn’t transfer data where you need it. It’s also not listed under my fitness pal. Will be changing the watch now 😞

Poor
I have just purchased the kore 2 watch. I cannot even pair my watch as the KoreHealth app advises to upgrade the firmware.. then it freezes on my phone and won’t do anything. The customer advice I have been given says pair the watch to the phone. They are missing the whole point I cannot get to the point of pairing as it freezes and won’t do a thing! Three days I have been trying to resolve this and am fast loosing patience. Not helpful at all. And every nickname seems to be taken so can’t leave a review!😡
