Not sure
Been using for years but I have no idea about the day and night readings. App need some serious instructions. I tried to report to developer but that doesn’t work either. Yes the app was free with the scale, but it still should make sense.
Buggy
Every so often (unfortunately too often), the app goes white and I can’t access it anymore. When I use the scale, only the weight shows, nothing else. I’ll try removing the app and reinstalling to see what happens.
Stopped accepting new data
No longer records new weight, just displays new weight but no chime, no saving new weight. I’m forced to manually enter values.
Outstanding Scale
Had the scale for several years now. Great for tracking and providing key information for your goals. Motivating scale and app to track your progress and want to push yourself harder but properly to achieve your goals.
The app has glitches
It is almost impossible to add food etc. the app is not user friendly. the manage cards doesn’t work. it is the most frustrating app I have ever had. nothing is easy to record. really hope they make this more user friendly in time. this one is rubbish
Take time to learn
So I am giving it four stars due to the fact that it’s not as easy out how to use the app that used to be with the product. I’m a little upset that they changed the app because the other app worked wonderful. Remember to go into your settings and set your fitness level. Because if you are working out, it’s going to read it differently based on what you were trying to achieve. Good luck to everyone I will update as I use this new app.
Trouble syncing with scale
Since the app updated on March 10, all the phones in our family with the app have been inconsistent in connecting with the scale. They all connect fine in the diagnostic mode, but with regular weigh-ins, it is most often not connecting or having a strange lag in the data showing up in the app. Prior to this new problem, the app and scale worked well.
Recent update problem
I have used this app for years without any issues. I really liked its usefulness. However since (I assume) it’s recent update, it doesn’t record the latest weights, but instead goes straight to a screen showing health and bmi. Eventually I can get the latest weights to register, but don’t know what I did differently. Developers, please sort this issue out. It is so frustrating actually using the app now.
Great scale
This scale does everything that I want it to do and more! I use it every day and it gives me accurate readings to live a healthy life.
What happened??
I’ve been using the app since 2020 and suddenly as of this morning the only info it’s giving is my weight and bmi. All of the other details and measurements along with the tracking is gone! Very frustrated and disappointed!
Great but!
I have used the app and scale every day. Religiously! My only problem with it is that it does not import to the Garmin ecosystem.
Useless
If you expect the app to work with Apple health it doesn’t. I’ve reached out to support which says it works but then gives me settings that aren’t in iOS 26. Should have left things well enough alone. Old app worked great.
Feelfit
Always used this and found it really good but the last couple of weeks after only what I can assume is an update it’s not putting it on the weekly trends graph and not recording the weight which is really annoying so would of rated it as a 5 star but because of this it’s only getting a 3.
Very helpful app!
Because I have a short and muscle-dense body type, I usually take info from growth/health charts with a grain of salt. But this app was a great tool to help me know my baseline and keep track of my progress during Exercise and portion-control eating❤️. Not only was I interested in the other measurements taken, I also use the info to further improve my health. After many years, I continue to enjoy a healthier lifestyle and can look back at my health and feel REALLY good about the progress and great life changes I made.😍🥳 This app communicates with Apple health, other food apps, and smart fitness devices. you should definitely try it out!!!
Sync issue
Im unable to connect the app with my abyon scale after i reset my iphone.
Few tweaks needed
Transmit the data to Apple Health. And, allow me to change the index reference point. It always compares me to my initial weight. I would like to change the reference at the point of weighing. Other than that, the data provided is intriguing and there’s definitely a future if it is continually developed.

Missing import existing my health data feature
I think after some recent update I got force logged out and my apple id was seemingly unlinked from my account. I cant access it. I had to creat a new account. I think it would be helpful if I could import existing My Health data that I still have on my apple account back into the app so I can see all my history, even though I lost my original account. Would love that feature.

Me and my husband love using Feelfit. It helps us track every health goal because this scale measures more than just weight : body mass, muscle mass, water in your body… etc .. the list keeps going. I think you’d love it …
Horrible design
Good luck finding anything in this app. The design is awful. Like the old MySpace website it’s everything in your face at once. I can’t find a graph of my weight loss and I don’t think it exists. I can’t see the other user to assign their weight to. I can’t find the measurements section because it only appears as a tiny, missable bar at the top of a pop up that sometimes happens and sometimes doesn’t. And I accidentally assigned someone else’s weight to me and there’s no going back apparently. I’ve seen IKEA furniture instructions more intuitive than this crap.

Barely usable now since recent updates - hope it gets fixed soon!
Don’t update the app
My scale was working great and getting all the measurements. Ever since I updated the app my scale can no longer that. There’s always an error message. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working. I really regret updating the app
I have the scale
I have a scale that uses this app things. I wish we’re a little bit better. There should be an athletic tole because there’s a lot of different body types and I’m one of them that I work out quite often, so I’m short and stout, and even though the numbers are with the numbers are my bodybuilding is a little different the composition or the way that it’s stacked definitely a little different. I work out at least four times a week. And yeah, if I got caught up on this, I would probably end up with eating disorder at the age of 40. I wish the metabolic age was a little different and calculation or they just get rid of that. But otherwise I mean the app works it stores data and it completes it and it gives you a result, so I don’t think that this app alone I would use other than for the fact that I have this scale that requires it, but. Here we are.
Love this app and scale
I love being able to track my weight . It helps keep me in check with eating and being able to raise concerns with my doctor.
Terrible app
Getting ready to buy a new scale and spend the money because this app is terrible. What’s the point of having a smart scale if the app doesn’t work? I have to kill and restart the app every time I want to look at historic data. It saves really old information without being able to clear anything out. Lost 20 pounds a few years ago but then gained some back and want to restart? Tough luck. you can only add a new user which it then defaults to every single time you get on the scale. Can you delete the old user? Nope.
Good app could be better if measurements were factored
Good clean app that records and updates your health data. It would be better if used something like the navy bmi calculator to make a better average of the body fat calculation. Otherwise it is easy to use with quite a few features if you really dig into it
Won’t open after update
Used this for years with my smart scale. Now it won’t even open. Please fix!!
Needs update!
App isn’t bad, unsure how accurate it is with other stats like body fat % but it’s okay day to day. Make it compatible with Apple Watch, Strava, Apple Health, Myfitnesspal. All apps need to work together to get the full use

App no longer works with Sportneer Device Since Update
The update from one month ago does not work with the Sportneer device. We use this for measuring clients’ BCA and all of the client data is in your system. We need to get our clients’ historical data and are unable to reach anyone for support. Very disappointed in the software. We have used it for over 3 years and this is the first time we can’t scan and can’t get to our data. Please assist ASAP!
Date Format
Works for me for what I am using it, however would be great to have ability to choose date format. At the moment it is mm/dd/yyyy and it is so confusing as where I am from it is dd/mm/yyyy
Poor update
Really good app until the latest update, screen layout is awful and I can’t seem to customise it now. Shows I have ‘keeped up’ weight recording - not a real word and shows the lack of attention to the app development. Unfortunately I don’t have an alternative app for my scales

The scales work well however the conversion from pounds to stones is off by a couple of pounds. When I converted using google.

I’ve had this scale for about three years now and it’s still doing its job. I’ve had no problems with it.
App crashes - won’t open
This app used to be great but now it takes me 30 minutes to get it to open. I literally just have to sit there and keep clicking it back to back to back to back until it catches and finally opens. Who has time for this?! What is the problem??
Not designed for women
Really love the scales and the app and would have given this 5*s until my recent pregnancy. Please do consider adding a “pregnancy” option; I am sick of being told that I have put on a lot of weight every time I weigh myself!
Won’t connect
Haven’t used it for about a year and now when I do it won’t connect to the scale. Followed all tips in the help section of the app but none work. Some options in the help section are not actually in the app. Nervous about it anyway as it’s a Chinese owned company collecting your health data so maybe better it did stop working
Randomly changes units
I never submit to change units on the app. So from it to go of from the other one day and then the next is annoying.

Glitches
Normally love the app and have never had any issues but now when I weigh myself the app glitches and says you weigh nothing. Only way to rectify the problem is by deleting the app and having to re download

Measurements are OFF/inaccurate
I created a second account with the same date of birth and year! Yet the body fat on account shows 33% body fat and on the other account it shows 20% body fat!!! There’s definitely an ERROR!!! Ummm can someone explain!!??
Feelfit for Apple Watch
Will there be an App out to use Feelfit on your watch? There have been many times I’ve weighed myself but my phone was not on me although my watch was, so the weight and stats were not recorded. An Apple Watch App would be very useful.
Hate the optics on the new update!
I don’t know why the design for the update (automatically updated today 20/02/2023) is so harsh and ugly now! Previous format was much cleaner, nicer to look at and honestly looked more expensive. The colours used on the scales (I.e. red = bad and green = good) we’re much nicer to look at and much easier to comprehend instead of brown/orange = bad and blue = bad (for metabolic age).
