Great service
Been using their app for years. Today I had minor problem with the app, reported it via their chat box and received prompt response within a couple minutes. great service and helpdesk !
Poor service
Have been a customer for them for many years.. have seen serious degradation in service recently.. no more with them anymore.
Get your act together
I was logged in when I ordered. Yet I had to type my delivery address again. Each time, as it seems to be the case. I’m pretty sure I have this address saved; why won’t it offer it each time? Then: I had to log in AGAIN for ordering. I checked, I was still logged in, but nah. I had to find my username and password from the list manually as your app not only fails to remember log-in status properly, it also fails to integrate with the iOS autofill API. And then the ads. So many freakin’ ads. I had to turn off notifications for the app because it’s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for a food delivery app to spam me about new restaurants I couldn’t care less about. This is egregious. You’re ripe for disruption. If a viable competitor shows up, I’ll drop you extremely happily because I now actively hate you. All this because of your app.

Problems/Bugs
The app has far too many errors. There are always other problems! Restaurants that don't deliver, no access to the order menu. No tracking of the order possible! As old as the app is, you would think that these problems would have been solved long ago! I'm switching to Volt in the future! This has fewer problems!
Great app questionable deliverymen
I mean sure the app gets the job done however some of the people I've come across can be incredibly incompetent. Of course that's what usually happens with apps like this so I can't really be too judgemental on that part but I still wanted to give my opinion on the matter

Wedely a annulé ma commande - toujours pas de remboursement après 1 mois
Un service scandaleux. Plus d'un mois à courir après un simple remboursement pour une commande annulée. Wedely a menti sur un prétendu blocage par la banque - qui a pourtant confirmé le paiement. Et maintenant? Un silence total. 30 jours de temps perdu. Pas de remboursement. Aucune responsabilité assumée. Wolt gère ça en quelques jours. Wedely est soit incompétent, soit malhonnête - dans les deux cas, à éviter absolument.

Wide versatile choice of different restaurants, yet the delivery fees and the service fees are an actual joke. Above the radius of 5km i could of related to , but for less then 3km, 4-5€ on top of your order is just not acceptable.
App does not allow to look at past purchases.

wrong address
The app works more or less fine. However lately, it sent my delivery to a wrong address which does not exist in my profile. The help desk does not seem to mind…

Charging for the app is an extortion
Stop charging for developing the app as you guys did nothing but collect €0.30 in vain. Fix the app. Or let Deliveroo and UberEats in to kill your business.
Bad translations
The app works relatively fine, but the word “back” for the action of returning to the previous view is bad translated, in Spanish you have “espalda” which is not ok, should be “atrás”.

Commande jamais reçu
J'ai déjà commandé plusieurs fois et j'ai jamais eu de souci mais cette fois ci j'ai pas reçu ma commande ce qui m'a choqué. Le livreur m'a encore mal parlé quand je l'ai appelé Je suis très déçu cette fois ci de cette situation .

Hab gestern zum ersten mal die Wedely app genutz und bin voll und ganz zufrieden Finde sie übersichtlich und gut aufgebaut Der Lieferservice klappte auch hervorragend, pünktlich fast auf die Minute genau zur Uhrzeit die ich angegeben hatte Alles in allem 5 Sterne *****
Poor App
This app interface is poorly made. If you look at a resturant menu and then go back it will make you start from the top vs auto scrolling to where you left off. Also there should be a requirement for restaurants to have photos of the dishes on the app. Since there is not option to translate in the app then at least have photos. This app seems as if a child made it.
Best app in Luxembourg
I downloaded the app, put my info in, had a great choice of restaurants and my food arrived within 30 minutes! Would recommend
Constant delivery issue
Avoid it if you can. This service is the worst. The food is always cold, and every order has items missing, and the company doesn’t want to change anything, there’s zero quality control. Support is nice though, they reimburse with vouchers in case of complains. But the service fee of 0,9 plus delivery fee of nearly 4 for a couple kilometers is a bad joke. Don’t use.
easy app with a lot of restaurants
I used this service when I went in Luxembourg for work and i found it very easy to use and with a lot of food variety. Excellent
VERY EXPENSIVE
I have used many order companies world wide and this one is A JOKE! Very expensive delivery fees :) I leave a 1 star as I heard also that they deliver in 1h !
