this app has helped me so much with keeping track of my ups and downs and it has made it so much easier for me to find patterns in my behavior!! i have tried so many different mood trackers and none of them have ever worked with the way i perceive my emotions and constant change of views day to day but this app is just perfect for me.
Meh
Don’t know why this is worth the money. So it’s got charts?! Big whoop. Can’t log multiple swings of feelings throughout the day to get true range. Pointless waste of money
Pretty good
It’s great for tracking BPD symptoms over time and I love the charts. There is an option for notes, which is important, and I wish they would use AI to summarize your notes into the charts/reports
Need to make clear this is subscription only
Looks great, I was excited by reviews, which mentioned free options, downloaded and started creating an account only to get a subscription requirement with a measly 3 day trial … when I hadn’t seen it mentioned anywhere in the copy ( I double checked) Frustrating. It feels icky that a therapy app plays this bait and switch tactic. Don’t waste people’s time by not disclosing that this app is subscription only and give a better free trial.

This app is pretty good for keeping track of symptoms as well as making reports. It's not good for much else, but it's helpful
Nothing more than a basic tracker
I downloaded this app to check out dbt diary apps last week when my regular dbt app was inaccessible last week. It was a huge let down. They charge $9.99 / month for basic tracking while other apps do all these for free and only charge for content they develop. I checked out other apps by this developer - same thing. Basic trackers and $9.99/month. A money grabber. Seems like a template.. I am going back to what I have been using for 2 years..
I just got diagnosed…
And this app is not like anything else I have seen. I’m happy with the specificity of it, but I wish it would alert me more often as my feelings tend to change hour by hour. (It might be a setting I have wrong!)
Helpful, expensive
Best app I’ve used to track things. It really does help. But it’s so expensive for the premium. Not sure if it’s worth $40 for premium.

Love it
This app has been a great way for me to be mindful on a daily basis of my emotions. If I could I would give 4.5 stars or even 5 if the app could update it to track not just daily emotions but add AM and PM. My emotions and behaviors can change in a day.
Half way
I think it’s only half what because to have any good things it cost money why would I do that but it is a great way to track my mood
I like the app
Easy to use once I figured it out. Allows me to track my mood through out the day, as apposed to other apps that only allow you to pick one mood for the day. Only thing I would change would be to allow separate entires throughout the day, it does allow you to update your entry as the day goes on though. Thanks for the app! It helps.
Falsely claiming 3 day trial
Scam, will claim a 3 day trial then monthly/annual subscription. Will just charge you immediately. Apple says it’s not eligible for a refund. Stuck with a very mediocre app which has very comparable competition that is much more fairly priced. Stay away.
Love it but one small thing
It’s been so helpful to track everything. Wish it had a few more symptoms trackers. But that’s just me! Overall super happy with it

Awesome
I love this mood tracker. If you have any mental health issues (doesn’t have to be BPD), this app could really help you. It’s important to look at the graphs to see if there are any trends in your mood.

I don’t understand this app. There’s not enough information to explain how to use it. It’s not helpful if I’m frustrated trying to figure it out.

Not worth it, even if it was free (it isn’t) fake reviews
Basic emotion tracker. Like very basic. If this and a piece of paper are your only options, use the paper. They force you to do the free trial just to see that there’s no features worth paying 10 cents for, yet they’re asking $9.99 a month. This isn’t for BPD, this is an app they cranked out in a day to prey on people wanting help with their mental help.
Beneficial
The use of the reminder notification at the end of the day helps me keep track of my overall mood throughout the day. I gave four stars because I feel like with BPD it might be more appropriate to track your mood throughout the day and not just a once overall daily recording.
Decent with room for improvement.
I find it extremely helpful in the premium version to be able to create my own custom symptoms and treatments. I love the charts as well. My main complain is in the failing rating system and not being able to rate the level of the symptoms rather than just their occurrence. On top of this, I would really like to be able to report multiple times a day so I can create a better “map” of my symptoms reporting at least twice, and ideally 3-4 times for a better over all picture of consistency, level of symptoms and triggers/environmental exposure to continue working on. Please consider these fixes. I have already spent the money on this app and would like it to fully meet my needs if possible. At least having the option to add time of entry and more than once at least a day would be helpful.

This app has made it really easy to record my specifically BPD symptoms and I’m excited to start pulling bigger charts to see my info over even more time.

why tf are you asking me to pay? for an app abt bpd you’d expect the creators to be aware of this stuff yet theyre asking for money to simply add more symptoms (aka more than two of the bpd symptoms). not worth it at all

I’d love to be able to add some but this certainly is the best borderline specific journal like app I have found. Update:: love it more every time I use it. Loving the options to personalize the symptoms.
Too overpriced
It’s a very basic app and it’s way overpriced for what its offering. Not worth the cost IMO.
I love it so much honestly
I couldn’t say if I have bpd or anything or not, but I do really need to track it and see how different things are working, but I hate most things because they want you to write this entire diary thing, but with this I can keep it simple, and I don’t just have a bunch of text to go through to get minor information, I can just write the necessary info, and they graph it. Personally, I absolutely love it and it’s super useful for me.
Costs
This app concept is great, as someone with diagnosed bpd I though this could possibly be helpful. I though “yay, free download” and was eager to open the app JUST to realize I can’t do anything at all, can’t use it, without paying a subscription that seems quite overpriced if you ask me. I’m unemployed because of bdp lol I can’t afford this.

I love this app, you get most features for free, and I can keep track of my BPD highs and lows, & symptoms. I am very grateful this app exists, I'm planning on showing this app to my therapist once she's back in June 💜 I love that you can add notes too, very helpful ✨ this has helped me keep track of my BPD, I would recommend to anyone, even if your undiagnosed, it could help you figure out if you have it or not, and you can show your therapy ✨ Update July 2023 ; I did BPD questionnaires for my therapist and I see her in august, I’m gonna show her this app 💜 again, highly recommend 🌟 update March 2024; I got diagnosed in early August 2023 and I showed my therapist this app and she likes how it tracks everything & all the basic symptoms 💜
i absolutely love this app
the way that you can answer the daily questions is perfect for someone with bpd ! other mood trackers have asked me what my overall mood for the day was, but this app breaks it downs so you can select how high and how low your perceptions of yourself and your relationships (two questions that i’d never thought of tracking daily !) you also choose which symptoms you’ve experienced that day such as fear of abandonment and emptiness. my one complaint about this app is that for full access you have to pay for a monthly subscription service (reason for 4 stars). i wish it was a one time fee or i could subscribe yearly, but that’s all i have to say about that. i’ve already recommended this app to a friend who also has bpd and she’s been liking it too. worth the download !
