What people like
- Astrology explanations are deep and very accurate
- Lots of free tools like tarot and journaling
- Great for learning astrology from scratch
What they complain about
- App crashes constantly and won't open
- You cannot log in or stay signed in
- Support ignores your messages and issues
- Charts show wrong data or are inaccurate
The greeting for “morning” time.
I believe the “morning” greeting is incorrect and should be Grand rising instead. I say this because morning sound like the dead, yes it is spelled differently. Even so, for those who read in their head the subconscious mind will still hear “mourning.”
Confirmed my doubts
Knowing the truth sets me free I suppose.
Love this app!
I absolutely love this app, it gives me the most information out of all astrology apps and goes into depth about my placements. I wish I could access certain things from the app without the app crashing on me and kicking me off of it! I’d like to check out my friends placements as well but the app will crash
Slacking
This used to be my favorite app but as of recently not so much. Sometimes the Insights (daily horoscope) works then other times it doesn’t. I contacted Support about my birth chart not showing all of its information and I NEVER received a response. The astrocartography is now the best part of their offerings, could be cause it’s paid. Too, there hasn’t been any updates in 6 months. If it weren’t for the fact that I paid for astrocartography I’d completely delete and never look back. I understand things happen sometimes but to ignore your customer when they reach out is ridiculous.
Houses are off in natal chart
I used to love this app but all of my houses are off by 1 so I guess it’s not that accurate…
Awesome app
I’ve tried a few astrology apps, sites and even email subscriptions to horoscopes but TwinFlame takes the cake. I love the easy access of the app and the thorough explanations. Keep up the great work Kathryn! 🫶🏾
how to add friends chart
I purchase unlimited charts in app. But I can't find add fuction on chart friends menu. please fix it.
UNBELIEVABLE!!
I had to leave a review because I have NEVER found in-depth descriptions so accurate before. I typically use astroseek etc. Reading my moon aspects alone on this app was jaw dropping. You also get to customize a cute avatar which is a nice touch!! UPDATE: After going through the app I am a bit disappointed to find that i cannot view other charts aspects like I can my own chart. You can’t do a full synastry chart compatibility with descriptions. If some of these were changed this app would be 5-Stars easy.
Great concept but tons of bugs
Can’t enter name for Numerology, app freezes when you explore something new, cant click on some planets on natal chart near bottom of the screen as it’s being blocked by the back and home buttons.
Cool app informative
This app has been great so far but i can't access the age verification and i can't enter my name for the numerology aspects. So i am missing out on a lot of things. It makes me sad because i really wanted to enjoy this app.
Provides new insights
I’ve been studying astrology for 1.5 years and thought I knew my chart well, but somehow, Twin Flames brought up new aspects I’ve never seen there before and oh my goodness…they answered a bunch of questions about the things I’m struggling with that other apps never caught. I’m curious how the birth chart is set up differently here, because it’s definitely better. I love that they include other avenues to assess your personality too!
Glitchy on the 15
Super glitchy now that I have the iPhone 15. Used to have an 11 pro max and upgraded to a 15 plus and now I can’t even input my natal chart. Maybe I just need to give it more time but I used to have problems before even on my 11 so…….hopefully they update it often!
cool app
i think there’s a bug bc my app crashes when I want my daily horoscope 😭 and my app is up to date ;(
Emotion chart for daily journal-
It doesn’t make sense. As someone who is autistic, I need labels, not faces that i’m supposed to identify as a specific, assumed emotion. It’s illogical and unhelpful as well as unserious. A robot with an eye patch isn’t an emotion, make an app for adults, not children.
Please fix this!
I love this app but it keeps crashing as soon as I try to log in
No Daily astrology option
For the pass 2 days now! I faithfully check mine every morning or evening if I’m a lil too busy. But yea for the pass 2 days I have not been able to access the daily horoscopes/ the wheel.
disappointed
i love the app but every time i go on there it’s messing up and it tells me to delete and reinstall. it also won’t save my avatar or let me configure my natal chart either. i’ve had the app for years now so i know how everything works and i love it it’s just not working anymore and i wish it would😢
Love but recent update won’t open app
I absolutely loveeeee the twin flame app, it’s helped my understanding of astrology so much but the recent update won’t allow me to launch the app.
Kicked me out
I’ve had the app for about ten minutes and it now will not let me in at all and every time it opens it kicks me out. Before it did it was a great app and I enjoyed wish I could get back in.
Jam packed with info!
This app is full of content and great information with the ability to personalize. While there is almost too much information, it is easy enough to disregard what you don’t want to see or what might not be relevant. I love the “daily affirmations” and look forward to receiving the notifications although the frequency of their delivery is inconsistent and seemingly random as opposed to daily. I consistently receive notifications to set up my chart although it has been set up multiple times and I am also not able to consistently login without resetting my password. Seems like you are still working out login and “other” glitches, at least, with my personal account. Inasmuch I deleted my first account (and lost access to my username) and had to begin again from scratch. Without the capability of a consistent login and other related issues as mentioned, I don’t feel it is accurately representative of a five star review but with some fine tuning it could be a great tool and go to resource for twin flames.
Great support team and great app!
I started using TwinFlames a few days ago. I wanted to cash in on some positivity and this app has plenty to give! The support time is active and fast. If you have any issues, you’ll get a resolution and a good one!
No Dating in this Dating App
This app has no dating or compatibility. Why an ID check if there’s no dating?
Great app, needs bug fixes
I love this app but the menu options keep disappearing- the planets now tab is gone and i cant see any of the astrological info i could see before
Crashes after log in
Sign up was easy now the app crashes upon sign in. Seemed pretty cool. Unfortunately I’m not able to enjoy the app in its entirety.
this WAS my favorite horoscope app
i’m bummed. i check this app everyday, but since the recent update the horoscope feels crowded + repetitive ..the entire date is listed twice, once at the top & then again in the very 1st sentence? .. i do not like “this day in history” mixed in.. none of it feels relevant to me .. i wouldn’t complain at all except it’s crammed together into one big paragraph that i don’t enjoy reading anymore. it’s too bad.
Crash
I was loving the app at first but now I can’t even get it to open. As soon as i open it, it crashes. So now I can’t even do anything w/ it
All of a sudden charging for simple chart viewing
I have had this app for 2 years. All of a sudden I logged in to view some of my placements and without any previous notice, I had no access to 75% of the things I did the day before. This includes my birth chart, placements, etc. They should be ashamed of randomly charging users without even a heads up.
Glitches
Will not let my click into over half of my natal chart.
Update
I liked the big 5 personality journal analyzer more.
my only astrology app!
i went from cafe astrology and co-star to this app so fast. i absolutely love this app, it has EVERYTHING you need without being too confusing!!! i also love the way you can personalize it and create a widget with it that ranges from affirmations to moon phases. please please please download this app if you're looking for something convenient, reliable, and accurate. ❤️✨
App won’t open
I have used the app for a little bit now and for a while I didn’t have many issues. However recently I have tried to open the app and it won’t open after I try to sign in. I can’t even force close to restart so I’m not sure if there’s a bug issue and I have no way to report to the developer the issue. So if they see this I hope they find a fix otherwise I’m gonna have to delete the app.
Disappointed
This app has so much potential but too many bugs, i’ve had delete and redownload this app countless times. The app won’t let me click on anything and the app will close out on its own. i’m also unable to flip over my tarot card, very disappointed
When it works…
Awesome app….when it works. Very glitchy. Not all planet descriptions are available in the natal chart. Purchased the unlimited friends chart, not allowing me to add anyone. The add sign just disappeared. Deleted and reinstalled 4x.
Absolutely amazing
I usually don’t write reviews but this app deserves one. I’m a newbie to astrology and fell in love with it. When I say this app is IT, I mean it. For me it’s like astrology 101 and FOR FREE?? It’s honestly helped me so much in learning about myself and there’s so many things you can use from tarot readings to journaling prompts and affirmations. Absolutely love it, definitely my favorite app❣️❣️❣️
Verification codes don’t work
Can’t even get started bc the verification codes don’t work
Love the app, maybe not so much the copying other astrologers.
This doesn’t necessarily take away from the quality of the app but I did notice while I was reading about a natal chart aspect of mine it felt like something I had read before. With a quick google search I saw that the aspect interpretation was word for word (pretty much copy and pasted) from astrologyking.com. Then when I started double checking others aspects, it was the exact same thing. I love that website as it’s where I went to learn about natal/transit aspects initially. I tried seeing if these two were related in any way and I can’t find it. I love the app and how it curates the individual profiles, it just bugs me how they don’t have original interpretations. I like to find the commonalities between different sources and then find a way to phrase it on my own to learn better. Using his interpretation and phrasing especially without crediting him seems a little phony to me since most Astro groups have astrologers working for the app.
Not fullscreen?
The app is amazing I can already tell but I can’t see anything due to the screen being bigger than my phone. Could you guys maybe compact it down so I can see what I’m supposed to do fully? I can’t scroll either so..
Great app for horoscopes
I love this app. If you use it you can definitely relate.🗣🤍
I have to change password every time to login
I want so badly to love this app, but every time I try to login it fails and I have to change my password. And then next time I try to use the app, it’s the same thing.
Bug
everytime i try to put in my birthday it kicks me out the app.
Not user friendly
So 1- it always tells me my password is wrong, even though i have face id 2- i liked it a lot for its astro content, however all my charts and previously entered journals got deleted and my account went back to what it was when i first downloaded it. If they made the app more reliable in terms of usability i think it would be great, but for now 3 stars for the content is enough.
One of the best on App Store , out of 2 or 3
This app is great. It has everything in it. There are only a handful of great astrology apps out there. I think perhaps 5. This is one of my top 3. See for yourself
SCAM Keeps trying to redownloaded
I downloaded this app with expectations and it didn’t meet any of them. So I deleted. And didn’t bother rating because why ruin their good reviews with a bad one just because I didn’t like the app. Well now everytime I download a new app this app also redownloads itself. Which I’m really not okay with. This app is clearly trying to steal personal information and what is honestly starting to feel like harassment. I’m feeling stalked by an app. I’ve reported to the App Store and supposedly it’s part of this app. Don’t download unless you are for sure you want to keep the app. This is a scam, I can’t be convinced otherwise.
HELP
it always says it’s one day ahead of the actual date. shows me my horoscope for tomorrow instead of today but says it’s today.
Technical Difficulties
The app has a lot of useful tools and activities but it’s very glitchy - for instance, I can never stay logged in or log back into my account. I’ve had to make a new account 3 times to see daily as to updates. 😒 This glitch was a big deal breaker, I’m deleting it off my phone till the app can fully function. This probably aside, the app is really cool! I’d def recommend this to others learning Astrology and want to look deeper into chart. Only 3 🌟‘s because of the glitch.
