Froze my account and can’t recover my money
They asked me for more information I send my info and been blocked out off my account over a month. Can’t use my debit card and can’t access tu my account Button Chat with Support does not work
Dificuldade em abrir a conta
Tive dificuldade de abrir a conta, mas o suporte atendeu a solicitação e resolveu meu problema. Já consegui utilizar s conta e solicitar o cartão virtual. Apenas sinto falta da possibilidade de cartão físico mas tudo bem.
Worst customer service
App itself is amazing for being able to transfer money and exchanging it. Now don’t run into any issues because you won’t be able to actually talk to anyone useful. It’s all AI agents who take forever to answer and haven’t been trained properly to be able to handle customer service or this responsibility whatsoever. Ridiculous.

Presenta muchos problemas al querer crear la cuenta pide verificar correo y cuando se verifica lo devuelve a uno a la app dice ver Mail y otra vez lo mismo

Crypto deposits and support suck
Support system is ridiculous. You get stuck with one person. Crypto deposits almost never work without heavy back and forth and support is not properly trained

Teóricamente hoy ya aparecen nuestros datos en la cuenta en euros (enviaron un Mail informando) pero yo ingresé y no, no es así

Disappointing
After waiting six days for the funds to appear in my account, they failed to complete the transfer, and the fee charged for the unperformed service was not refunded. I returned the original currency to my bank. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone—mediocre service.

No se puede verificar el mail
Literalmente no puedo ni crearme una cuenta por que la verificación de mail no funciona, esta trabada, no sé si será por que es domingo o que pasa que no anda. Y si, el mail hasta me llega, pero todo verificar y solo abre la app sin hacer nada más.

All the steps of the application were followed to win the referral reward, however it was not received. When contacting customer service, all the relevant information and evidence were given, however they wash their hands saying that the registered email does not appear and they close the case
No llegan los códigos de inicio de sesion
Ya llevo varios intentos enviando el código de verificación al Mail, SMS y WhatsApp y sencillamente no llegan. Cuando era Dolarapp no me pasaba, me podrían asistir con eso? Quiero ingresar

Pongo ese puntaje porque a mí particularmente no me sirve. Tener que pagar 3 dólares de comisión por transferencia de mismas cuentas (para pagar Netflix, steam etc) me parece muchísimo.

Não consigo entrar
Não tenho mais o número do Brasil que estava cadastrado na conta, tento recuperar e nunca chega o código. Tentei criar uma conta no nome da minha esposa e a verificação de identidade dela nunca aprova. Ou seja, só agradecer por nunca ter colocado nossos investimentos em uma plataforma dessas.
Can’t get out of their own way
I have was a customer for over three years. I’ve recommended DA to other expats many times. I just closed my account. Support has always been a weakness. It finally got to the point that I wouldn’t trust them with the money for a Happy Meal, much less a significant sum (>$100 USD). The response when I let them know that my bank was refusing to send money to them (out of the blue) still has me in stitches. Paypal stopped working with them about the same time. No idea if that’s still the case or not. No es mi circo, no son mis monos.

A nivel general funciona bien, pero no creo que continúe porque la tarjeta virtual le agregan mal mi apellido y tengo problemas al usarla por no coincidir los datos. Es una lástima.

OJO si te roban
Tuve la desgracia de que me robaran 500 dólares con la tarjeta local en pesos: hay algunas cuestiones de seguridad con los pagos altos que A.R.Q. no está manejando, además hacen caso omiso a datos reales que ellos mismos ven y usan información poco certera como el nombre de fantasía de una empresa para guiarse como si fuera real. Esos son hechos y después mi opinión es que te hacen perder el tiempo para parecer que están tomando cartas en el asunto pero no están haciendo nada concreto. Hay que esperar 30 días para denunciar y me vuelvan a pedir la misma información que ya me pidieron y lo hacen el doble de mala experiencia y desgastante. Absurdo realmente

Não perca seu tempo com este app, pelo menos se está no Brasil. O atendimento é péssimo e não há qualquer boa vontade para resolução de problemas. Entrei, tive problemas e saí em pouco mais de uma semana. Publicidade ótima, realidade péssima.
