It's been a month since I haven't been able to login to my account. I have sent emails and no response. I tried resetting my password but it doesn't send me a link. I am owed money for reviews I have done but unable to login to cash out.

A pretty good app! It gets challenging as you continue to use the app! One must apply consistently for campaigns in order to qualify for free items to review! Wait times can be exhausting.

I haven’t received campaigns for more than two months and I wrote to support I send emails and they don’t give me any response very bad customer service 🥹"Terrible support. My account has been completely active and compliant, but I haven't received a single campaign in 3 months while other creators continue to get products normally. Every time I open a support ticket in the app, it gets closed immediately without a response, and their help email sends an unmonitored automated reply. Nothing works not even support. Can’t seem to get anything from here. It keeps saying snap while there are so many spots available
Started out good but..
For weeks I haven’t been able to get any sponsorship. It keeps showing hundreds of spots open for products but still saying oh snap it’s full.

Campaigns Show Spots but Are Actually Full
Campaigns repeatedly show available spots, but when I click “Join Now” and “Hold to Get Started,” it says the campaign is already full. This has happened with multiple campaigns. I’ve contacted support, but the issue continues. Please fix the availability/sync issue.
Horrible
When I first started using this app, it was wonderful. Everything went right and then all at once it’s went down downhill from there. I have tried for four weeks to get something and stayed on the app and no matter how long I stay there, I can’t get anything. What a letdown.

Always full
Lately the spots are always full, regardless of how many spots are available. I have reached out multiple times to let them know when they keep telling me that they fill up quickly. How is that possible when the same spots are there all day long yet when you click on it they say they’re full when there’s 240 open spots. Somethings not right, but they’re not listening.
No customer service
The app updated an I can’t join campaigns reached out for help from customer service 3 times. Dismissed my concerns and closed the ticket I still can’t join campaigns
Wrongful ban on active account/ 30 successful campaigns
Im active creator with 30 successful campaigns completed perfectly. During my last campaign the app pre-paid virtual card declined due to “insufficient funds “. I immediately sent screenshots to support to report their system error, but the new automated update flagged and banned my account anyway for “violating terms “. Customer support is completely ignoring my emails and proof. It is incredibly unfair to lose a perfect account over a technical glitch from your own payment system. I demand a manual human review of my case.

Contact us a joke
They charged me for a product because their payment method didn’t cover their product and I got charged. Which in turn took from my car insurance and now wince they refuse to pay me back my insurance has cancelled. I reached out to support over a week ago when it happened and they said we will research and nothing. Their customer service is awful It used to work I used to be good in the beginning, but once you do so many campaigns, it doesn’t allow you to do anymore. The contact us has received screenshots and available for any of these still or all of my request saying is not working saying that the spots run out when there’s over 300 spots available. They don’t really look at the contact us. They ignoring you when you reach out when they say that they will actually respond they give you a generic response. It used to be great when it worked, but now it doesn’t work and they won’t fix it. They just tell me that 300 spots fills up but when I go back in, there’s 300 spots available. They don’t care about their issues or your concerns. I made a some cash when it worked. But it’s broken.

I keep getting prompted to join a started campaign but these don’t seem to ever be available.
Campaign Availabilty is Comoletely Broken
The app currently feels broken. It shows available with “Join now” and dozens or even 100+ spots remaining, but when I try to join, I immediately get a message saying the campaign is already full. For example, I currently have campaigns showing 58 spots and even 156 spots left, yet I still can’t join. I’ve also watched the number of available spots increase, which makes even less sense if the campaign is supposedly full. This isn’t an issue of not clicking fast enough. The app is displaying campaigns as available when they apparently aren’t, or there is an account or eligibility issue that the app isn’t communicating correctly. I’ve enjoyed using WeSponsored, but this needs to be fixed. At minimum, the availability shown in the app should accurately reflect whether a user can actually join a campaign.

This was a good app but now it’s not! I have been having problems over and over and when o reach out to technical support they don’t even bother to see what I’m sending and the proof I’m sending the answer is the same this is ridiculous they don’t help you ever!! Even here the app support does not exist anymore
Unhappy
I had this app for a while now.. Had 1 product so far and recently got an update for 2 new and both needed 20 clicks before it could be given to people with most clicks..managed to get on 1 but when I tried purchasing the product, had system issues which meant I couldn’t claim it. Raised tickets , sent emails but had no response or help… lost the product and since then I am unable to login to my account.. as my account isn’t recognised anymore…

It was good until not
This was a really good app way before the update. Customer Service sucks, I sed to get a lot of products monthly, now I don’t due to the app always being funky!! You open a ticket and all you get is the same copy & paste verbiage that everyone gets without a resolution.
Promising but garbage
I tried signing up for an account in the app and it’s basically impossible. I waited two days and no changes so I uninstalled the app. Basically garbage unless you already have an account.

No sponsors in Canada yet , idk if it’s just cause all of them are done or if they never do, going to keep the app for a little while and see if any are added! But it’s a good user interface easy to use and quick :)

I used to love it…
I love weSponsored but here lately, it will pop up campaigns and tell me their is spots available so I try to join then they all say “ah snap, campaigns full” this has been happening to me for a few months now. If you get this fixed I will change my review, I used to love this little app!

I was enjoying the app until it updated and no longer recognises my email as my log in details so I’ve now lost money

Best influencer app ever
I just love been part of weSponsored
Terrible
I go back and forth with this app and I’ve now remembered why it’s so bad. Once I complete a task, they do not mark it as completed. They leave it as “unfinished” for extended periods of time. I also cannot get in touch with anyone! If you’re a UGC creator, this is not a good app to use. The pay is low, the communication is beyond horrible and you will not get your content approved so that you are able to apply for more jobs. There are MUCH better apps to spend your time on!
Limited Options for Canada
There are like 3 opportunities for Canadians. So if you’re Canadian this might not be worth your time unfortunately

Terrible support & account bug!
I deleted my account a month ago, but the system still says my phone number is 'already registered' when I try to create a new one. At the same time, I can't log into my old account or reset the password. I have been emailing support, but they have been ignoring my emails for over a month! This is terrible service. Please fix this bug or free up my phone number so I can finally use the app!
