Not really reading the review and just keeps on asking for revision
I have been resubmitting my reviews for multiple times. Like I can’t even count how many times anymore. And yes I follow the instructions from the email, to the app, and to the revision requested. But whoever is asking for revisions doesn’t seem to review nor read nor watch the video submitted. Everything that’s being asked is there. The brands name, the products name, the ingredients, the benefits, and my thoughts of the product. Everything is on the review and they just kept on asking for revisions. Like what else should I change when everything is already there? Maybe someone had to review thoroughly. Or maybe just make a template if that’s what you need. I knew lots of creators have been complaining about this. Didn’t happen to me until now. And I’ve been on this app for years now. Whoever checks the review needs to check thoroughly, and make a thorough feedback through email. This might be my last time to apply/review product from them again. It’s been a waste of time so far and not even worth it.
some bugs but u can get collabs through this
there are some bugs that pop up like the app freezing on you, but you’re still able to type and make changes to a review (you just can’t see what you’re typing because the interface is frozen). I have been able to get some collabs, some paid (but they’re only certain periods in which you can request a payout and there’s a minimum you need to make before you can cash out)

Picky, you should enable PayPal or Payoneer as payment options for our efforts because it's difficult for me to receive my rewards since I don't have a US ID and my bank account isn't US either. In your new updates, I suggest adding that app as a payment method.

I used this back in my kbeauty days, I totally recommend if ur starting off making skincare / makeup content I got my first or package when I had 100 follows! Now brands email me and pay me to review there products!

I’ve been on the app doing everything for years , and I’ve still never received a product! I’m deleting it!!!
Brilliant app… but “Routine Report” function is broken 😭
This is an absolute brilliant app for all those interested in skincare - whether that be organising it, planning it, finding recommendations, etc. Unfortunately, however, my favourite feature is completely broken and hasn’t been working for a long time—the Routine Report. This function used to tell you the recommended order to apply and which products might work for you. This now just brings up a blank page with the Picky logo and does not progress :(

I downloaded the app, and when I open it and try to make an account. It becomes stuck on loading
I like the app but it has a huge issue
I can’t change my bio. Every time I try to restart or update the app it still can’t be changed. I’m not sure how it’s gone so long like this as I remember it was kind of an old issue. Other than that I like the app. If there’s one thing I’d change it’d be for the creator and brand collabs to be more open, as in simply review the product won not “mention how it plumps dull skin”. Because what if it doesn’t plump dull skin? I think consumers deserve honest reviews. It’s made me not want to enter those events because I’d hate having to say something I might not believe, should I win something.

i love this app, don’t get me wrong, but pretty much everything is only for USA. I know that’s not the apps fault but it gets frustrating sometimes, you can go so long without having any global events. but overall i love this app and im so, so grateful!

I don’t like the new update
Before, the app was usable and I really loved it! It loaded really quickly and I loved reviewing the products. Now there is a new update and it’s just ok. I hate that when I click the events button to see what products I have to review for the day, it lags and loads for several minutes before loading. I feel like the update was unnecessary and causes a lot of issues for the user. If there is any way please fix the unnecessary wait!

I filled out the information more about us where you put your female and birth year and instantly comes a white page with the name picky on pink and that page stays forever can you please fix this issue? My iPhone is updated so I think is maybe an issue on your part I really want to use this app!!
App Has Become Increasingly Difficult
I’ve been using this app since 2023, and unfortunately, it’s only gone downhill from where I first started. The app itself is buggy, and customer support is slow; you’re lucky if you even get a response. Adding new products to review rarely works properly, and the database often lags behind when it comes to newer launches. The bigger issue is how demanding the content requirements have become. I only apply to giveaways and appreciated the freedom to create in my own style. I run a faceless UGC account for personal reasons, but without noticing, their guidelines changed to require showing your face for many campaigns, even for giveaways or “Brand Connect” posts that aren’t paid for. That shift feels excessive for something that used to be simple and low-pressure. What’s worse is the pre-approval process. You now have to submit your video before posting, and it often feels like they’re using this to push strict, influencer-style formats. It no longer feels like a fair exchange; it feels like brands are squeezing free promo from aspiring creators while giving very little in return. They do have paid collabs but I personally don’t join those as I feel like they require even more work. After my final campaign, I’ll be stepping away from this app. It’s no longer fun, and the expectations feel unbalanced and unfair. If you’re looking for creative freedom or a low-pressure way to test and review products, this isn’t the platform anymore.
Love, But Some Recent Issues
I love the Picky App, I’ve been a part of the Picky community for a few years now and I’ve loved it. I love reviewing my skin care products so others can read and get advice. I love their giveaways and that you can chat with and ask questions of other Picky members. But since the update, I’ve been getting emails threatening to blacklist my account because of a missing review that I submitted. I emailed support at least six times before someone got back to me and I sent proof I submitted it and now nothing from support for weeks. I’m still getting emails saying my account is going to be blacklisted. I really hope they get this figured out. I don’t want to have my account taken from me.
I can’t load in !!
i really wanna use this app but i can’t get passed making my profile :(( it stays on a loading screen
Love this app BUT
Appreciate all the opportunity I get from this app. All the informations, community recommendations, the products I get to try.. plus there’s some monetary compensation as well! What I don’t like is that i kept on lagging. I’m trying to upload the video or make my product review but next thing I know, it’s unresponsive. So I need to close the app and reopen it again. And the same thing will happen. A post that would have taken me less than 5mins to do would take me 30 mins just for the closing and reopening of the app. Probably it’s a bug? Or loads of traffic..
Best Beauty App
This is by far the best beauty app. From information on products you want to try, incredibly informative section to as all beauty related questions, or just go to post you’re own reviews for others to enjoy this app has it all.

Can’t seem to register
I had trouble initially with this app buffering but it did improve. I used it for ages in 2024 and really enjoyed it. It was great for reviewing products and discovering new products from other’s reviews. The giveaways were really great as anyone could enter and the draw was random. Then in 2025, I noticed that it changed and seemed to be a lot more geared towards creators. To enter any giveaway you have to connect your socials and I’ve noticed that people with lots of followers tended to get the giveaways whilst people with few didn’t. A lot of the giveaways are also only for America. This was really frustrating and as I don’t use social media anymore I decided to get rid of the app. However I do miss reviewing and sharing products as I work in the Korean skin industry so it is a shame

I’m a new user I’m having issue with creating my creator insights profile I keep picking what I want and I save after every time The progress never leave 0% And my network is fine I can’t apply for anything cause of this issue
Love all the features which is rare for a FREE app
When I saw this app advertised on Facebook, I was initially sceptical about how good it looked because this usually means I’ll have to pay for something down the line. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it absolutely ticked all the boxes, all for free! I’d say although I know skincare is essential, it’s also something I really enjoy and many people tell me that’s it’s like a hobby of mine. My skin is resilient like the quiz said which helps when I get to try out most products I come across as I never react badly to anything. However, I believe I’ve been blessed with fairly normal skin, it’s not particularly oily or dry. I notice in the quiz you have to be assigned to one or the other, I’m currently set to oily/resilient as I get maybe one spot a month. I hope I’ve picked the better of the two skin type options, I know this app is probably aimed at people with skin that needs some help. But I do enjoy looking at all the features on this app anyway, as well as the order in which to apply the products as that was something I used to be unsure about.
Never loads
I’ve been really wanting to use this apps because I have friends who keep recommending it but it never loads 😞😞 after I put my gender and age the app takes forever to load (never loaded) I even left my phone on for 30 minutes hoping it would load, I stayed on the app with my phone on but it never loaded. Please help me out!!

Bug
When i press the button to change from newly added products in the search function, the screen is blank and i cannot change to see the most popular products. Its kinda annoying
Slow
This app keeps jamming and moving slow. When I try to save something after an edit. It just load for hours and nothings I have to keep closing and reopening to start over.
Fantastic K beauty app!
I have learned more about skincare, especially K beauty from Picky than any other app or website. I love the ability to see all of the ingredients in products and if there’s something that’s not good for my specific skin type and that’s just one of the many reasons it makes it so special. In addition to continuing to learn, I’ve also enjoyed the ability to win lots of wonderful products that I had never tried and now have become a daily part of my skincare routine. Plus Picky had expanded into makeup and hair products too, making it even better. They offer different types of community members too like the Picky Squad and Super Squad that make it more fun to review products, post topics, continue to learn on their blog, instagram, TikTok and YouTube sites. I highly recommend this app for any beauty lover.
Don’t use this app
I’ve been a picky user for a very long time. The communication when you have an issue is terrible. They either take so long to respond that it’s too late for help, or they just never respond. I had an issue where a product never arrived. I reached out dozens of times asking them to extend my deadline and got no response. Then I received a message saying that if I didn’t post my review that I would be penalized. For a product I never received! So I made a video stating that I was told I had to post or be penalized and that it was unethical for me to make a review on a product I never received and now they are punishing me further by refusing ALL applications. Don’t use this app. There are others that treat their creators better, respond to issues you have in a timely manner, and don’t unfairly punish you for their mistakes.
Great app
Great app for learning about skin and for communicating with a skincare community. Have yet to win a giveaway so losing a bit of faith as I’ve been using the apps for months but nonetheless a very educational app
Please fix the sort button
I love this app so much, it helps me check the ingredients before buying it, but after I updated it, the sort button won’t work in my iphone 6s ios 15. When I tap it it just turn blank
Routines not working
I love everything about the app except the fact that the routines don’t work properly. When I put my second product in half of the screen goes grey and I am unable to add anymore.
Sign up
every time I try to sign up it always shows the picky loading screen, and even when I remove the app I try again and if still does the same thing, After leaving the app for some while to load it brings me back the the sign up page.

The app is a great idea!
I have to disclaim that I came across this app via their giveaway held on social media but I have to say it is very innovative and a neat idea. I can see this working really well for searching for products and reviews as well as content relating to recommendations for varying skin concerns. Looking forward to see how the app develops!
Takes forever to load
I just downloaded the app and already got frustrated. Did the skin test... took forever to analyse (still analysing after 3 minutes - closed and restarted the app twice to redo and finally got through) Create a routine - min 30 sec loading wheel Type a product - min 30 sec loading wheel Select a product - min 30 sec loading wheel View my routine report - its still on the loading wheel I give up at this point. It’s defo not my internet, Ookla test report says download 92mbps, upload 29mbps. Not a phone problem either - I’m using iphone 12 pro and this is the only app I’ve encountered thus far which is so slow.
So helpful but sadly slow and laggy
I love this app so much but the waiting times for the pages to load is excruciating. 10 to 20 seconds sometimes. I’ve had it a few months and it’s always been this way. Please work on speeding up loading times!

i saw an add for the app on instagram and after downloading it i really loved it. the set up is so nice and the information/amount of products is so amazinggg. but the app keeps crashing on my phone :( i’m not sure if it’s a bug or something but i’m always in the loading screen and can’t actually use the app. if this issue were fixed the app would be 5 starsssss
