What people like
- Short sessions fit easily into your day

What they complain about
- It is not free, despite what reviews say
- No real video instruction for the poses
- Too easy and lacks real weight loss benefits
Yoga App
I would say this Yoga app is 5 stars. Easy and not that expensive and a great experience for the mornings or whatever time of day you feel like working out. It’s also burning my calories fast. Amen to that!!
Disappointed
I read reviews first. They were saying it’s free. IT IS NOT FREE. I wouldn’t have left one star if the reviews were honest and said you have to pay for it to be free. I am in installing it because I don’t like lies
Free update free warm-up stretchs yoga classes before i start yoga
I like this app the music is relaxing i want to yoga to reduce stress i need new anxiety yoga classes ides to reduce
I’m having some slight headache while doing workout
But I felt relieved
who knows
I downloaded this app because another review stated that it was free. It is NOT free. Beware.
I love this app!
I always come back to this app when I need to lose some weight. I love it!
Misleading
Very misleading. It’s free, so you get what you pay for- nothing worthwhile.
Best game ever
After this game I was able to learn the splits backbend and loose weight! In only 3 days... So u should get it it's the best game ever!
Not for weight loss
There are some great stretches in here for flexibility. But there’s nothing for weight loss. Unless you’ve been sitting on your couch for the past 10 years and haven’t moved further from there to the refrigerator to the bathroom, there’s not much exercise involved, as I said, mainly stretching. The poses are not described at all, so unless you’ve ever done yoga, you don’t know what you’re supposed to be doing when they tell you to get into a position (I have beginner level knowledge). Disappointed. Will not renew the yearly subscription, if I can get back what I paid, I’d be happy to give up the app. Sorry folks. And you can’t even leave a review because you need a Nick name and any combo of letters/ numbers is taken! What a joke
Suss
Almost all of the reviews are perfectly worded and edited, leading me to suspect a.i. generation. but iam gointo try it anyway and if it very great. I'll upgrade my rating and edit my review.
How I feel about YogaFit
YogaFit for weight loss is really good and I like it because it helps you with weight loss and helps you get fit
Good so far. Could be more challenging
Not as challenging as I would like, for the “difficult” sessions. But I enjoy it 😊
Beginner
As a beginner I felt there needed to be a bit more instruction on the moves! Especially with belly fat and being 50 some of the poses were a bit difficult.
Great app
I really like this app. You have to pay for the better sessions but the beginner ones are ok for now.
First time user
Not a great app. No showing or explanation of yoga pose, just a drawn character. Not very helpful.
Helpful app for Range of Motion and Flexibility
I started doing yoga about 8 years ago on another app. I learned most of the positions from that app. This app is excellent if you already know most of the poses—just the names of the poses are changed slightly. I wouldn’t say this is a great app for weight loss per se but it keeps me motivated to move. Also what is great is that the length of each yoga session is short enough that you could do 2 or 3 different sessions in one day if you feel ambitious, or just one session and still feel like you stretched your body well enough. It does NOT have crazy arm balancing or head balancing poses, which I’m grateful for because that’s just not for me. But I usually do at least one session each and every day and I end up feeling great. I am over 50, and I believe this is an excellent app for the 45+ demographic
It’s okay - It’s free
If you have ever used better me app the work outs are timed like those. The difference better me uses real people most of the time. If a true beginner to yoga you may have a hard time with proper positioning. I’ll keep using YouTube instead of the app.
So good
It’s so good I like it
Yoga
Not impressed. Will not spend $$ again.
