Very easy to use and great deal for the money!
I’ve been doing yoga for a long time, but find it difficult to keep up a consistent practice and definitely don’t have time to attend face-to-face classes. I think this app is perfect particularly for those with a little experience in yoga. I think you need a little practice with transitions, because those are not shown clearly. That said I can do the poses easily and quickly and after a time or two, you can follow completely with audio. It’s getting me motivated and helping me strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, as well as limbering up joints. I’m a very active 51 year old and using this in Lou or addition to physical therapy has been a great benefit.
Not worth it
Transition time and poses than make sense for transitions are non-existent. Voice instructions often do not match the pose shown on the screen. Many advanced moves are included in beginner plans.
Updates
First of all I really like the app and it has been instrumental in my weight loss and fitness plan. However, I get a little frustrated right after the app updates. It seems that the timing is off or the instructions aren’t the same. Some poses are done on one side of the body only when it was on two. Instructions say incorrect direction to face. Not huge things, but it would be great to have them fixed. Going from a few seconds of low cobra to a minute was not nice. 😰
Need to fix bugs
I love this yoga app, however yesterday when I opened it up on my iPad it let me view only half the page with the bottom half covered by a blue box. I couldn’t click on the arrow to start the practice. I tried going to the app to see if there were any updates (none), I rebooted my tablet. Nothing worked. So.. I downloaded Nandy yoga on my iPhone. One huge problem. The Nandy yoga icon did not appear on my home page so to access the app I have to go to the App Store and tap “OPEN “. If this app was free I would make do. But I’ve paid for a full year TWICE and am struggling with accessing content. Now, all I can do is view poses and make up my own timing.
Bugs from the beginning
I have downloaded the app and went via first 28 screens. I marked that I am a male, yet choose your body type shows woman and all other screens do too. Finally close to the end it tells me that woman over 40 should aim to this and this … I have not even started but it is already hell a confused onboarding.
Love it but have a problem
I love the app and when I’m healthy I use it every day. Right now though I can’t see the full screen. I’ve sent requests for help and no one answers. I don’t know what to do. I pay for something I can’t use,
Losing money
This app is billing me and I can’t find a way to cancel the subscription. I’m not calling it a rip-off but I feel that way.
The app keeps crashing
It’s a great app but today it keeps crashing when I hit practice
No longer working on iPad
Since the last update it no longer works on the iPad so I cancelled my subscription. It’s too small on a phone and there’s no Webapp version for it so - good bye
Use it daily
Nice app! I always feel like I’ve had a good stretch and the practices allow for longer or shorter workouts so I can make it work for my busy schedule. I have been disappointed in how many sessions have incorrect directions that don’t match the illustrated poses. Many errors in the right/left parts of the body. I can figure it out, but feel that these should be corrected in the updates. I have had this app for over a year and the audio hasn’t been corrected. 🙃
Very simple app - well instructed
Found app whilst scrolling due to insomnia - after loading and filling in my info I did the first tailored session 13min and felt relaxed - so much so I lay on the bed and fell asleep in minutes.
Not as I thought
I downloaded this app and paid for it only to find out that it isn’t what I thought it would be. The advertisement led to me to believe I could do certain exercises that would work on certain areas and that’s not what it does. I find it hard to follow and I wish I could get my money back. I tried to contact them through the support link and it took me to an error page. I want a refund.
Loved this but……
Have used this app for nearly 12 months but seems it has developed some glitches over the past 2 months. Not loading properly and I have missed a number of my scheduled sessions. Will look at alternatives as my subscription expires. Received a quick response from support, which is good. Apparently the App will be focused on the iPhone rather than the iPad, which I prefer. Great App if you are happy with using the iphone
Started good- then pffff…
At first L loved Nandy yoga- good beginner workouts that moved in progression. But after I completed one session ( and bought the year long program) there were LOTS of problems. I started Slim and Fit 1 and the program would not advance to the next session, it only offered me the first session over and over. I tried a second group, and it was the same issue. I am probably goi g to cancel.
Not for beginners or older people
I put my age and my concerns in… I guess beginner to these people means something completely different than what I mean. Apparently I’m below beginner. If you have any knee issues, don’t bother with this. Also, you’d better be able and to plank easily and do a push up. Lovely app, easy to use, beautiful layout etc, but not for beginners or older people unless you’re already very fit
Great app!
This is a great app! It is so easy to use and the exercise is handled with consideration of those who are just beginning to do yoga! I really love it!
Can’t Cancel
Trying to cancel subscription. Followed directions using Apple Support and there is NO cancel option for Nandy Yoga.
Possible incompatibility with this app on iPad with new iOS 16.1.1
I just spent a couple of hours with Apple tech support trying to figure out what is wrong with this app. I have had the app for almost three years without any problems. Yesterday, I installed the newest iOS 16.1.1 on my iPad. The tech and I went through several troubleshooting maneuvers: deleting the app, reinstalling the app, shutting down the iPad, etc. It worked once. I tried the app a second time and it didn’t work again. I went through the same maneuvers, however, this time it does not work. The Apple Technician thinks there is a compatibility problem with the app and the new operating system on an iPad. I have an iPhone and do not have any problems using the app. I really like this app and I hope the developers can quickly fix whatever problems exist.
Not worth it
I had high hopes but this app isn’t worth the money. I picked a beginner plan because I haven’t practiced yoga in a while. I was surprised when the first sequence it recommended included bow pose, which can be very difficult to get into and is definitely not for beginners (especially if you’re practicing alone without feedback). There is no flow between asanas and almost no instructions for breathing. Yoga is not just getting in and out of different poses like you’re rotating between crunches and jumping jacks. 2 stars because the app itself is visually appealing. But definitely not worth $20 a month in any way.
Representation
The ability to change skin tone, hair color, and body shape of the pose guide would be an excellent alteration to this app. While I do enjoy the poses, timer, audio tones, ability to create a custom flow, representation for other races and body styles is a must in todays social climate.
Fantastic!
Great personal plan, voice, music, great motivation and instructions. Love it.
App misrepresented
I download the app based on an ad I saw. Paid the yearly price to get the workouts and what is saw on the ad doesn’t exist. Very disappointed
Starting again from the beginning
Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. Signed in, but all the programs have changed and my past accomplishments are gone. Oh well, starting over again with the first program.
Don’t buy this App!
Terrible
Was ist da los? Ich habe die App ein Jahr wunderbar auf meinem i-Pad genutzt. Durch die stark verkleinerte Ansicht ist die App für mich nicht mehr brauchbar.
Nandy
Nice app, really great to be motivated again! Thank you! 🙏
Can’t cancel
I have read articles on how to cancel this but it will. Or allow me to do so. This is ridiculous. It seems easy for them to take my money but impossible to stop it
Bug fixes
It used to be a 5-Star. It’s a good app but the most recent update is hard to figure out. If you accidentally hit “plan” at the bottom, you can’t pause. More so, if you get a phone call and “plan” (along with the rest of the menu) is up, it will freeze your practice and you can’t resume. I also don’t like that I can’t replay a particular lesson anymore. It just chooses the lesson for you. So far, I have redone the same lesson 4x. So, I hope they fix it quickly b/c the previous version was better. It was simpler, but these new features don’t work well.
I do not want this app
I Clicked by mistake. How do I remove it - unsubscribe from the app. Thanks

Love this app!
I am a 60 year old. I’m in good shape as I walk a lot. I used to run but over the years my knees have weakened and I continuously injured myself. This app is very easy to follow. The details really help me get the pose correct. I find it challenging. I love feeling a million small supporting muscles working. After just two months I feel tighter and stronger. I have started to jog walk easily. I know this will be increasingly valuable as i age. I Love this program! Well done!! Thanks, Nancy
Issue with usage
In the last 2 days this app has become unusable. I cannot access the screen as all content is zoomed out. My device did update. Is my Nandy yoga version no longer compatible? I love the app and the options and am so sad it is not working
Time to cancel
I like the app but have multiple myeloma and can no longer participate. How do I cancel my membership?
Trial
Would love to be able to try it out first before putting money down!!! Even if it’s just a free trial for a week. Thanks you.
Not free at all.
Was hoping for at least some free moves. You have to pay as soon as you want to start.
COVID Relief!
So happy I found this app. The asanas are curated to give a nice full body yoga practice and workout. I lost all motivation during COVIDs pandemic and this app has motivated and reintroduced me to wellbeing and healthy pracrtice. I started off with 7 mins workouts and now I can mix the plans and keep balanced daily.
Ipad compatibility
For 3 years I have used this app on my iPad. Now I cannot. I want my money back
I WAS really satisfied😞
I really like this app and bragged about the value to others. I recommended to a lot of people and have been enjoying my workouts immensely. Then, I opened the app to workout this morning and large majority of the programs are less than half the length they used to be. When I purchased the app many of the programs were 25-30 days of workouts and now they are 9-12 days! What happened??? Why would you reduce the number of workouts? This app does seem like it contains the value that I paid for anymore. I am extremely disappointed! I also feel cheated, because I paid for one thing and after my purchase part of what I purchased was taken away from me. I think you can do better than this!
No Free Trial
I would have signed up for this, if I had at least been allowed a day’s free trial, if not a week. Such a shame. I’m sure it will put many people off. Another off-putting thing was a comment by a reviewer that you get a computerised voice. Top tip, as you go to delete the app (after putting personal height and weight info into it) you then get a cut price deal trying to tempt you back and buy it rather than deleting it. I think it was £6.99 monthly or £30 for the year. I’d rather be sure of what I’m buying so wasn’t tempted.
Yoga et partage sur iPad
Je me suis abonnée avec yoga pour mincir avec mon iPhone mais j’en l’arrivé pas à mettre cette application sur mon iPad. Comment faire?
I like it
Is it perfect? No. But I’ve been doing it consistently for about 2 weeks and my pants are fitting better. I’ve never been consistent with an exercise app before. I like that you can see how many minutes you spent in it for a week. It’s worth it to me.
No cancel button on the App to cancel
Very upset that this App is making it hard to cancel..Why don’t you have a button o cancel ?
Arthritis in knee
There are several positions I cannot do at all because my knee will not allow it. Suggest alternative

No Nonsense and Effective
If you’re anything like me, you can’t stand over talkative yoga instructors in videos who go on and on instead of getting to the pose. I love that this app gets right to it! I don’t mind the robotic voice, so long as it’s giving me clear instructions and visuals. What’s also great is that workouts are short but effective. Excellent yoga app, especially for beginners like me.
Frustrated
I cannot delete this app
Débutant
J’en suis à mes débuts et espère m’appliquer et avoir les résultats escomptés. Je reviendrai régulièrement avec mes avis au fil des entraînements.
No mention of fee
Looks a good app but doesn’t mention the subscriptions just in app purchases
Can’t start the app
I just bought the app for a month, but I couldn’t use it. After o followed steps to turn on the program. The app just got frozen at calendar screen, abs didn’t allow me to press “continue”. Please help!
